I moved across to NY from the UK about 2 months ago with only a short time to find an apartment. I feel really lucky to have landed on my feet in finding my way to the Sagamore. The whole experience has been entirely positive. Really good guidance from Brynn in sorting out the details of leasing in the US through to the welcoming and ever helpful support team. Great experience all round and very happy to give a very high rating.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at The Sagamore! From the moment we were booked, it was clear that this community genuinely values both its residents and their pets. As dog owners ourselves, it's not always easy to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly, but The Sagamore goes above and beyond. It’s clear they’ve thoughtfully created an environment where pets are not just allowed, they're embraced. The building is clean, safe, and filled with fellow pet lovers, which makes it feel like home right away. It's refreshing to see a management team that not only understands the importance of pet-friendly living but also actively fosters a community that’s respectful, kind, and supportive of small businesses like ours. If you're looking for a place in Manhattan where both you and your dog will feel right at home, The Sagamore is it!

I stayed with family at Sagamore for nearly 7 years. It's a warm community. I love the concierge and the management team here. They are understanding, supportive and professional. Looks like most residents here fight their daily wars in the real world, but Sagamore? That's our unofficial ceasefire zone.

The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, well-lit common areas and gorgeous landscaping that makes it feel like a true retreat. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The amenities, like the gym is always in great condition and add so much value to the living experience. Sagamore is a standout, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living experience!

I can only rate my move-in experience, since I’ve only been in my place for a week. The staff at The Sagamore helped make a stressful situation so much easier by answering all my questions, helping me direct my movers, and making sure the service elevator was working. They also quickly disposed of the many empty boxes as I unpacked my belongings. It all made me feel I’d made the right choice by moving into this building. Thank you!

Elevators are frequently broken with no communication from management when they are down or how long it will take to repair. You will be charged a premium to live on a higher floor but then be forced to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator going down or wait in line for one going up. **** Thank you, Matthew for the reply. I am receiving messages from management via the resident portal however residents only receive a message from management a day after we’ve been dealing with the issue, if at all. This recent incident aside, I encourage you to re-evaluate the current elevator vendor as residents are dealing with delays or a non-functioning elevator on a weekly basis.

I set up a tour of units with balconies, when I arrived they said they had no notes of my preferences and none of the units had balconies. Also, the pictures online must be of the penthouse bc the apartments look nothing like the website. Waste of time.

Love the staff at this property, very friendly and helpful. The building is very clean, family friendly, pet friendly, the 24 hours gym in the building makes it very convenient for the residents. Great restaurants and coffee shops are just a few steps away. Short walking distance to the subway station and the Central Park. Very convenient location.

We lived at The Sagamore for five years. Was a great place to call home with wonderful amenities including gym, rooftop terrace and third floor patio with dog park. Plus a friendly and responsive staff and management team. Modern hard wood floor apartment in the perfect UWS location. We will miss calling The Sagamore our home. Would highly recommend for those in search of an UWS location.

Sagamore Hotel is one of the coolest boutique hotels to stay in Miami by far. Its staff is incredibly kind, pays attention to detail and very respectful which is rare to find these days. They make you feel like you're at your own house which is the reason I have stayed there at least 10+ times and will continue to do so. Rooms are super cozy and chic and the AC is strong which you need in Miami!!

We toured with Aprell Lemon who was fantastic. So professional, answered every question we had, loves and stands behind the product that she is selling. Gave my customer a ton of confidence about what kind of experience she can look forward as a tenant in the Sagamore. She has done a great job in establishing a very positive and friendly community there, so much better than any self guided tour.

While I’ve only lived at The Sagamore for 10 months, I have to say I really love it here! As a midtown native, the UWS is just as homey feeling, if not more. I have everything I need here - grocery stores, restaurants, bars, you name it. The elevators and hallways are well kept, if an elevator goes out of service it’s promptly addressed, and the laundry room is such a convenience as well! The resident manager is professional, courteous and super friendly, as is the whole maintenance, front desk, and management staff. Special shout outs to Marvin and Aprell!! :)

while in town visiting family here I noticed it was very clean and orderly. Everyone was very nice and the environment was warm and inviting. Glad that my family member is living somewhere worth staying. Look forward to visiting again and possibly hitting the gym!

I had my doubts before moving in because I didn't have the chance to come see the apartment in person. But this is the best decision I've made and I just renewed my lease for another year! Friendly and helpful staff, superb amenities, common areas, quick maintenance, nice neighbors, you name it, everything is just spot on! Not to mention family friendly neighborhood and just a quick walk from the park <3

The Sagamore is home. The staff, the building and the neighborhood make you feel at ease almost instantly. The neighborhood beauty, amenities and access to every lifestyle essentials is within a 5-minute walk radius. It is a happy place - it has been for the past 4 years for me.

The Sagamore literally is a paradise. He have found it to be a very warm, sweet and equipped with excelent and very nice people and staff, something we have never seen anywhere else! You are all very caring people and we are sure that living here will be a pleasurable and unique experience. Thank you for having been all this time available to us, taking care of all the things we have bought and sent to the reception desk. We certainly are going to be very happy here with our son and our pocket poodle, Bijou, who is like a daughter to us. Looking forward to see you around.

