Really enjoyed the place! Felt organized securely and managed very well!! Even the restrooms were pretty good and organized!! Everything was very smooth and good!! I’m very grateful for that experience!!

This, being my first and only experience here, is unfortunate. The floors were trashy, and the staff was disrespectful. They lost my friend's coat after providing them with our tickets on multiple occasions. Not providing us with any options and blaming us. Questioning our inetelligence asking if we are sure we even brought a jacket, as if the weather outside did not feel below negative 15 degrees. They taunted my friend the whole way down the stairs, laughing at her because of her very valid reaction to not receiving her jacket. That shouldn't have been entrusted to the very unprofessional coat check worker. Do yourself the favor and save your money and time. The food is bad, and the experience isn't worth it.

I never leave reviews, but the way the staff treats people at Harbor is honestly disgusting. From the moment we arrived, they were unbelievably rude, dismissive, aggressively disrespectful for no reason. It felt like they went out of their way to make people feel unwelcome. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and a whole lot of attitude. We weren’t drunk, disruptive, or doing anything wrong — yet we were spoken to rudely and like we were stupid, ignored when we asked simple questions, and treated like an inconvenience just for being there. And it wasn’t just us being treated this way- it was everyone else in line aswell. I saw people doing absolutely nothing wrong and still being treated with the most insane amount of disrespect. If you don’t like people, maybe don’t work in hospitality. For a venue that tries to present itself as upscale, the staff behavior was the complete opposite. I understand enforcing rules but there’s a difference between enforcing rules and being flat-out nasty. A club can have good music and a nice space, but if the people running it are this hostile, it ruins the entire experience and completely kills the vibe for the night. Definitely not worth the time or money. My friends and I won’t be coming back. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that doesn’t treat guests like trash. I promise you, NYC has plenty of better clubs that know how to treat paying guests — this just isn’t one of them. Don’t waste your time going to Harbor. (FYI this wasn’t my first time going to harbor. I’ve been two times before and there was that same disrespect so I’m not giving them excuses anymore.)

If you're considering a night out here be prepared for a classless venue and staff. Drinks are not good, nor is the hookah they sell. Bathroom was nightmare fuel. Won't be returning to this whack spot. It's poorly run and that's just about all I can say. Coat check $5 cash was the only decent thing about this spot. Avoid if you're actually from NYC.

The Halloween Party was a distaster. The line was 3 hours for those with advanced purchased tickets, with no staff present before door, except for those offering to let people cut for an additional $100. Crowd control was non-existent and fights broke out that necessitated police intervention. No refunds and no decourum. If you plan to be a standard club on Halloween night, don't sell advanced tickets advertising it as a party. If you are going to sell tickets, wait times should be moderate at minimum. While my partner and I left, those who stayed behind got in the club with only two hours until close, despite arriving only an hour after the event started.

ME AND MY FRIENDS GOT 2 HOURS IN THE LINE FOR NOTHING TODAY FOR HALLOWEEN , WORST PLACE EVER NEVER AGAIN IM GONNA WASTE MY MONEY WITH THIS SHIT, IM GONNA TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER GO THERE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, IT WAS EXTREME DISRESPECFULL, HOW YOU GUYS SELL SO MANY TICKETS IF DONT HAVE INFRASTRUCTURE. I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER IT IS UNACCEPTABLE
Nov 01, 2025 -
if you enjoy buying tickets to wait in line for an hour and be told you can’t get in then this place is great! sassy little promoter was just the cherry on top - he scurried back inside after he couldn’t answer any of our questions

