Jeannine C. was fantastic to work with—very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process of planning our corporate team-building event. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received.

I had so many great experiences at the location, I even met one of my favorite music artist Friday at this location. Kendis is always welcoming and extremely helpful. My friends and coworkers all come here because we always have the greatest time. Good drinks and great food.

Security unnecessarily strict and rude. Was forced to throw out outside food that staff said I could check in. By that point food was already thrown away. No compensation or apologies despite asking what happened and acknowledging security's fault.

This arcade/bowling alley is less “family fun” and more “health code documentary.” Lanes 7–10 come with complimentary rats that sprint across the wood like they’re in a league of their own. Nothing ruins a frame quite like wildlife participation. The arcade machines barely function, the food tastes like regret, and the whole place smells like something filed a complaint and gave up. As for the manager, Uaiasha, customer service appears to be treated as a personal inconvenience. Concerns are brushed off, especially when they involve, you know, rodents on the lanes. One star — and that’s generously awarded to the rats for their consistency.

I’ve been to Lucky Strike twice in the past few months, and both times confirmed the same problem: management is toxic. Managers openly belittle and disrespect employees, creating a hostile environment that’s impossible to ignore. Staff look stressed, unhappy, and unsupported, and it completely kills the experience. I won’t spend money at a place that treats its employees this poorly. Do better—or don’t expect repeat customers.

Chelsea piers never disappoint. Dropping someone, like today, Sunday. Get your ticket, you have 20 minutes time limit. Dropped off my wife and kids to a cousins' Birthday party. Was out of there quick even snap some quick pictures for you guys to see. Enjoy!!!

Amazing party - thank you to Yogi. We hosted our daughter’s 11th birthday at Lucky Strike tonight. It was so wonderful and we wanted to thank all of the staff who were all kind and perfect and made my daughter and her friends feel special. A true special shout out to Yogi - he was the absolute best host of all time. Truly made the party perfect throughout. Thank you!

The alley is nice and super fun, the service however put a damper on the night. Our server was a short curly haired girl with a belly chain who had a weird attitude since the second we sat down. The guy at the front desk was super nice and the food runner too. She also refused to split the check directly in half and asked if we could just send each other the money. Weird.

Great experience, every one was so helpful and cheerful when we walked in for our date night

I come here annually w my company and it's always a great time! We bowl, we drink, we eat. The facility & bathrooms are clean. The apps are delicious & the beer is cold.

I visited a few days ago with my 7-year-old, and we had a great time in the arcade—it was a lot of fun. We did experience some issues with bowling, and I wanted to share this as constructive feedback. Please be mindful that not all customers are familiar with how bowling works. Clear and effective communication from staff would be very helpful, especially for first-time visitors. I paid upfront by credit card for one game and shoe rental. The card was left open (IDK why) , which resulted in additional charges for more games. I believed we were continuing rounds within the same game, but later realized we were being charged per game, per person, and ended up being charged twice. I understand I should have asked more questions, but the situation left me feeling blindsided. Clear explanation at the beginning would have helped avoid this confusion.
Jan 01, 2026 -
The food and drinks were good and setting up the bowling was easy and straight forward, was about 25 per person for yhe one game we played but over all we had a fun time. There is also an arcade we didn't check out but it looked fun as well.

Great place to take your family during the day and at night the Grown Adults can have fun… this place is great…. For a private event’s with your party on a separate floor

Fun place to bowling and have tasty food and good drinks! Servers delivered amazing service, always attentive and willing to help.

I would not recommend. We arrived and were told to wait 1.5 hours for $30 unlimited. One hour and a half later the new price was $47 pp. They refused to accommodate. I would not recommend.

Booked a birthday event at Lucky Strike this past weekend and could not sing their praises enough! The food and drinks were bomb, music was a vibe, and we had the most incredible event hosts that made the experience a great one (shoutout Yogi and Nyla). After we bowled, we also did laser tag and got some play cards for the arcade, which was also SO much fun. All in all it was a 10/10 night - definitely recommend!

Great laser tag and bowling. I wish they had non alcoholic drinks and more food options

Came here to celebrate my fiancé and my sister's birthday. Food was good. Drinks was poppin. Good vibes all night.
Nov 16, 2025 -
On September 5, 2025, we celebrated my fiancé’s pre-birthday at Chelsea Pier. We were fortunate to experience exceptional luck, with fortunate strikes at the arcade. The atmosphere was filled with awe, and the music was superb. The pizza was delectable, and the ambiance was delightful. The staff at Chelsea Pier was not only professional but also friendly and attentive. They ensured that we had a wonderful time, providing comfort and safety throughout our visit. Their kindness and friendliness complemented our enjoyment of the establishment. Our stay at Chelsea Pier exceeded our expectations. We extended our stay due to our immense enjoyment of bowling. We are deeply grateful to the Lucky Tripes at Chelsea Pier for making our visit truly memorable. We highly recommend Chelsea Pier. The pizza was exceptionally well-prepared, with hot and delicious portions. The staff also demonstrated exceptional timeliness in delivering our beverages. Overall, our experience at Chelsea Pier was exceptional. The combination of exceptional luck, delicious food, and friendly staff made it a truly memorable visit.

