Horrible company. Go anywhere else! Extremely rude. These people will lock up your funds until they find you deemable to buy from them. If not they will suspend your account and give your money back when they are ready.

Made an order with then and got this message Following a routine review by our Compliance Department, we were unable to fully verify certain information associated with your order. As a result, we’re unable to process the order using the selected payment method at this time.....these people are clowns and will make u lose money..stay away as they really need to change their policies Their only option was to pay with wire transfer...i made a purchase with credit to use "credit".. Duh re-re's

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a precious metals dealer. I wired over $11,000 for gold and silver. They confirmed receipt of the funds. When I arrived at the store to complete the transaction, I was told there was a “line” and was ordered to go outside. When we went outside, they began yelling that it was cold and to close the door. The behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Once they finally let us in, they asked for IDs and then questioned whether the wire came from a business or personal account. When I confirmed it was a business wire, they incorrectly stated I needed a resale certificate. This is false—there is no sales tax on bullion, and a resale certificate is irrelevant in this situation. Their staff became increasingly disrespectful. One employee actually said, “Customer service is way nicer than us, I’ll tell you that,” which says everything about how they treat paying customers. Without justification, the owner then canceled the order—after they had already received my money. As of now, they are still holding my funds. To make matters worse, they called the police on us despite no wrongdoing on our part. Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and stressful experience. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to be very cautious—especially with large transactions.

I ordered a gold bar from Bullion Exchange by online in December. I picked it up at their shop. Last time I bought from them was shipping to my address but this time I would like to know experience for picking up.The whole process was very smooth and convenient which makes me feel comfortable and confident for my purchase. I truly appreciate their service and honesty and I highly recommend this shop.

First order I received call about shipping to FedEx location rather than my house (since signature was required). 2nd order I requested the same for order to be shipped to FedEx location. Emailed THREE times with no response. Finally was able to change myself on FedEx app. Order still ended up being delivered to my house while I was out of town without required signature. Very poor customer service by Bullion Exhange. Will not be doing business with them anymore. Typical NY business. Will follow Trax NYC advice from now on.

Awesome people. Always smooth transaction, processing time is quick, they actually answer the phone and respond to emails very promptly. At times within minutes! Very accommodating. Prices and Buy backs are of the best if not the best all around in the industry! Some have good prices and some have good buy backs, nobody has both because it’s hardly possible ? not even sure how BE does both but they do! Check for yourself! Not to mention, absolutely the coolest boxes period haha! (They pack discreetly but inside you get a cool/fun box ??) Definitely on my very short list of go to’s! Needless to say, highly recommended!

Placed an order using Apple Pay for $200 worth of silver. No $20,000…. $200. Four days later, now that silver is significantly higher than the dip day of which I purchased, they send me an email saying they reviewed my order and cancelled it due to “various data points that could not be verified.” I received no courtesy call or explanation for the issue. I called them to inquire as to what happened and their response was that they have a third party company that reviews orders, and that they (the CSR at BE) have no explanation as to why it was cancelled. Then proceeded to tell me that I could place the order again by check or wire, but no credit cards? No explanation as to what happened. No contacting me to figure out the issue when I placed the order. All my info on the order is correct. I have never had this issue or any issue even similar on any reputable site. There is no explanation for this. Buyer beware.

Then I got an email right after I made my purchase which had Las Vegas Rounds showing. I ask them via email if they could just swap for them, since they were same price when I bought. They called me & said "SURE, FOR MORE MONEY!" I said "No thank you, I'm fine w/my order, I just kind of wanted them for novelty sake." They said OK, we'll keep the order the same. 7 days later, I emailed "when will I get my order?" They call next morning (today) "THEY CANCELED THE ORDER" Blaming a SYSTEM ERROR! This was their email I received after our call. Dear Trace, It appears that a glitch occurred during the processing of your payment due to the specific request for a product change. We understand how frustrating this must be and are truly sorry for the delay. As discussed during your phone conversation with one of our representatives, we will be cancelling your order without any fees. Bullion Exchanges is LYING about our Interactions! I emailed, their REP called, I said I won't pay MORE, just send the order. Then when I emailed 7 days later "when will I get my order?" They call next morning "THEY CANCELED THE ORDER" Blaming a SYSTEM ERROR! They did offer to honor that order, but why would I use a SUBPAR company with SO MANY available?

Bullion Exchanges has been.a.positive experience for.me! Their prices on Goldbacks are the best around and their time for shipping is good. Plan on a job getting their box open, though--it will take a fair amount of work getting through the 4 very well done layers to get to whatever product you've purchased.

I only order online so this is a review of their site. Best pricing for online ordering. Cannot get more pro than that. Lose a star for sparse inventory and holding ACH payments way too long. That type of payment clears in three days but BE holds for seven days sometimes longer.

The people here were so nice and helpful. I came to sell my gold jewelry and they tested everything and gave me a great price!!! The woman behind the counter and the gentleman who tested the metal were superb. I would definitely come her again!! They gave me the best price per gram for my gold jewelry.

Price is right, customer service is crap. Placed an order for some silver. Realized that I wouldn't be around to pick it up. So I emailed the customer service and asked what options we had or what we could do. They claimed that they responded to the email. I checked spam, trash, inbox, searched their name, nothing. Then they informed me that they unilaterally canceled the order without (in my opinion) waiting, reaching out, getting a response, anything. So, needless to say, I won't be trying them again. Rather pay more and get proper customer service then get treated like some used newspaper.

These are their twenty rounds at spot price for the first time customer and I could not be happier. These look fantastic, the service was absolutely superb. The product speaks for itself, at spot, there simply isn’t a better deal at the moment. Varied? Maybe, but not scuffed nor scratched nor spotted at all. Simply mint coins. An exceptional value for its price. You are simply missing out if you do not take advantage of this deal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These are pictures of the secondary/generic bars they sent me. These should be sent to no one. They should be thrown away. They are severely tarnished and obviously decades old. I called and was informed that refunds are not allowed. All they would do was let me send pics and they might offer something else for the same price, IF I paid shipping to send these back and more shipping to have the new exchanged items sent to me. The operator was extremely rude. I asked for a supervisor and he of course said they were short staffed becasue "it's the flu season". Just a terrible, unprofessional company in every aspect. You've been warned. I'll be filing complaints with the BBB and NY attorney general's office.

These are my FIRST Kilo silver bars in my stack, I am MORE than satisfied. I live in Brooklyn, and I did not trust such an expensive item being delivered. So i took the subway into the city and made the purchase at their store. Two things you must know, before visiting their store. First one is, They have a $1000 minimum order transaction. So if you BUY anything it must be over $1000, Its also NY State's minimum sale of PM for no Sale Tax. They do not accept bulk $20 dollar bills, make sure its $50 or $100 bills only or use a Credit/Debt Card and pay the extra fees. I did not know these 2 things, The first time i went there, i was told about the $1000 minimum order. Then I returned 5/13/22, I was ready to buy, and I was told about the No bulk $20 bills. Luckily my friend was with me and we walked to the bank and exchanged our bills. After that, The process was simple. We placed our order, waited a few minutes, handed over our cash and left with our silver. In and out within 10 minutes. Overall, i am VERY satisfied and will return for Sure! thanks BE!

Stopped by bullion exchanges retail store today to purchase some gold and silver coins. The staff was incredibly help full and a solutly transparent. They publish all of the buy and sell numbers for all my coins and bars. The store is in the heart of NYC diamond district and the verity was endless.
