This store isn't as enjoyable for me as it used to be 💔. The female staff members are impressively astute and can diffuse tense situations, making me feel somewhat calmer. Still, I ended up shortening my visit. I'm more familiar with the Zumiez stores upstate, where the atmosphere is much more relaxed vibes/chill, and the employees seem almost bored due to the lack of real issues.

I came in tired as hell and ears freezing, asked the guy workin this afternoon, “Yall got beanies?”
And he’s like “Hell yeah.”
And there was all I needed, all the beanies possible.
Girls are nice but the two dudes in today just stared at me like I was gonna steal everything. Went upstairs and the guy walked up and looked annoyed because I told him I was just looking. I’m sure it’s their policy to follow you up there but like socialize or at least be kind instead of just 😑😐😒 at me the whole time. The other dude also mean mugged me on my way out after I told him “Have a good one” and I was met with silence as I opened the door. God forgive me for looking in your store. I buy from places that have the right vibe. If the whole place was like the girls were, I woulda walked out with something.
shoutout for letting me sit down with my service dog and putting up wet floor signs so no one could walk around us. now that’s customer service
oh and we spent 200$ cause the stuff was great
Zumiez offers a solid selection of skateboards, clothing, and streetwear for teens and young adults. The store layout was clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to browse shoes, apparel, and accessories.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store atmosphere had a fun, youthful vibe. Prices are standard for branded skate and streetwear, with occasional promotions.
Walked into the store and was greeted immediately with amazing vibes. The whole shopping experience was def worth these 5 stars. I was out shopping with my brother and was welcomed and everyone was so helpful. Def would recommend everyone to check this location out!
Longboard cruiser over here. Been riding since i was 11. I was devastated when my board suffered from screws puncturing the trucks and snapping. Thankfully, while I was here, I received a very warm welcome and concern in regards to the need/wants which should be the emphasis of customer service. Ensuring your customers are satisfied isn’t easy as their requirements varies. I believe the employees here embodies what an ideal customer service should be. Being the face of a big company like zumiez can be stressful but rewarding when you’re seeing your customers leave with a smile. I would like to thank the employees for assisting me in these aspects of my troubles.
The staff were amazing, great choice of stuff and super welcoming, give those guys a raise.
Being not from the states, only heard about Zumiez but totally worth it if that’s your style.
So I went to Zumiez which were selling a collaboration KORN X Adidas shoes and shirts in select stores. I went to the Broadway location in NYC, which was listed on their website as one of the stores that will have the collaboration. I got there and was told there's NOTHING left, I should have gotten here early... He then also told me that he SOLD LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE KORN X ADIDAS ITEM TO 1 PERSON. I am beyond disappointed in how that can happen. Their website literally says "Limited Quantities, Limit One Pair Per Customer." Re-sellers aren't the only problem, it's places Zumiez who allow it to happen. They are a disgrace to the true fans. I completely understand if I didn't get there early enough to get a pair, but since I didn't even stand a chance because they sold EVERYTHING to one person is unacceptable. Lost a customer and their family for sure
I recently visited the Zumiez store and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my shopping very enjoyable. Additionally, the store is spacious, making it easy to navigate and discover all the available products.
The clothing offered is of high quality, which really appealed to me.
However, one area for improvement would be the organization. Some brands are a bit difficult to find, which can make searching for a specific item a bit more challenging.
Nevertheless, my overall experience at Zumiez was very positive, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality clothing with friendly service.
Zumiez has always been a good customer experience but this Zumiez went above and beyond. We were visiting the city for my Son’s 16th birthday and the store manager went out of his way to make it a memorable experience. Thank you Jason for an unforgettable shopping experience!! 10 out of 10!!
Rude, unhelpful and they lied about their return policy. I purchased a pair for wheels on Monday that I realized when I got home did not fit. When I came back the next day to return them the manager a male named Ira or Ian told me they don’t take returns on hard items. However the return policy and signage all over the store doesn’t state that. Just that I need the receipt and original packaging which I had. He got an attitude when I asked to show me where in the policy it state that. He refused to show me shrugged his shoulders and said it’s just the policy.
I can’t recommend this location or this company to anyone. I had to call corporate and ship everything back for a refund. Stay away from this location and if you have to go to a Zumiez visit the 34th location. The staff at 14th street was rude and lied about their return policy that clearly stated I had every right to return my wheels. Bad business and horrible customer service from the top down.
Five Stride Skate Shop and local shops are better to support. Not worth investing in a large brand if their customer service lies and can’t produce any literature that states what you can and can’t return.
It was chill. I was helped right away with a pair of kicks I wanted. One minor mistake that could’ve been a major mistake. 7/6/22 6pm-7pm I was next waiting in line for the cashier to ring up the customer in front of me. Manager had helped another customer with a lot of product and brought up the items to ring next. Being that I was surely next I placed my item first. They politely rang me up and I thanked the customer and said NOW you’re next. The manager saw a deal and didn’t want to let it go. I could’ve been corporate. I could have flocks of people come in just to this store. I don’t think I want to do that now. Thank you to the girl on the ladder that helped me, she was sweet.
Great music. Helpful staff. They're fun to chat with. Prices vary, cab find some low priced gems, can find some high priced gems. It's worth a visit, as long as you're OK with a loud soundtrack.
Cool selection and very cool people and helpful they try to help me found out what I need and suggest things I might be interested in without been pushy

Today was my first time visiting Zumiez ever and I had a great time! Everyone in the store was really helpful and made me feel really welcome. Also everyone there is a combo of sweet and hilarious. 10/10 would come back to this location
I walked into this Zumiez today wanting to return a couple items I bought online, and to exchange a killer Naruto t-shirt I purchased for one in a larger size.
I walked out feeling not only satisfied, but also like I made new friends with the staff after such a smooth exchange process. I got some new drip too, which an employee helped me pick out.
I would work at this Zumiez—its atmosphere was quite wavy.
The Employees are down to earth easy to get along with. Also knowledgeable about there product. The only problem that I have with the store is pricing. Either it's extremely to high or just high enough to be out of affordable but low enough to be below extremely to high.

It was my last day in NYC and I wanted to visit some popular skateshop.
People there are amazing. They helped me with shopping, we played skate (inside which is sick) and I had great time!

Great selection for clothes and skate shoes! Me and my son decided to get there to check out some clothes and all the staff was acting like they were our friends forever! SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! I was suprised how good and positive was the vibe in this store! I will definitely come back for more shopping in this specific location! Nice job!
Best experience I've EVER had at any physical store in NYC. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I bought some Vans and the staff offered to change my broken trucks for HALF OFF. Plus when I left, the guy in the back gave me FREE COOKIES and said he'd hit me up with a Supreme sticker. Incredible place. 🙏
