Thanks to these guys I don’t need to stay at my friends house another night lmaoo. No offense to her but Servpro saved me and tom is the best! I had a sink overflow and I left my apartment without realizing it was on. Talk about a disaster when I got back home. Another tenant told me about Servpro and they came right away to save the day. Hi there, writing this in FREEZING nyc, where my building has not only had frozen pipe issues, but I had a toilet overflow in my bathroom that the water almost froze from the temps when I wasn’t home. Crazy times were living in and I’m just glad this team came through for me. I’ve never ever ever had a toilet overflow so I was baffled. They knew exactly what to do and how to help even when I was frantic. Thanks again Tom & the Servpro squad. You guys are great!

What’s there to say about Servpro and Tom that hasn’t already been said?? I seen some of the reviews and I’m here to tell you they’re the best there is. Sometimes these companies will try to price guage you and take advantage but I’ve noticed Tom does his best to give the best price he can. That’s a real good owner if I say so. Luckily I had a continuous issue that wouldn’t stop that I felt like Tom and the crew were around constantly. Eventually we targeted the main issue and I haven’t seen them since lollll. I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am ??

Tomer took great care in repairing the damage done to the walls of my mother's apartment due to a leak from an upstairs' neighbor. Tomer and his crew were professional, reliable, and went the extra mile to not only clean up thoroughly, but also to hang back up on the walls all my mother's artwork. Thank you for a job well done!

Google! If you are thinking of using this team you should! I used them years ago when I lived in nyc and I still recommend them to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. They also taught me a ton to avoid issues that may arise from storms and flooding etc. I know Tom is still the big man over there, so you know you can count on them no matter what happens! Servpro of Upper East Side was a lifesaver for me. Three days before I was scheduled to move into my new apartment the air conditioner backed up and flooded the living room, drenching my new rugs, padding and redone wood floor. I called Servpro (I just found the listing online) and Tomer was there within 15 minutes to assess the damage. He immediately knew what to do. His team arrived within a half hour with machines to begin the drying process and to remove the drenched rugs and padding for cleaning, which he also does. It took 11 days for the wood floor to be fully dried, with his machinery, running 24/7. He was there almost every day to take moisture readings of the wood. Ultimately the floor was saved thanks to his expertise. He also worked with my insurance company to handle the paperwork so I never had to lay out any money. I would stongly recommend Servpro Upper East Side because of Tomer. He is easy to work with, reliable pleasant, and he knows his business. That’s all you need!

This company was amazing. They cleaned and repaired my puff back damage incredibly. Them team that was at my house pay so much attention to every detail and every concern I had. Servpro saved my apartment! I had a flood from my toilet, and in less than an hour they came and put up dehumidifiers to dry them, until no liquid was left. Matan, who was in charge from the beginning, was reliable and he was very meticulous with the work. After that, we stayed in contact until my floor got replaced, and when I needed to ask a question he responded immediately. When he and his crew replaced my floor they were careful with my furniture and placed each floor piece exactly where it needed to be. They even made sure the remaining touch ups were in order too. If anyone ever finds themselves in a similar situation, I would recommend Matan from Servpro in a heartbeat!

Much thanks to Matan Maman who was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded within minutes of my call and came to assess the situation within a couple of hours. Containment of the water damaged moldy area was begun immediately. I highly recommend both Matan and Servpro and would happily use their services again if needed.

What is there to really say about Servpro upper east side, except Tom Fox is a boss & takes care of anything and everything. I’ve had some issues in one of my apartments in the city and i was recommended by my friends to use these guys. Hoping for no further issues, but I’d invite Tom to some of my bbqs. I would like to take a moment to offer my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my recent interaction with ServPro and their representative, senior project manager, Matan Maman. After a recent minor burst flood triggered by my upstairs neighbor’s failed attempts at home remodeling, water bursted through the silicone seal of my bathtub faucet. There was great concern of other potential unseen damage and my public adjuster recommended Matan to me as someone I could trust to properly assess and manage this event. Matan then came to my home and in a very courteous and professional manner worked to make sure that there were no other points of concern in my unit for any hidden water damage. I was truly relieved to learn, after his meticulous testing efforts, that the flooding water did not move and pool in any other area such as my pantry closet and except for just some very minor damage I was good to go. I can only hope that I do not incur any future damaging situations such as this but I know that if I do, Matan will be the first person that I reach out to for honorable and quality assistance…:)

I run a business in the Bronx and we had a fire recently. Servpro upper east side came in and boarded up my business, which made me feel safe about my contents. And then they proceeded to take notes to make sure nothing went undocumented for. We’re now in the recon phase and working to get my business up and going again. Let me tell you about my mold problem. It has been a consistent issue for years and other companies have tried to help but didn’t do the job. Hey Google! Had to stop by to tell my story. I’ve been having a constant issue in my nyc apartment for years now. Toilet overflows, tile gets messed up, water even leaks onto my rugs and wood floors. We had wonderful and timely service after a flood damaged our LR wood floor resulting in need for asbestos remediation and replacement. Ariel B. came at midnight on the weekend , supervised the entire project and was on top of the job every step of the way with his excellent team. Our water service line broke, causing a lot of money for plumbing repairs. The double whammy was that since we were out of town and then needed another 3 days for the plumber to dig, it resulted in a LOT of water in the basement. After Mr. Fox at SERVPRO calmed me down, they restored everything to perfection. It looked like it did before we left. And it was so affordable, which I really need because I also had to play the plumber. SERVPRO kept me in the loop every step of the way, and I wish every business was as professional as they are!

Hi! I don't normally write reviews but I had to get on here and give props to Tom and his squad. I have a ton of people in NYC that they've helped. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into caring about others' emergencies. Give them a call if you want an honest and helpful company.

Matan our project manager was great and came to our rescue quickly in the middle of a storm late on Saturday evening. The flooding was caused by an open manhole on the street that ConEdison was working on letting rainwater into our building hallway and since my unit is on the basement floor, water built up quickly first in the hall and then seeping into my apartment from beneath the baseboards. Our super and management were doing nothing to help in the moment and Servpro came within the span of 2 hours, stopped the flow of water on the street using sandbags to divert and then proceeding to vacuum all the water out of the entire basement. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the entire situation under control. They sanitized the floors and left fans + dehumidifiers overnight to further dry everything out. On top of that, the pricing they invoiced me for the job seems more than fair. I wouldn’t wish flooding on anyone but if you do find yourself in that situation, definitely give these guys a call.

I had some bad flooding occur in my NYC apartment. Servpro was there the next day to help me sort out the damage. Matan, the lead on the project, was exceptionally responsive and professional. He managed everything smoothly and efficiently. The team opened sections, sprayed for mold, and used dehumidifiers to dry the effected areas. Overall a very good service and the management did a great job, as there was a lot to deal with.

I was in a mess. I was told I would probably need to move out of my co-op for a few months to have my floors completely taken out and new construction because of water from a flood. Ariel from Serve pro brought in some powerful machines and in a little more than two weeks the floors were completely dry. He saved me months of anguish.