Working with Chris Collins has been an absolute pleasure. They have a true gift for finding incredible venues — always with the perfect mix of atmosphere, food, and service — and somehow manage to secure them at unbeatable rates. Every event they’ve supported has felt elevated and effortless, thanks to their attention to detail, calm professionalism, and ability to negotiate amazing deals without compromising quality. If you’re looking for someone who makes your events feel seamless and memorable, Chris is the one you want on your team.
Oct 16, 2025 -
The security staff was very rude and disrespectful. Especially an Asian man with full body and face tattoos to claim to run the show. He spoke disrespectfully with woman and should be fired. The Latin girl doing the coats was very rude and fake. All she did was drink and smoke week and was very impolite. The atmosphere was okay but the people that worked there were very rude and unfriendly. I definitely would not recommend this place.
Oct 13, 2025 -
Okay, so they clearly double booked the event space because there is a birthday party happening alongside the comic con after party. This is beyond unprofessional. The lights are way too bright and the drinks are too weak to be this expensive. How can they possibly advertise this as a rooftop party and not have the party on the rooftop? Nothing makes sense here and everything is designed to take as much money from you as possible.
Oct 11, 2025 -
This place is the most disgusting place I’ve been to the bathroom was beyond filthy it was vial and putrid. That’s only mentioning the bathroom the security guard is the most rude security I’ve encountered. The food was worse I believe it’s seasoned with ramen flavor packets because it tastes terrible and fake it hassle to even enter the club. Once you’ve entered the club you’ll notice it’s boring because almost nobody is even there I don’t blame them because I left within the hour I arrived.
Sep 28, 2025 -
The DJ’s and the host were amazing, however, the food and drinks were not. One of the punches was pretty strong and didn’t have a great taste to it, while what tasted like some type of margarita was super sweet, didn’t taste alcohol, and it had the artificial taste of bottled lemon juice instead of fresh lemons. Many people at my table had to return their food because it was cold. I got the chicken and waffles. The waffle was extremely overcooked and hard to cut. The chicken breast was underwhelming, but the best thing on the plate… It would’ve been better with chicken wings. The Bang Bang shrimp were salty with some sauce thrown on top of it. The food and the drinks need to come up to the level of the atmosphere.

I recently rented out Harbor NYC for a large corporate music event that went off without a hitch! With some transparency, there is some wear-and-tear on the building for future renters, *however* the management team worked diligently to patch, fix, tidy and level up every area that they could. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our event. Chris from their management was beyond a blessing to work with - I mean, probably the best customer service I've ever had. Would trust my life with this man! Peter was a great help as well. Their sound system is insane - VOID's are personally my favorite speakers and having an entire venue filled with them, the sound was phenomenal for our music event. Finally, the food and drinks were also up to par with the service for the event. Very tasty and everybody left full, buzzed and happy. Last but not least, thank you George for ensuring the event also went seamlessly- together this is a really good team who truly cares about the guest experience. Hope to keep seeing this venue elevate as it is a really special location with a fantastic staff. Would definitely book here again. <3

TERRIBLE! Security guard was so weird charging people $20 to get their stuff in just to steal it at the end of the night ?? WHERE IS MY Stuff???? Tall woman with piercings. Crazy because we were there promoting the club w fivio foreign. Do not recommend going they treat customers like animals.
Sep 14, 2025 -
It gave scam. one of the bartenders gave me back fake money. It may not have been intentional but now I’m out on my cash. The price of the drinks when it’s suppose to be open bar and we already paid to get in seems predatory. Definitely would not go back there though.
Sep 03, 2025 -
1000000% starting police reports on every single bouncer from last night. Assaulting on every single level you can think of. I’m glad there is video footage and ALOT of it. Extremely disgusting and thank god no one approached me but you definitely showed out in front of the wrong bystander. They hit women for fun here btw! Real uncalled for.

I have attended many events here but after today’s experience I will not be returning. I had a section and spent a significant amount of money yet I was treated with complete disrespect by George from Dream Hospitality. During A Boogie’s performance George aggressively grabbed me and yelled at me and my group to leave. There is absolutely no excuse for physically grabbing a guest and acting in such a hostile manner. As a woman being handled this way was unnecessary and unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience and strongly advising others not to visit this venue. There are plenty of places in NYC where customers are treated with respect and this is not one of them.