A huge thank you to the incredible staff at Lucky Strike Chelsea Piers, especially Asia (manager), Yogi (event host), Joanna (bartender), and everyone else who helped make my boyfriend’s celebration so amazing. We were a large party, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the service was top-tier. They were so well prepared for us and even brought their own decorations, which added such a nice touch. They also helped me set up the little things I brought, which meant a lot. Asia gave me a great rundown before everything started and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with how the night would go. Yogi did an awesome job managing the crowd and keeping the energy just right. Joanna and another bartender (I wish I remembered his name!) kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going. Thank you all so much for your kindness, your energy, and your amazing service. We truly had a night to remember and will absolutely be back.

Amazing place, went there twice already and it's awesome. Definitely recommend for a first date or a group outing. Arcade Games, bowling and they have food as well. 10/10 for me

I’d like to leave a very positive review Jeannine Caraballo!! She was super nice when it came to helping plan the party and reassured me on any confusion there was regarding the party. We had cheese pizza and drinks. I loved lucky strikes music as well they play a mixture of good new school and old school music. They do check bags tho just incase anyone was wondering so make sure you’re not carrying a very big heavy load.

First time here and at 1st we didn't like the wait time. And the food we ordered came out late.. Once we got called for our lanes there was an issue with the Groupon we purchased. Asia the counter person who took care of us tried a few times to correct the issue. She couldn't so she called the Manager Ariel, and he fixed the issue promptly and efficiently. Also when it came to the food ordered, He took great care of us. For the first time here these employees went above and beyond to make our evening fantastic.. Asia and Ariel thank you so much for your helpful, friendly and very welcoming service. You gained a customer for life

Arrived at 7pm, it was overlyy crowded and full. Had to scan a QR code to join a waitlist bc we had no reservation. It let me know that theres were 26 groups of ppl and 109 persons in front of me. Me and my guest went to the bar to at least eat and there was no room. When we finally got a seat at the bar the counter tops were wet and sticky. It took forever for a server to acknowledge us even tho we were sitting right in front of him. It took another worker to tell him to service us for him to say “who?” And again we were right in front of him. The food took long to reach us but it was good. After eating i asked the front desk to let me know where we were in the waitlist. 11 ppl. We left, went golfing, and came back and a spot was ready. It was abt 10:00 and they checked my purse, ID, made me empty my pockets, and go through a metal detector. All things they didnt do when i first arrived. It was emptier tho i can say that. Worker were more attentive when its not as busy. 2 ppl: $16.64 per person, 2 games + 15.98 for the shoes came to $83

we came here as a fun date night for two people and honestly did have a fun time. it all felt really nostalgic. we got the tickets through groupon and highly recommend doing that because its affordable and comes with the shoe rentals. depending on the time you go there might be kids running around but after 6pm (we went on a sunday) it got pretty empty and was just adults having a good time. while we waited for a lane we played some arcade games and got some food. i would get the spinach dip again.

Such a great experience, I came here with co-workers for a work charity and had such an amazing time. Employees here are very attentive, focused and friendly, the bowling alley was great, games and music made it even more fun. Such a peaceful view outside of Lucky Strike where you can see boats and the beautiful water from the Hudson River. This is a great place to come with family, friends and definitely work events.

Oh my god, is this a scam? We went as two people and only played two games, but they charged us for four. They said that putting each person’s name into the system counts as one game. Like… seriously? Total scam. The rental shoes were also in bad shape—really old and worn out. And the bowling balls were full of dents and scratches… they were just awful. The venue itself is pretty spacious, and they do play loud, energetic music. It wasn’t very crowded either. But honestly, the pricing is such a rip-off. Total scam.

I attended a large party of approximately 50 people for 3hr open bar with about 2 servers.. The atmosphere was amazing.. drinks was great but it took so long to get drinks so we had to double up.. But the staff did their best to accommodate us.. Parking is terrible in that part of Manhattan so I had to use their parking lot which was $51 plus confessional pricing ☹️.. Played some of their arcade games & got some small prizes.. Overall I would love to visit again but I doubt it.. It’s simply too expensive to enjoy in the city..
May 13, 2025 -
Nice experience here. Lots of bowling lanes with arcade machines thought. The air hockey was a lot of fun. Location is out of the way and prices are reasonable for the city. I would come back.

What a fabulous looking establishment! I loved the energy of this place as soon as I walked in! I was here doing of my son to participate in Paul Rudd's All-Star Bowling Benefit for SAY (Stuttering Association for the Youth), and the smiles were flowing from everywhere which was nice! My son loved the food! I see they have $30 bowl all day prices!
