Visited without appointment and was greeted accordingly. Sam assisted me throughout the process. Sam did a great job in opening my checking account. Very quick and helpful in providing info. Sam also helped me received my card within 2 days and waived the premium shipping!

scammers started calling me after I called this number. Their phone system must be compromised by hackers

I received a call from this number today it feel suspicious … they said someone may got my Zelle info … I hand out and call chase they said there where not record of a call

Got a phishing phone call from the number of this bank. I’m certain it was not from anyone at chase, but this was the location it looked like I was being called from. Hoping this might help anyone else this happens to. Protect yourself!

The atm’s are broken. I went here to grab some money. The first atm I went to was only giving out 5 dollar bills so I went to another one. The other machine was glitching, when I clicked get cash, it clicked the one time $20 feature. I put my card in again and it would not respond to me pressing buttons, I couldn’t get my card out for like 10 mins. I was trying to call the customer service number but that was taking forever. Finally I tried the wheelchair accessibility mode and was able to get the money I needed. Fix the atms!

Couldn’t deposit my cash at this location even after showing 6 different IDs on my phone I literally forgot my ID cause I was rushing and they didn’t let me deposit cash in my own account even though I provided them my IDs on the phone ( passport / drivers license / major credit cards ) Surprised how they could waste a clients time in a fast city like Manhattan.

Terrible service and I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint, banker/teller Christopher Grabowski was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in a banking institution. Granted my interaction with him was brief it lacked customer service skills, was cold & unwelcoming. I will NEVER go back to this bank.

JP Morgan Chase are the biggest thief of the bank system. They close people's account and steal their money.

These clerks are all the sweetest! As soon as I walked a woman at her desk could tell I was confused and directed me to the clerks who were upstairs. No wait at all, the clerk behind the counter helped me make my first certified without a skip even though I had lost my ID recently and had to use different forms. Love being a chase member :]

Waited for only about 5 minutes. The clerks were attentive, kind, and courteous. The specialist expedited my replacement debit card free of charge!

I know very little about the checking account, the banker Olga Yudina helped me save 36$ which I didn’t expect. It’s not a big money, but she didn’t need to do that for me. Appreciate that.
