I received many quotes, but my rep with Broadway auto transport, Charlie Davis seemed to answer my questions very quickly and simply. Charlie was great and made sure the process went very smoothly. He got me the agreement quickly and explained the process completely. He made sure to let me know when the car was picked up and made sure the driver was in contact with me during transport and also reached out at the time of delivery. Charlie has been very patient, fair, and transparent with me and my barrage of questions- we all know there are some bad actors in the auto transport broker and driver world. His quote was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote I've received, and both my peace of mind and pocket book appreciate that. He then further reassured me that I pay nothing to secure the contract, pay only a small (reasonable for the costs involved in this world) deposit only once the driver actually arrives and loads/secures the vehicle and I’m satisfied with that. I’ve just finished that part of the transaction and I have the driver’s contact information, assurances he is fully insured for anything that might happen during transport, and I don’t pay the remaining (majority) portion of the quote until my vehicle arrives safely into my possession at the destination and I’m satisfied with its condition. Charlie is one of the good actors and in that sweet spot of saving some money but not quoting so low that he has to try to make up for it with shady last minute surprises. What he quoted is what I signed and what I have assurance will be what I pay and my vehicle is picked up and on its way!

Worked with Broadway to ship my 93 Bronco back to Atlanta from Jackson MO. Initial quote was not achieved as expected and the end amount was about twice that. You have to know that going in with most shippers and a little research on my part showed the second offer was more on point. Broadway was upfront that it was my option to choose to move forward or not - for me it was, mileage may vary. Communication was great throughout. Adam Scott coordinated for me and was available day or night. He was professional and courteous. The contracted driver arrived within 10 minutes of the expected pickup time. Hauling equipment was an Expedition with open trailer. They made good time and delivered same day with no damage to my truck. Majority of cost was pay on delivery. Mine was cash only so be prepared to have cash on hand to wrap up at delivery. Altogether a decent experience for me - Adam and Broadway fulfilled our agreement. I got done what I needed at a cost I was at peace with.