Review based on a Sunday brunch. The music was way too loud, we could not talk to each other. The menu (which was a handwritten and poorly photocopied piece of paper) was missing multiple items from what was advertised online. As far as portions go, expect tapas sized. Sitting people in that middle courtyard in the middle of summer during the day is criminal, specially when there's plenty of empty space available.
Aug 30, 2025 -
Went for a friend’s birthday and we did the birthday package. The food was okay I had the Shrimp Rasta Pasta and I wish it was seasoned more. The towers tasted a bit watered down. The hookah was meh, had to do about two refills for the night. The MC and DJ were very funny and entertaining. Photographer took very nice pictures. The sunset view was my favorite!
Aug 17, 2025 -
If i could give a 0 rating i would. We bought tickets for an event to start at 10pm and the bouncers would not let us in at 10pm and told us to wait until 11pm. We complained to the host of the event and they said that the event started at 10pm and dont understand why the bouncers did not let us in on time. The host later sent someone to get us from the entrance around 10:30pm. We got upstairs and they were still setting up. We ordered drinks at the bar and the girl took our order then went to text her friends for 5 minutes and we had to ask again for our drinks. The event said there would be food and there was no food. The event also said there would be hookah and there were no tables for people to get hookah unless you had a vip booth. Overall 0 stars i would not recommend this place to anyone.
Aug 13, 2025 -
Listen up: I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. Positive reviews are fake or paid. Quite possibly the worst nightclub in NYC. This place is a total scam. Bought a ticket and they still charged an additional $56 for incorrect attire telling me it’s a discount from $80. There’s a whole plethora of bouncers bullying guests into paying more. They advertise an open bar with a ticket but that’s a complete lie- overpriced drinks and they auto add a tip. The dance floor is 90% VIP area that’s populated with what looks like paid promo girls. You need to pay to get into that too. Lastly the music was terrible. For the love of god stay clear away from this place. There are literally hundreds of better places in NYC.

We used this venue for a corporate event following the NY AWS Summit. Peter, the event coordinator, was a dream to work with during the process. He was not only fast to respond to all my questions, but also worked with me to ensure that it all came together seamlessly. The onsite staff was amazing being friendly, professional, and responsive to changes needed through the night. The venue itself has a beautiful view and can be set up to accommodate large after hours events. Although when you arrive, it doesn't present as the nice venue it is when you get to the roof. The fact that it was temperature controlled on a very hot day but still offered amazing vies of the Hudson Harbor was unbeatable. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a nice corporate event to unwind after a long conference, work day, or just doing a team bonding event.

Harbor NYC allows VIP to stand on top of the couches, blocking GA's view of the DJ booth. Everyone in GA asked security in VIP multiple times to move people off the couches and security said "No deal with it". Worst experience of my life, never come to Harbor if you want to see your favorite artist perform, thinking everyone will have a view.

It's a vibe! Great spot... retractable roof... nice spacing... sitting... bottle service excellent (manhattan prices but is what it is). Definitely recommend and will visit again... two separate floors with two different vibez.
Sep 14, 2024 -
Can only speak for the outside experience as I never made it in despite having tickets for my event. I arrived around 11:50pm just to find out I couldn’t enter because somehow my ticket was scanned at 10:21??? Never dealt with more unprofessional and unreasonable security staff. I never shared my ticket or scanned it prior to arrival. Any reasonable person would look at the ID and name associated with the ticket vs denying someone entry. Extremely disappointing

Went for brunch. Food was completely inedible and tiny portions. The “complimentary” mimosas were left untouched they were so bad. We were given Styrofoam cups to drink from! Bar drinks are overpriced $26 for a tiny cup and also awful. The seats were grungy and ripped up. The place was completely empty besides one other small group. DJ refused song suggestions. Would not recommend

Literally one of the best places to party! So many people, such a good vibe from everyone, and heck its always clean here! Like even the restrooms are clean which is something you don’t tend to see in most clubs. The only downside i can actually say about this place is the prices for drinks and menu. So You should be prepared to spend a decent amount of money here if you are looking to have some drinks here. Tho i cant blame them much for the prices, they do push in quality by probably paying a ton of money on the rent for this location and staff, etc… so even tho this is literally my first review on a club in my life (I usually tend to trash clubs and not do reviews) it is well deserved the five stars.

We had a sip and paint with models event which supposed to start at 4pm. One of the models was over half an hour late. To my dismay, it was over exactly an hour and half later which supposed to be an 2 hour event. We were told the bartender probably can't make the drinks we saw in the menu so we had to think of top of our heads for a drink. Oh, the food was too pricy but we told it was good. The workers were nice and the models were good looking. Overall, we had a good time but I think this was a bucket list event than something I would do again.
Aug 08, 2021 -
It was a cool place in a good location. The upstairs was bright and had a great view of the sunset. The roof was retractable so they kept it closed and air conditioned until it got cooler outside so they could open it. The lower floor was very trendy and much darker and it was a bit quieter so I was able to have conversations.
