A lot of homeless people linger in the establishment. The music that plays on a Sunday morning I visited was vugular the manager is the rudest person I encounter with.
This McDonald's is truly disgusting. My order was incomplete, and when they finally gave us the rest of it, four of the buns on our sandwiches were completely burnt black inside. They have no concept of cleanliness or hygiene. The floors and tables were dirty. The restroom was a nightmare, with feces smeared on the toilet seat and part of the floor, and used toilet paper scattered everywhere. They didn't even have hand soap. This same franchise operates in underdeveloped and poor countries, and visiting those McDonald's is actually a pleasant experience compared to this one. The owner urgently needs to conduct an evaluation of his staff and also of his business.
A disgrace to the McDonald's franchise. Lady calling out the order numbers can't even yell properly. Forgot my food on the fries counter and when I asked about my order she told me that it waas over the fries counter. Food was cold and then when I went back to complain she said that I wasn't there when she called my number.
One of the worst McD we've ever visited. We are used to European McDs and we know that American's should the the best, but the quality and taste of the meal was very bad. And moreover the stink inside.
I had order my food 9:22pm it was 945 my order was no ready they put my ticket all the way to the bottom plusss i oder the grinch combo paid in full price an they did not gave me the socks i was so upset if they dint have it they should of at least informed me .
It's McDonald's what do you expect it seems short staffed. The manager seems arrogant. The girls behind the counter work to hard. And there is always loud music playing. Welcome to NYC.
I popped on for a quick breakfast as I had a while to wait for my train. Ordered online. Then added a drink oat the check out. Older woman was ignorant to be polite. Tried to bark orders at me. Then when I asked her over to give me the food I’d ordered she played ignorant and tried to lie and say she hadn’t told me to wait at the other counter while the drink was being made. I relied what she’d said and asked for my food before it got any colder as I couldn’t be bothered to wait to have it remade. The manager was on his break and I had a reason to catch. But I will be back next month to see if she’s gained any manners or I’ll be speaking to which ever manager is on that day. The one that was there seemed sick of her and her sub par service also.
Bad service. Dirty, they don't put what I order in the burgers and mix up the orders. They don't give paper, don't give straws, mix up the cup sizes. They're rude.
I've visited a lot of McDonald's all across the country, and this one was not what I expected.
One would think that being in NYC, this McDonald's would be overcrowded, dirty, and staffed with curt employees.
In reality, the place was busy, but things were moving right along. It was cleaner than many others I've visited, and the staff was the MOST professional McDonald's staff I have ever encountered.
The worst part of the experience was finding out that they moved the Monopoly game to the McDonald's app. That was always so much fun, collecting pieces and winning fries along the way. From cutting out play places to remodels that leave restaurants feeling like white box prisons to axing the joy in a game, McDonald's corp excels at trading esthetic, quality, and soul for a streamlined way of exchanging potatoes for your dollar.
The staff at this location did a great job today! Corp, still has a looooong way to go.
Average McDonald's experience in Manhattan, clean enough, no major problems, friendly staff. Although I have to say, McDonald's in Chile provides a much, MUCH better experience.
The staff here are the nicest staff I’ve ever seen in a Mc Donald’s anywhere I’ve been. They all seem to get a long really well with each other which brings the atmosphere together. The food was nice and they were very fast and even checked in to see how our food was.
The food tastes horrible. I hope we won't get sick or diarrhea. I think burgers are the 'tastiest' choice. Even the fries, ketchup and mayo taste like crap. Avoid the wraps, the tortilla tastes like recycled cardboard and you will get some lettuce with a small piece of tasteless mean of questionable provenience. The business started in US but even for this the food is incomparable better and healthier in Europe.
The orders screen is frozen and very loud music is playing.
One time experience /never again while in NY/US
I waited 30 mins for two freaking cups. Like if you’re gonna let anyone fill their cups js give me mine first. I NEVER received my cups and management was not helping at all. Don’t come here guys there’s a much better McDonald’s a few streets away and they actually serve their customers.
