Just got a scam call from this branch, asking me to confirm if I sent money to someone Via Zelle. I called customer customer to which they confirmed they would never call a customer notifying them of pending Zelle payment; Before the customer would receive the Zelle notification on their phone.

Chase should address the issue. Getting a scam call from this bank requesting info.Claiming to be a chase fraud representative working on a fraudulent Zelle transaction.

why did I receive phone call from this brach?? I didn't answer it after all. Looks like everyone's receiving call from here.

Just got a scam call from this number And tried to call the branch back multiple times and the line is always busy. Will be contacting the FBI

BEWARE OF SCAMS COMJNG FROM THIS BRANCH, do not give them any information. If they call you and start asking about weird random Zelle payments, hang up.

Got a weird call from some scammer sounding guy who apparently works here that speaks broken English, saying there was someone trying to take money from my account. I don’t have a chase account & when i was asking questions regarding it, the dude hung up in my face. Super unprofessional, left me worried & confused and they’re not picking their phones up now. If that guys licensed, he shouldn’t be! Maybe if they had someone who spoke English making calls, it might be easier to understand. Don’t use this bank!!!

I dont understand the poor ratings. My experience with this branch had been very pleasant. The staff were patient and friendly.

People are so friendly! I love this place. I feel so valued each time I go. Especially when I go for an appointment. The greeter remembers my name as I leave.

Elitist feel, unwelcoming and prejudice against non-locals. I recommend going to another chase bank :/

Don’t know about the bankers because I never needed to see one but the tellers are awesome

This bank is non existent. It says on the map it's open and when I went there, I saw this.

Worst staffing need to be retrain.. plus, try void going there to see a banker or manager without appointment. No point of opening account there!

This is the worst experience ever in this branch, the manager is very rude and unprofessional, terrible feelings here.

Undoubtedly the worst chase bank branch that I went to ever in my life and I have been with chase for almost 20 years. If you have any sort of questions regarding ANYTHING at all, don’t go here. Extra added tip for anybody that’s trying to obtain a money order from this branch for the court houses or city clerks offices, just don’t even bother. I was so put off by the service that I didn’t inquire further and got a the money order from the post office around the corner on doyer street.

I had an appointment, but I was late, they let me wait there for more than 45 minutes, no one responded to me, and then all went to lunch, I was very angry,they make my day.

What a rude eployee here they dont even hear whats your problem. Refuse whatever they want. Poor service.

It is a small but efficient, clean branch. Nice to have security on the premises.
