Had a very great experience with the sales person, Aiden. I am sincere when I say that it is one of my favorite stores in the city. This place sells for the high but offers you the low. I sold four pairs of sneakers here received $75 looked on Instagram and saw that this crappy place turned the four Sneakers I sold into $250. What a bunch of crooks

The team at the Loop are awesome! We actually went down there to go to District One and that store found it hard to even say hello to us so we were very happy to give our sale to The Loop. So much better vibe, better pricing and Little's customer service was exemplary - my son left very happy with his sneakers!

Sadly I can’t put a review without giving this place a star. Worst experience and customer service was off. The guy whose job is to authenticate does not know how to authenticate real from fake . That has me questioning their merchandise in there. We had brought in an authentic item to sell and we have receipts from the actual store but we just wanted to see how much he would price it at and the guy said it was “fake” ! lol he didn’t know we had a receipt from the store!! Watch what you buy from This store it’s super sketchy! Make sure you double check what you buy from Them! Worst store in NYC.

Best shop in NYC. I had such a positive experience.. The store itself is well-organized with a wide range of options, from the newest releases to classics. They carry both high-end and more affordable items. What stood out the most was the customer service- Mars, Dave and Johnny were so helpful in finding what I needed. I love that they sell accessories and clothing- not just shoes. They buy used items and they pay out surprisingly well. I will 100% be back. Check them out!
