Big Apple Mobility were brilliant from start to finish. Their website was very easy to navigate. Once we arrived in New York I had several messages confirming my booking and a reminder of where to collect the scooter (you can have delivery to your hotel but I chose this option). We were greeted by the kindest me ever of your team, who showed me how to use everything on the scooter. When we were dropping off the scooter, we were met with another incredible member of the team, who asked how I got on with it. It was an absolute godsend and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy New York to the fullest without it. I am so grateful to Big Apple Mobility for offering this service.

From the very beginning i felt like the people talking to me were supportive, professional and flexible. I rented a knee scooter for 3 month. By the end of the third month, I called and asked them to come to pick it up. The guy on the phone was super kind, kept telling me that he is so happy for me that I won’t need the scooter anymore- adding that it’s a good sign for full recovery. I was so touched. ?

I highly recommend this place !!! I have mom and sister using motorized wheelchairs and Alex has been there for me in many emergencies and breakdowns!! I've bought multiple chairs from this place and can only say they are the best , chairs being used everyday needs attention and maintaining Alex always picked up and delivered all my chairs taking the pressure off of me. Big Apple Mobility dropped off a wheelchair for my grandma to use while we were in the city for the weekend. They took care of dropping off and picking up the wheelchair at our hotel so it was there when we arrived. Without the wheelchair it would have been very difficult to be able to show her as of New York as we got to see without the added worry of picking up or dropping off the wheelchair.

They were very easy to do business with and the service was prompt to deliver the item to the hotel lobby.

It was a bit of a hassle to pick up but it was so very appreciated as a way to get around New York. We stayed in a central location and could get around fairly well during the day. At night, it was more of a challenge do to crossing the streets as the "scoops" to get on the sidewalks were sometimes where you usually cross and sometimes on the corner and you couldn't see them due to the people until you were right there. 8th street had a wide area only for pedestrians so I would recommend using it as long as you can. This made my trip so much more enjoyable!

They were very helpful in getting us set up with a mobility scooter rental after my uncle's stroke. Delivered to our apartment with everything we needed to know for operation and picked up when we no longer needed it. Friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone who has mobility rental needs.

Jose went above and beyond his call of duty to help my sister and I on our trip. We were desperate for a scooter to get around New York at a reasonable price. At the end he loaded our luggage and wished us well until we meet again. I highly recommend this company over any other!

We have our own motorized scooter (7 miles distance), but decided to rent a motorized scooter (14 mile distance) from this company for our trip to New York. The cost was very reasonably priced. It was delivered to our hotel and was there upon our arrival. It was easy to use and charge up every night. The front basket was a good size to store water bottles, bags, backpack, etc. The BEST thing was not having any stress or worry about the battery running out of power mid-day and having to find a place to recharge the battery. ?❤️ When we checked out of the hotel, we left the motorized scooter with the concierge. Right in the heart of New York City, we had an issue with a wheelchair that had been loaned to us back in Québec. Fortunately, we easily found Big Apple Mobility, just around the corner. Alex made it possible for us to continue exploring New York by renting us a wheelchair that held up perfectly under my 200 pounds and miles of walking all over the city!! He even kept our broken wheelchair for us during the rental and made the necessary adjustments on the one we rented to meet some specific needs. While visiting NYC, my wife was recovering from knee surgery. Although she can walk a couple of blocks fairly well, much more than that becomes painful and problematic. On our second day in the city, we realized that it'd be helpful to have some mobility assistance. We decided to rent a wheelchair so that I could take her on longer outings. After finding great reviews for Big Apple Mobility, we decided to call on them for wheelchair rental. Genius decision! Everything about the interaction was fantastic. The wheelchair was promptly delivered to our hotel. The cost was more than reasonable and they even picked up the wheelchair at the end of our stay. It was all perfect. We couldn't possibly recommend BAM more highly.

I was told by the Hotel that you was the go to place for a scooter.. I had a knee injury and could not get around on my own to well. When I called at 1:00 pm on a Saturday and asked questions, all your answers were yes and you had it delivered to me by 2:15. You have not only fast service but great service. I thank you so much for making my last two days a success.
