everywhere I went there was literally someone staring at me and following me I confronted the people about it and they said that a lot of people have been stealing so that they are taking precaution however in such a intimate setting it feels so weird being followed, and stared at the entire time maybe get a new security system lol
I had gone before to buy shoes and didn’t have a problem but when I was in the area and stopped in to look at shoes and lingerie I just kept getting followed. It was really upsetting because I had just been harassed and actually wanted to shop and to take my mind off of it. But wordlessly being followed through the store without asking what I was looking for or offering to help at all just felt disgusting and I ended up leaving without buying anything. Never go here.
I wanted to get a little sexy outfit, as soon you walk in group of men just hanging there. Watching your every move and everything you look at. Walked behind you from line to line. Horrible and uncomfortable environment for any woman.
Horrible experience Went there with my girlfriend and was blatantly being followed by security. Hate to play the race card, but at the very minium unwarranted profiling, especially considering that I would of bought something just for fun.

I have never seen anyone more disgusted from touching jockstraps like one of the guys there. He didn't want to really help, yet wouldn't leave me to look by myself.
Found a jock. Went to pay. He wanted the price with tax. I told him that in NY there is no tax on clothing (underwear are exempt from tax). He answered that if i pay cash there is no tax. If i pay with card, there is. I left without the jocks. He won't charge more from me because I'm bi. [No. It's not tax-evasion. Again, underwear, as all clothes are exempt from tax].
Worst place ever.

Gave 2 stars because of large variety of jocks (looked for yellow ones size XL - not so common), and all other things there.
If you don't care about customer service, this is a good shop. Just know where are you going in.
If I could rate a place 0 stars I would. The staff are rude, disrespectful and just stare at you and scold you if you don't buy anything. There are thousands of better options on less instrusive staff that don't look at you like a hawk. They also never check for ID. I'm 24, but people have said I look 16, so they also break the law. Don't come here
This place is terrible. The prices are outrageous I mean way crazy you can find the same products over at the video store on 23rd and 6th for half the price and on 19th and 8th for 2/3 the price.
The creeps who work there will be yelling at you the minute your video goes off put monay, .puut monay don't waste your time or money here
First time at this location they had a good variety of options to choose from toys. Went to check out the arcade but felt awkward since I approached since most of the rooms were full and everyone was standing at a door staring at you. Once you finally go into a room if you’re not playing a movie right away an employee knocks on your door to put a dollar into the machine. Movies last 2-3 minutes per dollar. As most people say there are plenty of employees here and it does feel like they follow and or watch you the whole time there. This was on a Saturday.
I do not understand all the bad reviews. This is a FINE ADULT VIDEO STORE. I go to New York twice a year mainly to visit their MANY FINE ADULT VIDEO STORES, and this is one of my favorites. I spend a lot of money when I go and they all treat me very nicely. The workers there are typical for New York Video Stores. I think the women that go there may be expecting something like AMAZING. If you want AMAZING, go to one near your home state. They used to have a sister store directly across from Port Authority Bus terminal called Vihan Video. That too was an excellent adult video store, but unfortunately closed.
I honestly dont care to leave 1 Star this place says that it's open 24 hours, I go in to pay he said the backrooms are not open but I CLEARLY see on the camera ppl back there. I dislike the workers they were extremely rude.
They don’t lack a diverse selection of merchandise that’s for sure, prices are a little much but the real issue I have is the staff. They follow you aggressive and it feels like there’s always at least 2 sets of eyes on you at all times. I understand not wanting people to steal, but it makes the entire time you’re there feel weird and rushed. If you are looking for clothes or videos, they have plenty to choose from, just be ready to pay an extra 10-15$ and have people stare at you the whole time.
Was getting a gift for a friend, got kicked out for no straight forward reason. Rude and appalling people. Do not go here. Better luck going to other stores.
Extremely rude and aggressive employees. They will follow you around and make you extremely uncomfortable. Felt like they were breathing down my neck the whole time. I won't be back.
I was last here last night with a friend and I left my American Express card at the store! I called the store and NUAn saved it for me, I am very grateful to him and his crew!
The staff is new to the country and have very limited verbal skills. That is the American way, however, these particular gentleman have a very inconvenient manner of speaking. One should learn the vocabulary of there job. YES! BUT, To act as if the men shopping there are serve some sort of toddler they have be Forced to babysit and they would rather be anywhere but there.
I wasn't happy. RATHER than stew and not resolve this awkwardness that was equally distributed amongst the customers. I leaned toward an answer.
I am not going to insatgate a worker abuse and foreign worker at that. But 12 hour shifts and four days in a row. While the owner hold naturalization and ICE over them.
I am not excusing the attitude. However knowing where it is based gave me space to not take it in, just let it pass.
Went there with my wife for look. We were followed by one of the staff the whole five minutes we were there. He wasn’t subtle at all. Obviously the staff there know nothing about customer service. We just wanted to browse and maybe buy something but it’s hard when some moron is watching you from two feet away. For anyone else, fine anywhere else. These guys have no idea. Pack of losers.
Is winter. Is cold. I had .any clothes. Got into this "shop" wanted to buy some lube. Condoms. A toy or two. Then I went to the Video booth. Put 5$ put 4$ more. I run out of time. So was searching my my cash when the Indian guy came knocking violently the booth door. Yelling. What are you doing. First I thought he confused the door. He was arguing with another guest before this. Indian guy end up giving back 20$ to the white guy. So next he keep yelling and forcing the door in. I open and ask what's the matter? He say. What are you doing? I was fully clothed. Only took off my scarf. And my winter coat.. my gloves. I proceeded to walk out of the booth and he try to grab my arm. And hold me back maybe. I look at him and say don't touch. And I'm living. Its ok. You keep you movies I keep.my cash. Keep doing what you doing. Soon you be out of business. Gooy luck.
