What clients say about Concorde Hotel New York in New York (NY)
-
Our stay at the Concorde Hotel was cut short due to the untimely arrival of the monster blizzard. Despite the brevity of our stay, I would like to take a minute to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for their hospitality, kindness, responsiveness, and overall service. It is a small hotel in a prime location which made walking to places easy and convenient. The room was spacious for NYC and in the 21st floor we had a lovely view. To Terry and the other receptionist (forgive me for not remembering your name!) thank you for being helpful and kind. We will be back!
Feb 24, 2026 -
The location is great and the hotel is situated so that the rooms are insulated from street noise. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size and appreciate that. The only issue I had was hearing neighbors’ doors slam which kept me from getting sleep. I had a white noise machine on full volume and it didn’t help. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been perfect.

Horrible customer service. The hotel refused to offer a force majeure refund on my stay even though all flights were cancelled in and out of LaGuardia. Take your money to a legit NY hotel and not a stingy boutique.
Jan 27, 2026 -
The Concorde is my top choice for hotels to stay in NYC, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Close to shopping, Central Park, and delicious restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very helpful with exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Algeni for going above and beyond to help me out during my stay!

The hotel was excellent. I stayed in room 2602 for 8 days; the room was very spacious, quiet, extremely clean, and offered an amazing city view. The staff were outstanding—kind, polite, discreet, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul, who was exceptional and helped us with our baggage and our return to the airport. The team at Bonsai Tapas & Wine Bar, especially Dario and Laura, were also incredibly polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast is a must-try. Finally, the location is unbeatable: between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue, just two blocks from 5th Avenue, close to subway stations and Central Park. One of the best places to stay in Manhattan.

Room was clean, perfect size for 2 people. Parking garage directly underneath the hotel. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Great view from the 31st floor

NYC hotels, even 4 or 5-star ones can be a real hit and miss, but not this one. Staff were knowledgeable and professional throughout. We had a king bedroom, it was very spacious with gigantic and very comfortable bed and mattress. Bathroom was also big with bath and shower and great water pressure. It is also one of the rare hotels with really good gym, it was 24/7. We didn't have breakfast included but we decided to eat in on the day we were leaving. It was very good! One of the best avocado toasts I've had. Espresso was also good. Location was fantastic, walkable distance to times square, empire state building, rockefeller center, the largest macy's and more. I will definitely be back.
Jan 06, 2026 -
A great hotel to stay in NYC! The location is unbeatable, only a few minutes’ walk from the most iconic avenues, shops & landmarks. It is quite simply decorated, but this turned out to be not negative at all. Perfectly clean, bed was amazingly comfortable, excellent bathroom. The amenities provided on the 3rd floor, including the coffee machine, lounge & business corner, also add value to the whole experience. Definitely recommended!

Good hotel that was made great due to the staff. Hotel was beautiful, clean and well kept. Staff were incredible. Stayed for my birthday and they left me both a birthday card and a treat along with a great high floor room with some good views. Only problems I had were noise and the elevators. The walls were very thin at least on our floor, and even though we were practically at the top of the hotel noise from the street was still loud enough to wake us up here and there. Elevator system seemed a bit old or in need of service. Was loud, slow, and would randomly stop on wrong floors for no reason. Overall, had a very good experience with some minor hiccups.

one of the best hotel rooms i ever stayed. I stayed in many las vegas hotels and this is beats all of them. Front desk are nice, housekeeping nice. MUST RECOMMEND
Nov 24, 2025 -
I am spending here 10 nights. I had to call for problems with the heating 7 days out of 10 while the room was freezing. Today i had to call 3 times to get it fixed and 12 hours later the same problem again. They put a limit on the heating and then you cannot go higher. When finally they solve it, during the night it seems the hotel puts the system in stand by and the heating does not work. I got sick and sore throat due to all the heating problems, which affected my business meetings.
Nov 22, 2025 -
For a mid priced, hotel not heavy with amenities this was really a pleasant surprise. Clean, nice case goods, great service and the location is awesome. Walking distance to so many things and quick access to the subways.
Nov 18, 2025 -
I needed one night in Manhattan and this was perfect. It was so close to times square and central park and the staff is so kind! The rooms are super clean and have a coffee machine in the room and also on the business lounge floor for espresso drinks. I was very pleased with our stay!

I just stayed here this past weekend and it was truly lovely! I told the staff I felt as if it were a European hotel, since it has a very different vibe. And it was explained to me that it once was owned by British Airways and the current owners have maintained its elegance. It is a boutique hotel, so I had to laugh when I saw a review mentioned the small elevators. We had seven people in the elevator, not "European small" in my view. Someone really knows how to hire the right people and train their staff, because they were excellent! Sandy at the front desk, along with all the receptionists were more than helpful. And Syed, literally went running down the street and around the corner to find me a cab. Even the maintenance man in the elevator was welcoming, as was every housekeeper that I met. My room (3501) was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The bed was large and comfortable. I appreciate a good mattress! It was quiet, spotlessly clean, and everything was in working order. True, it's not cheap, and in my opinion, was worth every penny.
Oct 14, 2025 -
Good Hotel, but rooms are very small. Would highly recommend staying with a city view otherwise you can wash your hands from the bed. Very crammed ! Only two elevators so give extra time leaving the hotel during busy times. Staff and lobby are professional and caring.

