Gorgeous garden esp. during peak tulip season mid April. Well architected, landscaped and looked after .. with lots of TLC!

Such a beautiful garden with a lot of different tulips. They have benches, its a cute picnic/ brunch spot. Great photo op. Adds a lot of color to the neighborhood.

Cute community garden park a few blocks off the park. In the early Spring it is filled with thousands of tulips in every color. Narrow paths lead you around the small park. You can get some nice photos but it will be crowded and the park is small so it's better to just visit and enjoy.

I went on a Saturday in April when the tulips were standing bold and colors were on full display. It was busy but there was enough space in the garden to find a quiet seat on a side bench to enjoy the view. Every person was polite, friendly, and respectful - even though I'm not from the neighborhood, I was drawn into the community vibe. This is an oasis in the city.

As a photographer I absolutely love this place! Tulips are great! And I got to know about interesting events that will happen in spring and summer.

Was lucky enough to be in the city to see the Tulip Festival. Absolutely beautiful…. Over 10000 tulips with so many beautiful colors. On display until mid May. If you get the chance it’s spectacular. The gardens are privately owned and run by volunteers. Many nice events here like concerts, opera Shakespeare festival and more.

Cute and quaint place. Especially beautiful during tulip season, but pretty all year round too.

A somewhat hidden gem. It's not huge but not tiny either. You can easily see it is well maintained and care for with love and passion. A perfect place to spend an hour or so on a bright Sunny afternoon. Go alone, take the kids, meet up with friends, go as a couple, on a date, whatever. It's laid back and relaxing. Oh and you can sit down as it has many spots, and just hang amongst the flowers. I walked around taking photos,then chilled on a bench listening to Spotify and people watched. By the way the flowers are stunning. Serious, dedicated gardeners surely run it.

This place is a wonderful community garden! ?️ The West Side Community Garden ? is the perfect spot to unwind ?‍♂️ and relax ? among the greenery ? and trees ? - such an hidden gem! ? I wish I knew about this place sooner and came here more often!

We saw a wonderful concert with Sam Reider and Jorge Glem at this community garden and always enjoy just walking through it. My favorite season is the March Tulip season but there is always something in bloom. Great place to bring coffee and a bagel and just relax too.

This is a sanctuary of flowers and greenery on the UWS. My parents and I have been going here forever. Beautiful flowers, great for the neighborhood, provides educational opportunities for local schools and more. Lots of events like music and arts and crafts fairs in this wonderful setting. You can visit for free, but this place deserves your paid membership.

I discovered tulips I've never seen before... what a wonderful community garden... thank you for letting us enjoy it.

The Park Was Small But Gorgeous.The shapes, sizes , colors and characteristics of the flowers were beautiful. Its a well kept clean park but on weekends very crowded. I went with my mom and she loved it she said she wanted to take the flowers home lol. We enjoyed the park itself very much but there was one rude nosey gentlemen there taking pictures of the flowers who kinda messed up the visit for us but other than that it was a wonderdul experience.

Small yet lovely. Beautiful tulips! We need more of this kind of community garden. Free walk in - plenty of seats for people to sit down and enjoy watching the flowers.

Just remarkable and amazing place to take brake from the beat of the city. Garden is well attended and their are those who plant have good things for their diet. Highly recommended for all to promote this type of activity in all parts of the city teach next generations to do the same become care takers of this precious planet. I do appreciate seeing such fine effort, do the same things am grateful able plant and enjoy dishes too..

This is the cutest garden. I almost missed it. I was visiting my uncle who lives across the street and noticed the pops of color and the flowers just took my breath away. They were arranged so prettily. They have a couple of seating areas to just take it all in. This particular day was special and their was a horticulturist giving planting tips and educating groups on the various flowers featured in the garden this season. I wished I lived in the area, I’d volunteer my time to help keep it beautiful.

One of the prettiest little spots on the UWS. Thousands of tulips and other bulbs are tended by the community every year to make a perfect little getaway. I've been going here for years for some color and quiet and fragrance -- the hyacinths and peonies smell heavenly.
