Ms. Lisa Liu greeted me with great patience and professionalism on my needs. I came today to ask for opinions to fix my bracelet but Lisa was able to tell me pros and cons to fix this and running risk of breaking again, and went straight to go through the process of selling my broken bracelet and use the proceeds for a new piece of jewelry I like. She also asked for my preferences and provided many options for myself or as gifts for family. Shes very detailed and thinking out of box in supporting customers. Highly recommend!

Not a place for LGBTQ+ couples!!!! My girlfriend and I went in to look at wedding bands, and I even said from the beginning that my partner and I were looking. But when we sat down, the salesperson (Noel) kept asking where the “him” was. After my girlfriend corrected her, she gave a quick “sorry,” but the situation didn’t improve. She kept directing everything toward me and barely acknowledged my partner while showing the rings. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to LGBTQ+ customers.

This location is one of the best stores to buy LukFook 24k gold jewelry. The manager Lisa Liu has such a great personality and is very very helpful. She is such a kind and patient woman and she understands the customer’s needs better the customers themselves. Last week she helped me select an amazing 24k gold ring. Over the past few years she has always taken care of my shopping needs. The store is very beautiful and has an incredibly selection of 24k gold jewelry including diamond jewelry. While I was visiting this shop, Lisa shown me a great variety of 24k gold and pt95 jewelry. All prices in the shop have detailed breakdown and are transparent. For the solid gold jewelry, at the time of writing this review the premium over the gold spot price was near +50% (including wage and 8.875% sales tax in the end). This premium is among the best available in New York. It is also a good place to buy platinum, because prices for it are fair. If you decide to buy 24k gold, be aware that the pieces made from it are very fragile. You might want to wear them at special occasions or store as a wearable investment. The shop also offers more durable gold alloys such as 18k for everyday wear. I totally recommend this place.

Amazing store and wonderful staff ! I absolutely loved everything here and was gifted a piece here by my dad ( he shopped the store in China on a work trip ) I came in to find a year of the snake piece that could be an everyday piece and was helped fast ! We picked out the cutest little charm and bracelet for my new piece ! I will be back !

I went to get a red bracelet to protect me for the new year as someone born with the year of the snake. I wanted to treat myself and get a good brand. As I am happy either my purchase, I do feel a bit of racial bias. I saw Luk Fook as something extremely unique with their little charms. I give it a 3 star rating because: 1. Since I was not Chinese, I was not given the best experience when it came to service. I was greeted at the door and wasn’t tendered right away while someone who was Chinese that came to the door following me was helped right away. I was just being stared at the whole time until someone ended up coming to me and asked if I needed help. 2. There was a girl sitting at the same section getting her own charm bracelet made, because she was Chinese I saw the two workers working together with her calmly. The one worker who was nice, I could tell I was being rushed. I did get what I wanted but I saw the care for customers who could speak another language other than English. After getting the bracelet, I was not told how to use it due to having a strange string that open and closes differently compared to others. I felt like I was just rushed out the door. 3. With their charm bracelets, I didn’t you could create your own and have your own string. I wish that was brought to my attention. As I was happy for my first 24k purchase, I wish I was tendered better as a customer here in the NY store.

This shop is dishonest and trying to trick the elders! My in laws went to get a dragon pendant for my son’s 30days full month, they were told by the sales the “cow” is dragon, my in-laws are old, they don’t see clear and don’t familiar with the cartoon animal figures! Eventhough they let us exchange, but this really shouldn’t be happened☹️
