This branch is so disrespectful to customers because they never pick up the phone. I called every morning and every afternoon, three or four times, for a week. Not once did they pick up the phone; I keep being routed to a generic customer service rep that knows nothing about the particular branch.
Who is the branch manager? They need to get their act together and start showing a basic level of courtesy to customers by picking up the phone.

I had a meeting scheduled for someone from the branch to call me and I never received a call. When I tried to call the branch myself I couldn’t reach anyone and they requested I make an appointment.
every time I come to this branch to pull out money, the tellers are very nice. I once had an issue with my account and they helped me. The only issue I have, if you are going to withdraw money before they open (using the ATM) homeless people are sleeping there. It doesn't feel safe.
It was the worst experience in a bank in my life. I asked so simply stuffs. Change my address and update Sosial security number. Really that was all.. It took one hour. they even could not done it even though wasting my time one hour. I don’t think employees who tried to deal with my issue know what to do or how to do at all.
1. When I brought passport & NY driver license, social security card, working permit card, he tried to teach me that u don’t need to bring passport as long as u have a driver license. I said I need to bring passport because it’a not the real ID Drive license. But he insisted that this is real ID. OMG. So guess what, later on, he asked my passport. Not only that. He and one woman (I guess she was a supervisor or something )even asked my original country tax ID or something. Also even asking I-20. Those it really neccecey to update my personal simple information? I wanted to just update my address!!!!! They may claim it’s mandatory. I went to the bank of America to do the same thing. It was so simple and quick. And I could change address in one min by calling chase customer service. What a waste of time & labor. They work in extremely ineffienct way.
2. It took 10min to just copy my ID.unbelivable. Even 5years kids could have done faster than that. Of course they did not say sorry at all. Even though I kept saying I'm running out of time
Chase is the big bank. It’s Unbelievable there are employees who are not qualified at all even include a supervisor. ! Supervisor is supposed to be better at their job. But no!
The scanner to open the door after hours doesn’t work if you are using your Chase card via the phone tap. I took my phone out of my case and held it like the diagram but it didn’t read my card.
Excellent service & the employees are professional & respectful. If I have to wait to speak to someone it isn’t a problem for me. Everything is explained & they are knowledgeable & good listeners. They go by the book.
Awful client experience! I will spare you the details on back and forth, suffice to say that I came in to the bank with a request... Veronica Taylor couldnt help, and since Olga Boguslavsky left for the day, she ask Shamika Brown to approve the request. The answer was NO, which is not really ok, but what was most shocking is that Shamika (who is supposed to be assitant branch manager) didnt even come out to engage with a client. Any time the client experience person at the bank says to you, I can help you close the account if you want to... its a huge red flag, simply means they DONT value their clients.
9/23 - I am changing this review from 1 star to 3, due to Olga's extraordinary efforts to right the situation. It was good to know that Client Service at Chase is not dead... it has a pulse. They need more people like Olga, and treat clients as clients NOT numbers!
Wish I read the reviews before coming here! I popped in to see a personal banker, hoping it would be a quick trip. It took 20 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help, and proceeded to wait even more. I eventually crossed my name off the sign-in sheet and walked up two blocks to another location (was helped the second I walked in). Others who came in to go up to a window were in and out no problem - so I'd imagine they're competent in something.
The customer service is very bad.
The waiting list is not workable, they don't really care about the customer,
I wait for the banker and put my name on the waiting list, but the female representative whom on duty on 7/15/19 1:00pm , not follow the list to work, just follow her thinking to let people(male ,the one without appointment) jump the line(for the same service as I need), which is not fair for all customer , and that is really wasting our time.
Used this location on few occasions - to try and notarize something (they don’t have a notary) and to upgrade my account status, where I had to sit in the cubicle with one of the bankers.
It took about 5 minutes to wait for the banker, then 30 minutes of him poking around on his screen awkwardly trying to make small talk and sell me more products I didn’t need, ultimately just to tell me that I do not qualify for the promotion despite the app, and the website telling me that I do and imploring me to print out a page and bring it in.
After which he tried to downgrade my account to worse than what I already have.
I’ve been with Chase for many years, and compared to other locations this easily wins the prize for being the worst.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The rep. that was assisting me to open a new account was slow, lazy, rude and clearly knew very little about her job. However based on her attitude, she really thought that she is a knowledgable worker with the intelligence of a high-schooler. My advice to the management is not to keep low-life people of this sort at the job, as my social circle is rather big and you can bet your life that I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE. At the very end she refused to open an account, mentioning that official documents I presented did not "seem real" to her. I went to a neighboring Chase and got my account opened within 10 minutes there with the same documents! ABSOLUTE ZERO, I hope she does not seriously consider herself as a banker as that would be lying to yourself!
There were only 2 bankers and they were soo slow at doing everything. I think they just wanted to kill time, they tool over an hour to assist me and i was the only one waiting for a bank representative. Im gonna have to remind myself to never come visit this location ever again. Im a regular chase customer who often need assistance. So i do know what regular assistance is and this has been my worst waiting time ever