Wonderful building with an amazing team. This has been a great place to live during the pandemic. The outdoor terraced rooftop, patio, and indoor gym / facilities have been great amenities to have while working from home. The team here (management, door staff, and maintenance) are always incredibly responsive and helpful. The location itself is also so conveniently located close to both Riverside and Central Park, and lots of cute cafes. And a Citibike rack across the street!

I have lived at The Sagamore for over 10 years and truly love the building. The front desk staff is like family and they are always there to help me if I need it. Rebecca and Aprell from the management team are awesome! So friendly and accommodating.

The Sagamore it’s a great place to live. Right in the middle of CPW and Riverside park, With great public transportation. Schools and restaurants, like the well know Carmines and my favorite city diner. But the best of all it’s their unmatched customer service. The Sagamore, a very special place to call it home.

My family has lived at The Sagamore for about a year and we absolutely love it! The door staff, maintenance team, and property managers are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We live the events that management puts in for residents, like breakfast to-go, resident parties, and the doggy ice cream social! Amenities are top notch and we use them all almost daily. The dog run is awesomely convenient and creates a real sense of community. Our apartment is well lit, well maintained, and has a great layout for our small family with young kids. The location is great in an awesome neighborhood with restaurants, playgrounds, and parks nearby. We love this gem of a building!

The Sagamore is a wonderful apartment complex. The units are well lit and updated. The location is convenient to the crosstown bus and B/C and 1/2/3 subways. But best of all is the wonderful staff - the concierge is friendly and maintenance is always quick and realizable! I highly recommend!

I have lived in the Sagamore for 1.5 years, and it is a wonderful place to live! The building is close to Central Park and Riverside Park and is very well maintained; my individual apartment has modern appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of sunlight. The amenities are also great: the rooftop and courtyard are great for hosting guests, the laundry room is clean and always has machines available, and the spacious dog run is my (and my pup’s!) favorite unique amenity. The staff are also very friendly and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. I highly recommend this building!

The Sagamore is the best community and building I have lived in during my 10 years in NYC! The building is beautiful, with every unit featuring modern appliances and stunning views of the city, as well as a state of the art gym and gorgeous rooftop. What stands out the most, though, is the incredible Sagamore staff that works day in and day out to ensure a happy and healthy community. This building is also super dog friendly and goes out of their way to make it a great place for your furry friend, too! Highly recommend.

I moved into the Sagamore in June and I can't say enough nice things about this building! The apartments are gorgeous, everything looks brand new and every amenity from the rooftop and courtyard to the gym and laundry room are amazing. But the BEST part is the staff! They are so responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or need something. PLUS they actually go in and feed my cat Peanut every time I am away, whether its for a day or a week!! The piece of mind knowing I don't have to scramble for a pet sitter or let a stranger into my place is invaluable! I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor if you are looking for a new place, make the Sagamore your home.

Simply one of the best buildings to live in the UWS. They have great property management, doormen and facilities staff with a perfect location and nice apartment units despite being an older building. We loved our time at the Sagamore and felt like it was a home with personalized service. Apprell went above and beyond helping us get settled into the building. She was easily accessible and very helpful. Whenever there were any issues, the staff dealt with them immediately and with professionalism and diligence. The doormen were attentive and had a positive and friendly attitude. Also, the management team did their best to create a community through one of the most difficult times during the pandemic. They organized morning breakfast "on the go" every few months, and held virtual events. We also have to praise their amenities...the laundry room was truly superior: Always clean, plenty of machines, never saw a roach, and best of all was located on the 3rd floor so it had windows and natural light! The third floor terrace was also great, since it had a grill, comfy seating, and was partly sheltered by high walls. The dog run was also there, and well kept and private. The roof offered great views of the west side, and had plenty of comfy seating with a couple grills too! Best of all, there is a sheltered seating area next to the roof lounge, with great wifi and more seating. Loved this outdoor space during the pandemic and work from home mode!

I lived at The Sagamore for 3 years and it truly felt like home! The location is great (easily accessible to the 123 subway, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Equinox, Central Park, etc). The team does a great job of keeping the building immaculate, and always has something going on to keep the residents engaged (breakfast on the go, yoga in the courtyard, seasonal events, etc). I loved using the new grill in the courtyard and spending time in the sun on the beautiful roofdeck! The mgmt office and maintenance teams are always available to help quickly with anything you need. Rebecca and the concierge team always said hi to me by name from day one of living in the building. It truly felt like home in busy Manhattan! :)

The Sagamore is a great building in an awesome location on the Upper West Side. The apartments are well maintained as well as the amenities. They opened a brand new courtyard which has a pet run and large sitting space.The office staff is efficient and friendly and plans resident events throughout the year that really make It feel like a community. I would definitely recommend The Sagamore to anyone looking to move to the Upper West Side!
