ACHTUNG! absolutely rude and staff was racist. i asked for the south elevator because I had an appointment in the building, and they refused to help me, saying I didn't belong there. I tried to explain and I even gave my id but they just called security on me and threw my id on the ground in front of me. never come here in your life!

Big corporations like this look down on us, laugh at us. They think of us as inferior compared to them. They put illusions in our everyday life’s, the biggest being the right and left. There is no “left wing” and “right wing” it is only top and bottom. Big corpos like this are the top, and we are the bottom. They hate us, they divide us and make us fight amongst each other. Their biggest fear is us coming together and setting aside our differences. Open your eyes and see this as a full circle, recognize patterns in our society. It all comes back to a group of people.

BlackRock claims that it cares about people while it continues to invest in climate destruction, particularly in deforestation that impacts indigenous people. Shame on you, BlackRock.
Blackrock is directly responsible for climate and habitat destruction, as well as lobbying that is destroying the lives of countless people and animals. There is NOTHING sustainable about them and they need to be held accountable for what they’ve done and continue to do.
BlackRock continues to lie about their environmental impact. This one star will not be removed until action is taken to remove big oil from their ranks and work towards a truly sustainable company and future. Do better.

I happily had money invested in Blackrock until I found out that they have $90 billion invested in fossil fuels. They took my money and put it right into destroying my future. Not my kind of investing
I must admit, I was fooled by Black Rock's public climate commitments. But then I saw how they continually invest in the fossil fuels and drive the deforestation that is burning up my daughter's future. Liars!

"Community spaces for the public"? What a joke! It's investing in the destruction of our climate and our planet - our community space as a species! Its support of deforestation is harming indigenous communities and lands. BlackRock HAS to meaningfully commit to combatting climate change. One star (zero stars if I could) until it removes big oil tycoons from its board and starts acting in a way that matches its climate rhetoric. Time for BlackRock to go Green!
While this park may seem like a welcome oasis, I encouage anyone stopping by to think of the largely detrimental effect that BlackRock has on our environment, public policy, and public lands. BlackRock is not a company who I support and I ask you to contemplate that as you visit their space or do business with them.
It's huge physical presence is a constant negative reminder to passersby like myself who are aware of its huge impact through financial involvement in the destruction of the Amazon rain forest. OUR oxygen. The profit and outright greed is not really masked by BlackRock policy once inside the building. Feeble claims of caring about the environment. It makes me ashamed to be associated with the ruin and disrespect American profits from controlling places that aren't theirs.
Blackrock deserves no stars. My kid may not get to have a future because of the climate crisis, yet Blackrock invests heavily in deforestation and consistently funds the climate crisis. It can keep its ‘community spaces’ until it actually listens to communities who are impacted by climate destruction. Which is ALL of us, at this point.

This company is a cancer used by the Government to weed out the middle class. By buying up lower income and middle class homes for $20,000 to $40,000 over the listing price, they are forcing potential buyers out of the market. These people made over $600 billion during the pandemic. They are bad people!
They are not carrying through on their promises to cut their investment in unsustainable and destructive measures on the ecosystems, communities and their health as well as the infrastructure. Nothing is more unprofessional than having an unsustainable business plan. And with all due respect having a pretty lobby doesn't really cut it as a "strength" when you're in midtown...alongside some inherently more beautiful structures and ones that are possibly more appealing to walk into when weather is weather and crowds are rough.

Public space not for everyone.
It's raining heavily on this dreary Saturday morning 10 am, entered Black Rock public space to eat my takeout breakfast with a carry on bag and tote bag on my shoulders with my companion and was told by the foreman/ security with a getup expression that the bags would have to be left outside. When asked outside where, he waved his hand round a gesture I took to mean get away from in front of me. Thanked him politely and left but did notice others were sitting with their backpacks by their side. What is the use of a public space if it cannot be used as such?
Was here for the event they hosted: nice organized conference space, well done open space places.
The overall look inside and outside is good, people working there are nice and friendly.
This building has a great public atrium with Starbucks in it. Although all the seats look like they are taken during the busy time at lunch time, you can wait around for a minute or two and something will certainly open up. The indoor waterfall difuses the busy atmosphere and during lunch yuo can catch a guy playing the piano - really beautiful to listen to.