Please please please be careful, you might by accident drinking raw undiluted syrup. Watch your drink before you drink it. It can be DANGEROUS, sometimes the fountain drinks are NOT diluted. Please check your drink before you take a gulp. Happened to me twice. I didn’t complain but I start letting the staff knows that sometimes the drinks are not diluted. This can be dangerous when a kid or people who are not careful, chug it down mistaking the undiluted syrup as ready to drink. Look it’s all syrup sometimes.
Aside from that. The staff is great. The place is clean. The service is great. Aside from that fountain drinks sometimes not diluted. This is one of the best McDonald’s places in the city. Just remember when you eat here. Please check your fountain drink before you drink it.
Just ordered 30 mins ago. 6 pics nuggets only got five. Cheeseburger looks mouldy. Don't tell me it's an accident. Your app only tell me to contact Uber eats and Doordash while It's a pick up. Ridiculous.
Been here in 3 nights in a row as my hotel was nearby. Not sure why this outlet receives such low ratings when it is one of the better ones around. It is relatively clean, there’s a wait for your food but not painstakingly long. Robert is the hardest working member of the team. I’ve sat and observed the way he kept the orders going, much more than his colleagues who were either using their phones or joking out loud. Kudos to his hard work and for keeping the outlet going.
When we ordered from this location, there was a plastic suction cup in the middle of the burger we ordered and when we tried to report it, no one acknowledged the issue or the fact that there was anything wrong with our order.
Came here for the first time and not going to lie it was a great experience with the staff and the wait time took less than 10 minutes. It was fast and not really busy. Good experience. Food was delicious.
The place was super crowded and understaffed when we were there. The food is alright and the pricing is good, but I felt really bad for the employees behind the counter.
They closed the restrooms for customers!
This is illegal and not acceptable I had to tell one of the employees to open the restroom for me!

Its 4:12 am and mind you this is a 24/7 mcdonalds. First i order they tell me no debit or cc. Ok fine. I go to Atm have to pay fee for their atm plus my bank. I go to pay and i ask for my receipt they say their r no receipts so i stated how am i supposed to know i am not getting over charged the girl just stated she does not know.
Now this is the 2nd mcdonalds i went to because the 1st one on 46 and 6th ave (24 hrs also) has no food only drinks i mean what is going on.
Both mcdonalds filled with homeless people and people who r obviously on drugs just sleeping and raiding the soda machine.
Ceiling is leaking, place is so filthy and cashier is taking orders with a head scarf on wth.

The only reason their even get 2 stars is the food it’s mickie D’s you know, but this particular location is just terrible. I walk in I order the new quarter pounder I’ve been seeing on TV, as soon as I said what I wanted she just left the register and went to the back(I have no idea what they were discussing)as I’m at the register a few of the employees ask if I was being helped. I explain to them she just left I waiting about 4 minutes she cane back, her and another associate started to bicker because she left a customer online. So I told her I wanted the new quarter pounder meal without onions, as soon as I paid for it, it just so happen to be ready. So I asked are you sure that’s mine she assured me it was, I said “I didn’t want onions.” She she took the bag back and the cashier said to Other associate and I QUOTE “see you bit***s feening.” I was so shock she would say that in front of a customer and right after she grabbed her phone. She was on FaceTime and told the person she would call them back. So I went to fill up my drink and once again as soon as I was done filling it my food was ready lol. I know they just picked the onions off,(What if I was allergic or something) McDonald’s have always has a bad rap of bad customer service and it appears to be continuing it’s really kind of sad. The lobby/eating area was DIRTY like omg hard to find a place to sit. The very unhealthy food is the only reason they get 2 stars and all you can drink option
Very clean place a lot places to seat open 24 hours friendly staff near Rockefeller Center only one thing today there where out of orange juice on breakfast timing hope there be more in top of there inventory
