I've worked with BCCO many times. Every single order is handled with creativity and impeccable customer service. My orders have been delivered quickly and with high quality results that clearly reflect my vision. I've had multiple types of projects made including the hat in the pic Their website is interactive and allows me to try out different ideas and see how it will affect the final price.

BCCO NYC was amazing when it came to my same day order for my birthday shirt. The designer helped me create it and let me select a different color for each side. Once the order was placed, I got it that same day. The shirt came out well and completed my birthday outfit. Thank you.

I work for a luxury event company, and as a person who works with different vendors regularly, it is sometimes difficult to gauge who will be your partner and ensure, that not only they produce an outstanding project, but in a timely manner. Well, BCCO NY became that vendor for us. We have used them a few times since our initial contact, and will continue to use them. They are efficient, patient and willing to do what needs to be done to get the project completed. Their level of communication is above par. Not once were we "surprised." Any issues, or concerns were communicated along the way. Our experience with BCCO NYC is unmatched and we appreciate everything they've done for us thus far. We have used BCCO for large (1000+) productions of branded t-shirts twice now and the entire process from ordering to delivery has been flawless. Customer Service is informative and responsive, and delivery to our office in NJ went off without a hitch. Highly recommend.

Paid $77.76 upfront to have embroidered letters done. I gave them a denim cap and a reference image -- I got clear assurance from the manager and another employee that a replica of the hat in the image would be made in the same style (font & size etc). The picture on the right is the completed work given to me 10 days after I placed & paid for my order. Unbelievably bad!!! They took 10 days and $77 for stitching that a child could do. After I expressed my disappointment at the quality of their work, they said they'd charge me to remove the embroidery. I hope no one else gets scammed by these amateurs, but I doubt they'll be in business in this city (in the Garment District, no less) much longer.

BCCO at once was a reputable brand and production studio. However, my past few visits have been a nightmare and so was the same sentiment of my colleague. My previous order was not stitched how I sent my files in, even after confirming with them through email multiple times. The logo was lopsided. Even the patch was printed with a border, that I didn't ask for. I purchased my merch elsewhere for quality and they messed it up. Had to travel to London and get new merch. Literally. Before this interaction, I had the DTG done and one my customers sent me a photo one month later with letters peeling off of the shirt. This also happened to a sample jacket I wore only a few times. I tried to give them another chance because they are genuine people, but I would advise you to stay far away from here. Also, their prices are INSANE.

BCCO was really wonderful to work with. I asked for a shirt with a cartoon based on a photo of my pet turtle, and they designed and printed it within a couple days. The shirts came out great. Customer service was very responsive and really went above and beyond to help me out. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I’ve worked with BCCO several times now and have always had great experiences. Recently, when pressed with a deadline, and the first sample was not as I envisioned, Yianni was able to accommodate my design modification at no additional charge and have it turned around in a week. Everyone I’ve interacted with at the company has had a very friendly attitude and they’ve shown that they are willing to help as best as they can to serve clients during these unprecedented times.

I found this place after searching for a while and it seemed good based on the reviews. I was wrong I simply ordered 15 hoodies. HALF of them were wrong. One was ruined from the printer. They didn't send a set of sizes that i ordered, and sent them in a different size I didn't order. Not only that, but they completely used different a different type of hoodie blank for some of them. It's not like they could be mixed up, they were champion hoodies with an embroidery on them, which is not what i ordered. Apparently it was a problem with some middleman, so i guess they don't do quality control. Now it's been over a month and I still don't have my replacements because they dont even have the product i ordered in stock. They keep trying to get me to use an entirely different hoodie blank that I didn't pay for. No wonder they don't offer refunds for this insanely overpriced service. Do not use this company.

