An absolutely incredible jeweler! The staff is so wonderful and thoughtful. My engagement ring and our wedding bands are all from here and probably will go here for all of our jewelry going forward! (Bonus points- there's a shop dog named Luna!)

I was amazed by the outcome of my custom design! I didn’t have a great idea of what I was looking for, but the team was great at helping me refine what I wanted. The whole process was relatively quick and affordable given the exceptional attention to detail and quality! Highly recommend for any special jewelry in your life.

We did a custom engagement ring and also bought one of the pre-designed ones for our engagement rings. Both of them are so, so beautiful, and we had an excellent experience working with Automic Gold. They were flexible, responsive, timely, and had good insight into the design. 10/10 would recommend and will be a customer again!!

I booked one 30 minute in-person consultation to coincide with my vacation to NYC this Winter. I have been following Automic Gold on Instagram since the start of 2020. As their portfolio grew, so did my mental wishlist! So this year I wanted to make some of my dreams a reality with their help! In a previous Christmas, I was gifted the rainbow ring with colorful stones symbolizing the Pride Flag. It was so much more beautiful and glimmering in person. I got it in 14k gold and wear it very often. The fit is comfortable, even when my hands get very warm. The band is thick and durable. Definitely one of my favorite rings aside from my existing engagement ring that I got from another jeweler years prior. At my in-person consultation last week, I had a lot on my agenda. I brought in some old unworn jewelry made of primarily 14k gold and some diamonds. I was looking to recycle the metal and put the gems towards a new piece that suits me better. I was also looking to get a wedding band made to sit flush with my existing engagement ring, and my husband also wanted a similar wedding band to match. And last but not least, I was hoping to obtain some pieces in Automic Gold's existing collection. I was very stressed at first because I was worried about "taking too long," or being rushed, or not heard or listened to. AL and their team were very warm and welcoming from the start. It was a strange feeling walking into a space meant to care for the needs of queer folks. Seeing the couple ahead of me during their consultation being helped by AL made me feel excited, but also "at home." During my consultation, AL was very clear, straight forward, and very transparent about the process. I was able to follow along about how my gold to be recycled would be calculated to the overall cost of my project. AL takes note of every detail and writes it down. I usually get stressed about determining my ring size, especially when my hands are warmer than usual, but I felt confident in trusting AL to make the proper judgement and they were patient with finding me different rings to try on to make sure that I am happy and comfortable. Because I had a lot to discuss (and perhaps a bit indecisive), 30 minutes was not enough for me and I wanted to respect both the next couple and AL's time. Fortunately, AL was happy to accommodate me for the next open slot of in-person consultations. We managed to figure out a new piece of jewelry for me that I know I've wanted for a while and I was able to buy a charm and a mini Miami chain to match. I was worried that buying something in person like that would be annoying or inconvenient, but AL and their team quickly assembled the chain and polished the charm for me and I was able to purchase it and walk out wearing it. The charm is gorgeous, shiny, and dangles. Every now and then I can hear the metallic "clink" noise it just sounds lovely. The chain is beautiful in its own right. When the tiny facets of each chain link catch the light, it shines so beautifully. I've worn it for a full week straight now and it never bunches up on itself, or gets tangled or make knots. Both are 14k gold. And the clasp and cleverly designed AU tab make putting it on easy. I look forward to the new items I am having custom made by this company and can't wait to update and share how they look when I get them. For now I know my gems and pieces are in good hands. I love my custom ring! It was so easy working with Larissa to get everything set up and picked out. My ring turned out exactly how I wanted and I can’t wait to wear it all the time. I will for sure be getting more pieces from them in the future!

I had the perfect experience getting some custom jewelry from Automic Gold. AL was extremely knowledgeable and kind during our visit. Everything was communicated quickly and clearly. The pieces were ready in under 2 months and came out beautifully. I was so impressed by the seamless customer service and high quality workmanship. I will definitely be a returning customer. Finallly, I adored the sign in their showroom that said "queer all year." I loved seeing fellow queer folk represented in the showroom and the website.

Looking for wedding rings, the shop’s reputation as an ethical, queer- and indigenous-owned artisan company attracted us. We ordered all online and it worked out great. Larissa and the team were quick to respond to our questions and were very knowledgeable about what made a ring durable and lasting. We ended up FedExing some heirloom rings to recycle the metal and use the gems, and that process went smoothly as well. The estimate for how long it took was pretty exact - we told them our timeline early on, and we received the rings a week before our deadline. They were responsive to our request for a status update and we had no reason to be anxious. The rings were gorgeous and exactly like the CAD designs they drafted for us - we love the mix-shaped bands and the unique design, and wear them every day!

This place is amazing! When my wife and I first got engaged We knew already where we wanted to get our wedding bands from. I had some diamonds from a close family member who passed away that I really wanted to include into our bands and everything about working with this company was great. We Emailed back back-and-forth with one of the jewelry makers there and they helped us design the perfect wedding bands. From the first design they showed me I was absolutely in love with the one that they had designed for me. My wife wanted to change a few things and they were more than willing to go above and beyond to help us! She had a phone call with them and they were able to I’m up with a perfect design! This is now two years ago that we got married and we are still just as much in love with our rings as we were the day that we got them. I would totally recommend this company! Automic Gold was amazing to work with! I ordered a custom engagement ring for my fiancee which turned out exactly as I wanted. We then ordered two matching wedding bands from them that contoured to our rings. My fiancee has worn her ring for almost a year and it looks exactly the same as when we first got it and I have full confidence it'll last forever without issue. They helped me choose a ring perfect for me and it came out even more beautiful than I could've imagined! We had an amazing time choosing our wedding rings at Automic Gold! We really appreciated that their materials are ethically sourced. I was never much of a diamond person, but when I saw their rounded diamond cut I thought it was so unique and like a beautiful raindrop! We were so happy to get the simple, high quality rings we wanted and had an amazing time trying out different styles at the studio. The turn around time and price were great for the custom ring.

We booked an appointment to try some engagement rings and wedding bands. All the pieces we tried were stunning, there are classic designs but also a lot of really original and interesting pieces, which is what I was most excited for! If you find anything on the website that you like, chances are you will be amazed once you see it in person - that’s definitely how I felt. I especially loved the emphasis on practicality: the founder explained the thought process behind the designs we tried, gave great advice for sizing and fit, and overall was super friendly and helpful. Everything we tried was really comfortable, which is a must. This is a small brand and they really put a lot of love and thought into every item, I can’t recommend enough!!

So in love with my wedding band. What a great and seamless experience. I got engaged in Oct 2024 with topaz ring and wanted a band to match when I got married in Jan 2025.
