Very bad customer service I have to wait a lot an not help

Worse customer service. I went to cash back a check, and the cashier didn’t help me change my check. I went to Bank of America, and I didn’t have any issues. Never will open a bank account here.

Terminal doesn't work to access atm after hours for card or nfc

Absurdly short hours for indoor ATM. Forced to stand outside to get robbed. Who runs this branch?

Awful customer service. Went in to enquire about unspecified fees charged on several of my accounts and was told to find another bank if I didn’t like it. No explanation given as to why the fees were levied in the first place. Been a customer for over 10 years and treated like dirt.

I almost walked into a Wells Fargo to complain about switching from Chase after visiting the previous Chase branch but the people here were really nice. I was looking for notary services and went to two other branches but they didn’t have notaries and they were also kind of unhelpful but this branch did, even though their notary wasn’t available at the time, they told me to come back at a later time and made an appointment for me despite their system being offline at the time.

Busy one. I wait here usually. They are doing a good job.

How is anyone suppose to get their stuff at the Amazon locker? This ATM needs to be accessed…

Bit of a dreary bank. People usually pretty good there. However this visit I needed to get a piece of paper notarized (3 min job) and was told I needed an appointment. Went to TD two streets down and the were able to squeeze me in no problem. Bit let down by Chase.

This ATM phone tap works if your card is in AppleWallet and not in hand.

Great branch! Greeted warmly and taken to a personal banker who was warm, thorough and helpful! Great experience!

There’s a teller here by the name of James. I believe he deserves a raise. My Christmas Eve was quite busy and draining from all my errands. James went above and beyond to help me out today and even gave me keychains and gift card envelopes to take with me, without asking. That kind of service is unmatched and I would come back to this location strictly because of that. Thank you James, and Happy Holidays everyone.

I was the first and only person on the sign-up sheet. I waited for 27 minutes for help. Then the incompetent employee wasn't sure if they could close an account and put the balance into a cashiers check which I have done many times before. I wasted my entire lunch time and still did not get done what I needed to

Walked in this morning to open a business account, wrote my name on the list and seat down to wait, 5 minutes later a lady walks in and wrote her name on the list and walks in front of the representatives and gets called in to the cubicle by one of them without checking the list, Not right. Business elsewhere.

The staff is really friendly and courteous. I have been to this branch many times for my needs always found staff is really great and helpful.

Calling the 1411 Broadway branch number multiple times in the middle of the work day and they never answer. Just get recording saying they're dealing with other calls.

THIS is the branch where you'll want to do your banking. Tons of ATMS, and all of them are functional. You may need to wait briefly in line for a teller, but you're more likely to be waiting in line with someone in a suit than a homeless person at this location. If you need a replacement card or need to refinance a mortgage, THESE guys know what side UP is. I get the feeling bankers start off working at other branches, and if they're any good then they start work at this branch.

My go to place for cash. There are 4 machines there. Not busy. Currently the place is hard to find because of scaffolding

This Chase bank is great. Lots of ATMs if you don't feel like waiting on the lines to see tellers. You are always greeted by a banker when you walk in. Staff is friendly and courteous and I've never had to wait a long time.

I just spent about 45 minutes with Christopher Richards, a relationship banker, to set up a new business checking account. Not only was Chris personable, but he was very attentive and informative. Chris helped me make the best decision for my needs. I left the experience confident and happy with my decisions.

The worst experience ever. Had to spend two days just to get a replacement card that actually took less that a minute. At the first day left after 20 min wait time, and the next day came early in the morning and had to wait 30 min. Personal bankers are like sleeping turtles. Instead of servicing the customers, they eat breakfast, walking back and force, checking the phones and completely ignore you.

After closing my Wells Fargo account, I walked across the street to deposit the money in my Chase account. The differences in the two banks were quite obvious. I was greeted when I entered this Chase branch. I was then directed to the tellers. There was no line and plenty of tellers. It was great! Wells Fargo had a huge line but only a couple tellers. Customer service is definitely a focus for Chase and this experience confirmed that commitment. The space itself is quite cavernous and isn't cozy by any means. But, it's a bank so the space isn't too big of a deal.

Just opened up a business account with a very friendly business banker here. I am starting my own fashion business and needed business credit card, credit line, equipment financing , checking and savings account. She also referred me to a client of her's who owns a shipping store. Went into to speak with the Owner of Postal Connections at 200 W. 39th Street and setup a corporate shipping account, to save on my shipping costs. All in all was a great experience like the feel of neighborhood banking especially when it is applied by a mega bank.
