I ordered new blinds for my Manhattan apartment. The whole process was easy, and the installer did a really neat job.

I ordered two motorized extra-large blinds, and the entire process has been very smooth. The installers were both friendly and professional, making the experience seamless from start to finish!

I cannot say thank you enough to NY City Blinds. They helped me throughout my entire window treatment process. From consultations to installations they did it all! When they say they’re a one stop shop, they mean it! Luis and Gierson were extremely polite when coming to install my new shades, even more than expected! At first i was having difficulty figuring out which shades would suit my home the best, but after meeting with Or, the designer, I felt the weight lift off my shoulders! He presented so many different options and helped me decide on the best fabric for the area. Now the customer service team, where do i even start? After having a few questions about the process of installations, Ofek helped me understand everything that went into the transformation of my home. In addition to this, Oz was an incredible help when confirming the date and times of my installation that day. Even after the installation the entire team was very determined and contacted me a few times to make sure that my shades were to my expectations! Thank you so much NY City Blinds for this experience. Overall, NY City Blinds was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and we’re happy with the quality of the product. However, we were disappointed with one aspect of the install. In the design phase, we chose a ceiling mount rather than a wall mount, and unfortunately, the team did not account for the fact that our ceiling is not level. As a result, the roller shade appears visibly crooked. While they adjusted it as much as the shade would allow, it remains uneven—and there was no offered resolution or much interest in helping us correct it. I know they can’t fix our ceiling, but they could have measured and flagged this before installing. Had this been identified during the measurement phase, we believe a workaround could have been found, or we could have opted for a different mounting method.

I am super satisfied with the level of service from sales to installation. The experienced team was able to provide the perfect solution and was super responsive to all my questions and concerns before, during, and after the installation. They are one of the best Lutron dealers in the tri-state area.

Really lovely experience overall with NYCity Blinds! Service was great, Jackie was our design consultant and took the time to walk us through all the options and our technician, Carlos, installed our new blinds with so much care and attention to detail! Huge plus for how clean they left the space, too!!

After a failed attempt to order window treatments from another merchant with which we had dealt in the past, we contacted NY City Blinds, were able to schedule a prompt appointment, and one of their experienced design consultants, Mauricio, came to our apartment, listened to our needs and wants, made helpful suggestions and took our order. A few weeks later, our blinds were ready, and we were easily able to set up a convenient appointment, at which time our blinds were expertly installed by one of the company's technicians, Vinnie. In sum, we were very satisfied with the entire process, and would both highly recommend NY City Blinds and definitely do business with them again.

I made an appointment to meet at their soho store they were there with coffee and a smile helping us decide on price, fabric, shades and pull cords. Orr was there helping us every step of the way. WOW! My House looks beautiful after the amazing installation done by NY City Blinds. Nothing short of amazing. It started off with Or, the design consultant who very patiently took his time to show me all the fabrics for all the different options of shades and curtains that I was interested in. I wanted shades in 4 bedrooms for my kids and mine, two living rooms, and a laundry room. He sat down with me for 3 hours and took measurements.This is a big project and I wanted it to go perfectly and that is exactly what I got. They were up to date with the lead time and everything went smoothly. Living Room 1: This living room is the main living room in my house. Over here we did a double window treatment project of 6 honeycomb shades and covered by a beautiful motorized sheer drape. The shades were measured perfectly and the color of the shades and the color of the sheer drapes went perfectly together. Luis and Oz (the installers) did an amazing job! Living Room 2: This living room is more for show. Luis and Oz, once again did a gorgeous job with these off-white linen drapes. These drapes are connected to a wand to open and close. It looks very professional, like a hotel. I have no complaints at all! Just Beautiful. Bedrooms: The bedrooms were a smaller project. My kids typically have trouble sleeping due to light exposure from our old shades. We replaced everything with 1 blackout honeycomb shade per room from hunter douglas. All have a cord with child safety mechanisms. With our design consultant Or, everything was thought out! Now my kids sleep through the night, and I don’t have to worry about messing with the blinds. Master Bedroom: In my bedroom we did two sets of sheer ripplefold linen drapes with wand attachments and top down bottom up honeycomb shades. Luis and Oz carefully steamed the drapes and cleaned up the mess as well. Overall, NY City Blinds has an amazing team, they come prepared, they follow up, they are patient and willing to help with all of my window treatment needs. They left my house in the same condition as when they first came but now my home looks transformed! Thank you so much, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for window treatments in or around New York City.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Quick response after I emailed them asking for a quote. They sent a fantastic salesperson (Or) the next day, who was very courteous and professional. He measured, discussed options, and worked with us to give us a deal we were very happy with. After we placed the order, they kept us updated on the status and scheduled an installation date at the earliest possible time. Installation was great—Carlos did a wonderful job, was very professional and tidy. We couldn’t be happier with the end product! Bought motorized shades with a hub and linked it to Alexa with no problems. Definite five star experience!