Chanel is not helpful and they did not honor a commitment they made to move the reservation within the allowed time frame, they made a simple mistake, which happens, and then did not make any effort to fix it. The notes were even in the call but the move was not executed. Would expect better service from a well respected place, but maybe it’s not as great with the new leadership in place. 1/5

I stayed at Concorde Hotel New York for one night on a business trip and had a great experience. The Deluxe 1Q on the top floor had a clean room, comfortable bed, amazing city views, and an excellent bathroom and shower. The Midtown location is very convenient, and there is a bakery across the street with good croissants. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only tricky part was finding the building at first since the name and number are not very visible. Overall, I would happily stay here again. Thank you.
Oct 03, 2025 -
The hotel has a great location. We had the Deluxe Bedroom Suite and it's spacious, but quite simple in design and decorations. We were on the 12th floor and we didn't have much of a view even though it's promoted as having a city view. Also, the noise is quite bad from both outside and inside the hotel. You need to come prepared with earplugs if you want to get decent sleep. For $400 the hotel is quite basic given it charges a resort fee. You don't get much if anything for that fee. Also, on the checkout day the cleaning lady knocked on the door asking when we'll leave twice before the check-out time. That's unprofessional and shows the lack of customer attention in the hotel. It feels more like a serviced apartment building rather than a hotel. We've stayed at Lotte a few blocks away before and if we were to choose again we'd go back to Lotte for pretty much the same price.

We spent several nights at the Concorde Hotel and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, and housekeeping kept everything in perfect order every day. The bellman was kind and helpful, and the front desk staff were professional and polite. We also appreciated the convenience of having our Amazon packages delivered directly to the hotel without any issues. The location is very good and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. However, the main disappointment was the experience with the hotel’s restaurant/bar. One evening we wanted to relax with our 6-year-old, play a card game in the lobby extension, and use the two complimentary wine vouchers we had received. As soon as the staff realized we would only be using the vouchers and not ordering food, they openly criticized us among themselves. This was extremely unprofessional, made us feel uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving. On another occasion, my wife and child went for breakfast and asked to put the bill on the room to pay at checkout. The waitress reacted with visible irritation, refused, and insisted that the bill be paid immediately, which caused unnecessary embarrassment. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, clean, and comfortable, but the restaurant service really lets it down. For a hotel at this price point, and especially one that does not include breakfast, the guest experience should be consistent across all services. If the management improves the bar and restaurant service, this hotel could easily be outstanding.

If there was a 3 1/2 Choice for the overall review I would have used it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in Midtown made it easy to get around. The area felt safe and enjoyable to walk in, which was a big plus. That said, a couple of things kept the stay from being as good as it could have been. For a hotel with a resort-fee, I was surprised there wasn’t bottled water in the room, which most hotels at this level provide. More importantly, the air fresheners used in the lobby and hallways were overwhelming. The strong, perfume-like scent carried into the guest floors and even clung to my clothes and luggage after leaving. If you’re sensitive to fragrances, I’d recommend checking this before booking. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and Airbnbs, and this is one of the few times the air treatment actually took away from the experience. Simply turning off the heavy air sprays and using air purifiers instead would make a huge difference.

Luxurious, elegant, clean, beautifully designed hotel in a great location. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and, above all, have spectacular views of the city. Thanks to all the staff, especially Roland, Carlos, and Marina, who made our stay in NYC special. Andrea from Italy

Quiet and calm hotel near the central park! The elevators work, it is clean and smells nice! Definitely 5 stars, although the hotel has 4 stars. I recommend it.

One elevator out of service during our stay, so waiting for one to service 35+ floors was inconvenient. Construction next door blocks the sidewalk facing the building to the right. Otherwise amazing room and friendly concierge.

My experience at the Concorde Hotel was excellent. From the beginning of the check-in process, I felt well taken care of. The front staff members and the receptionist Sheri were polite, professional, and provided wonderful service. The room was accommodating for our stay and the lounge on the 3rd floor was magnificent. They provided comfortable seating and a coffee ☕️ espresso machine that was indescribable. I had the pleasure of having several cups ? of delicious cappuccino. The housekeeping service was excellent and provided us with enough towels and amenities. The check-out process was also quick and seamless. I would recommend the Concorde Hotel New York.

