This dude saved my art portfolio that was stuck on my iPad, I gave him a pile of parts and he gave him back something ready for data back up, absolutely worth the money not to mention it was done on time two days, That's not service That's excellent!!!!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I submitted a request on their website and left both my phone number and email. No one replied to my email. Someone did text message, and I sent a clear message explaining the issue. They said they’d check and get back to me — but they never did. Two days later, I followed up, and they didn’t even remember speaking with me. That’s not how a professional repair service should operate. I don’t recommend this place.

I reached out to this service to replace the battery on my iPhone. The replacement was done quickly and with great quality. I’ve been using my phone for a week now, and everything works perfectly. Excellent service, friendly staff, and very fast turnaround time. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Fixed my laptop that had a screen problem. Super grateful for their service. They were also very kind to me who barely knows anything about this kind of tech stuff!

My laptop unfortunately experienced water damage and I took it to Microsoft to get it fixed and they told me it would cost me around $800-900 to replace my battery and clean the motherboard. Seeing as this was outrageous, I took it to this iFix New York location and they fixed my battery and motherboard at the cost of $475 (originally $550 but minus the $75 diagnostic charge)! They kept me updated constantly when the replacement battery came in and when my laptop was ready to pickup. My laptop now runs perfectly! Thank you so much to Russel and the technician!

I brought in a laptop and external storage drive that had somehow croaked simultaneously, taking my data with them. The guys at iFix went through the options we had to recover the data and repair the laptop, and after running some diagnostics, they called and made sure I was OK with the (reasonable) prices before proceeding. A couple days later, I had the data back and a new hard drive installed. When I came to pick everything up, the technician came upstairs, explained the setup to me, and patiently answered my questions as though he didn't have a bunch of other repairs to get to, although I'm sure he did. I will continue to use iFix for tech repair and recommend them.

Such an easy set up for the appointment, great prices, service was phenomenal, and where other places told me it could take weeks my ps5 was fixed the day after I walked in! Great experience over all.

Great customer service and repair work. Came in at 5pm on a Friday to repair my playstation, and he had it done by 12pm the next day. Tells you what he’s going to do, provides video on what he thinks went wrong, and charges a decent price. Highly recommend if your PS5 has been acting up!

1. Sent in my steamdeck due to broken L1, R1 button as well as the up D-pad 2. Cane back with everything workinng, but L1 was still not working 3. They covered it under their warranty and everything is working brand new again. No hassle, a bit pricey but worth it for the warranty alone.

They did a great job fixing my iPhone X! I was doing so well for almost 8 years until I dropped it when it was out of its case and the back glass cracked. The Apple store wouldn't fix it because it's out of date. It really made my day when they said they could fix it. These guys did it on a time crunch and it's good as new. My MacBook broke down, and on the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend, I took it to iFix. I was worried that the coffee I accidentally spilled on it had caused significant damage. However, my concerns were unfounded— they repaired it quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost! It even seems to be running faster now! A huge thank you to the entire iFix team. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional! I highly recommend bringing your gadgets in for repair here!

I came in with a broken MacBook Air screen last week. I was expecting to give up my laptop for a few days while they repaired it. However, within a mere hour, iFix was able to replace my screen. They texted me updates while they worked so I'd know when to come back, and then allowed me to inspect my device to make sure everything worked before I paid for their services. My Mac has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend this team — they know what they're doing and are really fast. Update: 3 months later and laptop is still working great

I visited iFix with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, which had a broken back glass, two damaged camera lenses, and an issue with cellular service. I spoke with Russell, the store manager, who provided excellent customer service. Within approximately an hour, they had successfully replaced the back glass and camera lenses. The cellular service repair required several days, but they ultimately restored my phone to perfect working condition, making it look and function like new. I highly recommend their fast, professional, and convenient service.

I called “Ifix” and they told me that they did service the Playstation 2 and that I should bring it it for diagnosis. A day later I received an email and called them to see what happened, turns out the lens was the issue not to my surprise. I asked what the quote was and it was exponentially higher than all the other shops ($170 USD). That's the same price I purchased this console for. I told the person over the phone that it was the most expensive quote that I had received and that the only reason I had brought it to them was because the turn around times for the other shops were so long. I was reluctant and asked if I could pick up the console and if there was a fee for the diagnosis, they told me there was no fee and then told me they could order the part now and have it in by the following week and that the repair would be done “same day”. I would be paying an exponential amount but I would be getting what I wanted which is a fast repair time. That would have been worth the extra $90-100. In my mind it would be one week waiting for the part and on the second week I would have my console, and I would have gotten exactly what I was looking for. The following week, a week had past and it was now the second week they had my console in their possession. I called on Monday of that week to see how things were going and if there was an ETA. I was informed that “they were still waiting for parts”. I called again on Wednesday asking for an ETA to which I was told “they were still waiting for parts”, no word of an ETA and I was dumbfounded that there was no way for them to check when something was to be delivered. I then explained that I was told the repair would be done by this week and the only reason I left it with them is for that reason, he informed me that he would meet with the technician that day and give me a call back that day or the next. A call never came. At this point I did not trust them. You cannot charge a premium price for services and have no communication with the customer you’re dealing with. I headed over to pick up my console, he checks my information and informed me that they were “waiting for parts” not a surprise. I told them that was fine and no longer wanted the repair done, and was informed that I needed to pay 15% of the repair for restocking fees, this was because they had already bought the part. It came out to $25 USD, and When I got home I realized that one of the cables for the power block was missing (the part of the cable that’s inserted into the outlet). On top of that the glossy piece that was mysteriously removed and confused my was broken. It looks as if it was pried off with brute force and snapped, something I did not notice. This upset me even more because this console was in perfect condition for its age. And this is not mentioning the new scratches that can now be clearly seen at the top of the console. I did not call them back about these issues because I can already tell by the service this far it would make no difference. So I opted to make this review, and I have never written a review before about any company. They got paid $25 in the end, got to keep the part they bought for a future repair, now have the other end of my power cable to use, and gave me back a console with far more wear on it than when I had brought it in. Even if the repair had been done in the time allotted, the damages to the outside of the console would still be present. Please make your own decision on this shop when you need a repair, they’re probably good at fixing phones and have a good reputation in that department, but on other devices BE WARY! I can only conclude than an inexperienced or careless technician opened my console. I see there are other negative reviews here and wish I had seen them sooner. Additionally I see they like to make PR statements under the negative reviews so pay no mind if there’s one under this one, no words or statements can amend the negative experience with this shop. Words cannot fix the damages that have already been made. Thank you for reading and stay informed.