They seem like nice people but they don't quality check and lack an understanding of apparel design...I've had my work done twice incorrectly and they clearly do not compare it to the original artwork before sending it out. After spending $300+ for a single yard, I'm extremely disappointed. The first time: they used the wrong artwork file (they used my draft instead of the final version inc. in the latest email) and the quality was unusable (it was warped and filled with gaps) but they sent it to me anyway. They were kind enough to redo it and send it free of charge, but the second time they neglected to print the sewing line even though it was in the artwork file. They also printed the whole thing on the wrong grain line of the fabric (anyone who knows anything about fabric knows how to avoid that mistake) I was willing to spend the money to entrust their expertise and benefit from both the convenience and precision, but I didn't get either of those things while being out an extra couple of hundred dollars and several extra hours of work required on my end to make up for their mistakes. It would seem that projects brought here would need to be micro-managed.

Phenomenal work accompanied by its phenomenal customer service. Their hard work is worth every penny. I would highly recommend and know I will definitely be going back to them for any more work I need done in the future.

These people are simply great at what they do. Professional, quick, and super easy and nice to communicate with. All around great business ran by some great people! Highly recommend using them for any garment customization jobs you may have.

By far a terrible experience. Like most people probably, i decided to come here due to the reviews but that was a big mistake. It took me over a month to get my t shirts printed mind you turnaround time is said to be 10 days. Every couples days, they’ll update me saying they need more time so no corners would be cut and results would be perfected. Due to the fact I didn’t want no rushed products, I decided to change my deadlines on my end and accommodate their timing. Little did I know, this whole experience was just a scam. This place is overpriced and I spent a lot of money to receive less then mediocre work. When I received my items, 3 shirts had paint on it, 2 was misprinted, 7 of them had some type of glue on it. 50 of them, the words were PRINTED CROOKED and EVERY SINGLE screen printed shirt (which was about 100 shirts) were terribly done. The words were fuzzed and the texture of the print was poor and even the word poor is an understatement. I reached out and explained my issue to the people in charge and all they had offered me was store credit to have future prints...this was just a extremely bad experience for me. Unlike them, I care about what I put out so since most of these items can’t be sold, this whole situation was just a waste of money and time. Idk what experience everyone had but listening to those reviews is something I regret deeply...I really hope no one has the same experience I did

I emailed Yianni at 5pm for a rushed printed shirt order, and received my order at 6:15pm same day. This printing company is amazing! They don’t t waste time. I will be back! Thank you guys !!!

I had ordered shirts from another service more than a month in advance. 3 days before the event, they cancelled and said my order was too small for them to fill. I called BCCO and they walked me through the process, gave me options and helped me make my design look best. I had my shirts less than 7 hours after contacted them at a reasonable price for a rush order. I could not have been more happy with the process.

Hands down one of my favorite experiences. I will get ALLL of my products through these guys. Do not hesitate. The communication is 10 star worthy and the production easily follows. Thank you guys!

THE BEST! Had a negative experience with another printer, and BCCO was able to not only correct the issue, but the total job was completed for significantly less money, and on a rush schedule. I would strongly recommend BCCO. Worked with Sig, and he was excellent throughout.

BCCO NYC has saved me *multiple* times when I needed shirts (very!) last-minute due to Zazzle missing deadlines. I have always received extremely friendly, patient, and prompt customer service at BCCO, and the company's 'Yep, we can do it!' attitude is refreshing and comforting. My Dad is a 92-year-old Army Veteran and I wanted to get him a tee shirt for Christmas to celebrate that fact. I went to the VA Hospital Gift Shop, but they didn't have one. So I did a Google search and found BCCO. I visited their pleasant office and was immediately helped by the lovely, talented Sheila. We came up with a unique, one-of-a-kind design that I know Dad will LOVE -- I can't wait to give it to him!!! And the price was very reasonable!! The entire staff was so friendly ... they even all wished me Happy Holidays as I left. It was truly a pleasure to give them my business, and I will definitely be a return customer.

An amazing, friendly, helpful and professional staff that is looking for perfection in every shirt they make. I was in a hurry and i wanted to make 6 shirts and they just actually did that. I just regret that i haven't been there earlier, i would've definitely made other shirts and some 3D vinyls shirts too. It was really nice meeting people who work there and i'll certainly stay in touch with them and order some shirts online too.
