The staff here are really nice and helpful.

Unpleasant staff stand offish stuck up and to themselves the manager here is very rude and unpleasant my advice is bank somewhere else

I received a call yesterday from this number and the Rep stated he was calling from Chase Bank. He claimed he was looking into two pending Zelle transactions I supposedly made to a customer of theirs called John Garcia of the amount 1500 and 2000 dollars. I googled the number as he continued speaking and sure enough it was legit. He explained he would cancel the transaction from his end and gave me cancellation codes, he proceeded to inform me he would transfer me to a Zelle rep to freeze the account for 24 hours. Thats when I started to become suspicious. The other guy whom he transferred me to barely spoke any English all this was done in Spanish. When he directed me to go to my bank where I have my Zelle account and go to Zelle and select add a new payee, told me what to put in name and contact lines, thats when I hung up on them. I contacted Zelle as well as my bank and reported the Issue. Luckily I didn’t provide them with any bank information, but they did have my contact information and It makes me believe that they had my info because I used to bank with Chase a few years ago. I believe your bank has someone either in the inside scamming or your phone lines are compromised. Chase you should do something about this.

I deposited 800$ into the ATM at this branch. It wasn't deposited into my account. This bank has robbed me. Contacted chase, and my claim was denied. I will be filing a police report, and hopefully, I will be refunded. 911 I've been robbed by the bank smh. Here are the ATM numbers, please do not use.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with customer service. Bank tellers were unskilled and unhelpful like lazy to do the job. She couldn’t open a savings account with NYC state ID… seriously? But another branch can do it for me easily.

The teller would not let us deposit a check with her without a physical debit card. She refused. I think she was being lazy. I have done this in the past with drivers license. Lady gave me a really rude look too. We have banked with chase for years. That is unacceptable

Posting this in regards to the bank itself not this location. They are just like any other bank, greedy & don't care about their customers

Just making a general review of the bank not this specific location. I’ve been a long time client since the early 2000s. The way this bank treated me this year has been a complete disgrace. But that’s why you lost a very high valued client.

Well who doesnt keep their money in a bank?? Ooh really drug dealers and scammers of course. And people who owe child support and IRS haha.

The back is an ATM the system is down and cannot process any.

The most bed experience, waiting more than 1 hour. They didn’t solve the problem. Not make client convenient, but more complicated.

I think JP Morgan would turn in his grave if he walked into one of the Chase Banks in Manhattan. I feel like Im trying to rob Fort Knox whenever I go in to cash a check even though I have more than enough to cover the check and do the same thing every week.

I got a notary service here. Ralph A was very kind and faithful. I want to visit whenever I need bank works.

Greedy! They wouln't even cash a check from their own customers which is totally against the law. They won't tell you why, even it's as simple as the funds didn't clear yet. I have had nothing but problems with Chase in the past, and I would advice against banking here. Worst bank ever.

Clean. 3x ATMs

This branch SUCKS. very long lines. When I made a cash payment to my credit card, it didn't show up until next day. In any other Chase branch, it would show immediately.

They don't have a private client line and always always takes forever to do anything, service sucks and got me an NSF on my record when I have a few hundred thousand in my account because one of my account overlapped by 2 min from 1159 pm to 1201 am. I'm seriously thinking of moving to CitiBank

I hope bank tellers at this location will be more attentive to detail. It's second time I clearly labeled SAVINGS account on the form, but they performed operations with CHECKING account instead.

At the time when more people come in to bank ( lunch time ) and they only have one teller working. Took me 25 min to do a 1 min deposit. And the person in charge didn't find one employee to take customers. There is 6 people in front of me and another 12 behind me.

I have such a nice experience with the lady who is personal banker. She help me open my bank account and answer a lot of questions, very professional and very polite. I believe if you go there and see her, she will take care of you very nice as well.

Awful branch with rude tellers, yuk! I'd rather walk a bit to 349 5th Ave.