I was happy till last day as Nourine and Radha ( ops manager) were extremely good in providing service. However 1 night before I met Mr. Ronald, who were extremely rude and non cooperative in answering basic question. I was surprised how can he even ask guest to wait till tomorrow without out room ( even checked in was done) till operations manager comes next day. I didn't argue with him and didn't ask further queries. If I will not come back to this hotel it will be because of Mr. Ronald'a extremely rude behaviour. In my recommendations he should not deal handle customers' facing job. My feedback is in the extreme interest of employee and the hotel.

Hotel Concorde – The Perfect Stay in Manhattan Hotel Concorde delivers an exceptional experience with its unbeatable location right in the heart of Manhattan. The vibrant surroundings make it one of the most beautiful and convenient places to stay in the city. The rooms feature incredibly comfortable mattresses—ideal for unwinding after long days of exploring NYC. Hospitality here is truly top-notch, with daily housekeeping ensuring your room stays fresh and inviting throughout your stay. We spent five wonderful nights here, and every moment was well worth it. Throughout your stay, you have access to complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water. Each guest also receives a complimentary glass of wine—a nice and thoughtful gesture. A refundable security deposit of $200 per person is required, but if you have a MasterCard, you can take advantage of a special offer to pay just $100 per person, which is refunded at the end of your stay. For added convenience, each room comes equipped with a coffee machine and two disposable cups daily, so you can enjoy your favorite beverages without having to visit the coffee bar downstairs. On the 3rd floor, there’s a dedicated workspace where you can print documents, use a computer, or simply relax with coffee, tea, or water. It’s a perfect spot for a break or to catch up on work. Gym is also available. If a restful night’s sleep and great hospitality are important to you, Hotel Concorde is definitely the place to book. Highly recommended! The most comfy mattress for a relaxed sleep after long walks in NYC. A STAY HERE IS A MUST IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO VISIT NYC.

Every time I go to NYC now I am going to make it my business to stay at this very hotel. Seriously, everyone from the staff to the how clean the hotel and rooms were. Everyone spoke and was very much friendly. They make sure you are enjoying your stay. I arrived earlier than my check in so they made me feel comfy still while I waited. The room, the view, the business center and the bar/ restaurant were all amazing! I didn’t want to leave bc of the hotel itself.

We have stayed at many hotels in NYC but this holiday season was our first stay at the Concorde Hotel. It did not disappoint and we will return. The location is perfect. You are close to everything without being in the middle of everything. There is coffee available 24/7 and the rooms are spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is great! This was our first time in NYC, and we read practically every single review for every hotel in Manhattan, and honestly, we were pretty nervous about what we would find once we arrived. Every hotel had some scary reviews, so it was a real relief when we walked into this nice, clean hotel with fast elevators (we never waited longer than a minute, and most of the time, less). The room was big and perfectly clean, with a huge bathroom, a closet with hangers, a proper hairdryer for women’s hair (first time ever!), a Nespresso coffee machine, and even an iron and ironing board ! The staff was very polite and helpful. We loved our cleaning lady, Margaret! She kept our room spotless, changed our towels daily, and refilled the toiletries. The doorman was also kind and friendly, he helped us book a car to take us to the airport. I saw some people complain about construction noise, but honestly, we didn’t hear anything. We noticed construction next to the hotel, and there were some renovations inside the hotel at one point, but it was done so quickly—in a day—and we never heard any noise, whether from construction or anything else. On the third floor, you can get free coffee, tea, and water, which was a nice bonus. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Even though the prices are insane by European standards, we could have easily ended up in a much worse place for the same amount of money. So, at least for the fortune you have to spend on accommodation in NYC, we had the perfect and best possible stay!

I’ve been staying in hotels all month, this one was the most expensive and had the least amount of amenities. This hotel is not for children when it comes to food. There wasn’t anything on the menu I could eat or that was appealing. Most hotels have at least pizza and fries for children and adults who eat like children… they did not. The breakfast, that you have to pay for, wasn’t a typical hotel breakfast. Maybe I’m just poor, but this place just feels to fancy for regular people food. I was confused because they have burgers, burgers and no fries? Maybe they did have fries, I didn’t ask, but I also didn’t see it on the menu. The rooms are so close that I was scared awake every night when my neighbors opened there door because I though they were opening my door. I had the do not disturb sign on, but it didn’t matter because the walls are so thin, I could hear housekeepingggg every morning. They have these throw pillows that they obviously don’t wash because when I came in tired and laid on them, it smelled like my boyfriend’s hair after he comes from the gym. Gross. Immediately threw them off the bed, never to return to them again. I could tell the room was clean, but everything smelled like it had been sitting for a while. Like it just smelled… dusty. If that makes sense. The AC in the room wouldn’t let me change the flow of the air, so it said it was 70, but it did not feel like 70 until many hours later. I will say that the shower was really nice and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and amazing. They actually had the best staff of all the hotels I’ve visited. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have given this hotel two starts in comparison to the others alone. Give the staff a raise. This hotel is also right in the middle of everything. I was so glad I didn’t rent a car because most of the stuff I needed was in walking distance.
