2 separate guys helped me with stripped screws on my Nintendo switch console. I went to 5 different establishments previously and they wouldn’t/couldn’t help me. They were a much needed relief to a headache!

I never deal with any scam artist business like this before!they take my phone and I pay 380 they promise to fix the same day !!a week after they call me asking for more money! I say no ! I ask for my money refund and my phone back.,a month after I don’t have my money back !! I call I show up a couple of times and still not money refund!taking legal action now!!!!you don’t bring any business to this people!the worst of the worst!!!!

I got my iPhone back glass repaired and the battery replaced. The price was very cheap (relatively) and the service was fast. However when I picked up my phone it was not charged and I took it home. I should’ve tested it there and waited for it to charge. When I got home the phone would not power on. So I had to take it back to the store for them to take a look. They had to do another repair and then the phone worked. But the MagSafe on the iPhone did not work. I didn’t notice it or think to test it before I already got home again. I should’ve checked but bummed that that doesn’t work anymore.

Amazing service. Fast and Efficient. Visiting New York and stumbled across store after dropping phone in toilet. Repair man went through whole diagnostics with me, letting me know of any possibilities and repairs that may be needed in the future. Phone was fixed less than an hour. Great guy.

Mohammed is my savior saved my phone after it got dipped into alcohol and rain water and changed my phone screen and something else within an hour.

Service was good, but communication could be better. I asked three separate times for the same repair (battery replacement), and the quotes spanned from $75 to $120. Also, I made appointments on their website, and got a text and email that I would be contacted before the appointment, but I hadn't. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue, but it was a confusing experience. The replacement battery is working fine.

I had a great experience last week coming to the store, friendly staff, store clean and smell good they even let me stay in the store for a few to stay cold in this hot weather. Jhann was super helpful, he fix my computer quit…..I thought it would take a couple of days.

U had a problem with my charging port and within 5 minutes John had already fixed the issue. Would recommend coming here for any phone problem I will definitely be back! Thanks John!

I’ve had my screen fixed here a handful of times because the service is great. Most recently Jhann took care of me & he was friendly & quick to make the repair. The peeps who work here are professional & their work has always been good. Thank y’all for everything ??

The ratings are fictional ratings. When I was there they had three other displeased customers. One guy had his battery punctured by the technician, the other apparently had his contents wiped (both were for screen replacements), and they charged me three Benjamin’s for a front and rear of an iPhone, and proceeded to break the gyroscope and face recognition, in such a way as to essentially brick the phone (would restart every three minutes). They refused a refund, and I had to use my credit card to receive a refund through a dispute. I cannot stress enough this is a common occurrence. I eat at Eva’s in front of the store, and I constantly see angry people. They will squeeze you.

Been coming here for a long time. I really like the service. The technician’s are incredibly knowledgeable and are able to answer all my questions. In no time my phone was back in perfect condition which is a relief. Because of these guys I never get scammed into buying expensive monthly phone insurance.

Did a really awesome job repairing my broken MacBook screen from 2020. These repairs are never cheap but they gave me a much better price than Apple and turned it around in a day + were very courteous and friendly!

Solid experience! I was visiting from out of state and had rented a bike to get around the city, while I was biking I dropped my phone and ran over it with the bike, my protective screen was completed destroyed. I called in and asked if I could come to get the protective screen replaced, got there and 20 mins after my initial call my screen was replaced for a good price and I was on my way. Clutch and solid

Super fast and easy. Very professional, gave me a quote and estimate on time (30 minutes) to install an OEM part. Bother were spot on. I forgot the guys name, but he was super friendly and very helpful. I hope I don't need to come back, but next time I break something, this will be my first stop.

Amazing work. I dropped my DJI drone and it ripped the camera cable. I took in and they had it fixed perfectly and back in my hands in 3 days, all for a very fair price. They were super friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. There aren't any other shops in Manhattan that repair drones on-site. All the rest have to ship out even to give you a quote.

Leon was extremely helpful, he fixed my screen quickly and at a fair price. He followed up with me a few weeks later and helped me troubleshoot and further fix my problems at no additional cost! I'm lucky to have stumbled upon his repair shop!

Leon did what I thought was going to be an impossible job in just two days. Have never had customer service that great or worked with someone so eager to take on a challenge! Cannot recommend Leon and iFixScreens enough--will definitely be coming back for any and all future repairs.

Eddie gave a very friendly service and tried very hard to diagnose and fix our phone in a short time window while we were away on holiday in NYC over Labor Day weekend. Although he was unsuccessful (due to our short trip length), we really appreciated the open communication throughout his investigation and his offer of no charge despite the time and effort he had clearly put in to helping us.

My phone screen repair was handled amazingly well and I'm beyond satisfied with the results! Edward was so helpful with each step, quick with the repair itself, and just very nice to talk to along the way. Great customer service--will without a doubt be coming back here for any other phone repairs :)

this place is awesome, the two brothers were so helpful! so personable and they work with you! Honestly the best hands down. They will take great care of your phones and laptops! Very quick too! So convenient! If you ever need to get your phone/laptop fixed go them! Very trustworthy people who really care about their business and very knowledgeable!
