views are nice. cocktails are mediocre at best. and don't order anything not from the menu - they will mess up with your bill.

Went yesterday evening for happy hour with my Gfs and really enjoyed it! Arrived around 5:30 and was immediately greeted by the manager who saw us when we walked in and brought us up to the elevator and then we were greeted by the host. So glad we came in during that time, the drinks were super cute for happy hour and the light bites held us between drinks. Our waitress I wish i remembered her name (Asian ) , was a total sweetheart and she made sure we were all good and checked with us between trips. The manager also gave us wine on the house as well as chocolate cake bites! And complimented our energy. We will sooo be back! If you’re down for a great view, nice music and dimmed light intimate atmosphere this is your place.

Horrible experience and rude staff. I arrived around 9, reached the 35th floor, and immediately noticed that there was a disaster of coats one on top of the other on the couches. I asked where’s the coat check, and I’m told it’s down on the 2nd floor. Alright, let’s hop back on the elevator and get back to the 2nd floor. I get to the coat check, and the guy being the partition goes “coat check is closed, I don’t know why or who’s coming, I don’t know what to tell you, I’m just security”. So I ask the elevator attendant what is going on and he says he’ll call the manager (nobody seemed to know how anything works), but forgets to do so for 15 more minutes. After reminding him three times he finally calls the manager. He arrives, I ask what’s going on with the coat check and (with the rudest tone) he goes “the guy gets here at 10” and proceeds to turn his back at me and start a conversation with the elevator attendant while I’m still standing there talking to him. By now it was 9:30 so I left and sadly missed my friend’s birthday - several friends who were upstairs left too once they found out what happened. The owner should retrain his staff, and the rude manager needs to go.

Where do I begin. I'm a regular. I've come here at least 100 times. I've never dealt with a squad of goons down stairs. Northface brown and the two African gentleman in the ski mask refer to the photo below. I explained the situation. I was told to do something with it being below freezing out. Waited 22 mins was not acknowledged. Was told to wait somewhere I was not comfortable with waiting. Did not wait there. My friend comes down and then hes told to stand out because I touched the rope? Pardon me for thinking that after 34 mins off freezing that I was going to go in mind you my id was scanned already. Everytime I come here I spend 1500-4000 dollars for this reason alone yall lost me. No respect. No sense of grammar no common sense. Racist. And I quote stop staring staring at what. Unless you want to be paying 200-300 dollars at the door and basically getting told your nothing to walk into this estblashiment after a certain hour is theatrics

Went there for happy hour drinks, the drinks were mini versions and okish. The cosmo had a weird aftertaste. I really don't see what all the hype is about. The space is cute but overall Its giving overrated and overpriced.

his place is clearly aimed at very young people, around 21 years old. If you are older and have traveled or experienced nightlife elsewhere, it’s best not to waste your time here, as disappointment is almost guaranteed. We reserved a table for New Year’s Eve, expecting a special and festive celebration, but the reality was quite the opposite. The venue is very small and extremely overcrowded, making it uncomfortable from the very beginning. There are only two toilets available, and before long the queue stretched all the way to the bar. Going to a club only to spend nearly an hour waiting in line for the restroom is simply unacceptable. In addition to that, the DJ’s performance was very poor. The music changed every minute, leaving no chance to get into the rhythm or enjoy the atmosphere. To make matters worse, plastic plates and glasses were used, and they were visibly dirty. We had to ask for replacements and request clean glasses, which should never be necessary in a place like this. What was especially disappointing was the complete lack of any proper New Year’s celebration. There was no festive or ceremonial moment at all—just a quick countdown from 10 to 1, the DJ saying “Happy New Year,” and then everyone continued dancing as if nothing special had happened. Overall, the experience was chaotic, poorly organized, and far from enjoyable. Based on our experience, this is definitely not a place worth visiting.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve 2026 is supposed to be special, especially when you choose a high-end venue like The Fleur Room. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst club experiences I’ve had in years. We paid around $2,500(with tips, prepaid) for the night, expecting a premium New Year’s celebration. Instead, the club was dangerously overcrowded. It was so packed that people were constantly pressing and rubbing against us at our table because there was literally nowhere else for them to stand. Having a table made no difference at all. For a New Year’s Eve event at this price point, the lack of a dress code was shocking. Some guests were well-dressed, while others showed up in tank tops, casual T-shirts, and sneakers. It completely destroyed the upscale atmosphere you would expect from a venue like this—especially on NYE. The bathroom situation was absolutely unacceptable. With only a few restrooms available and massive overcrowding, the bathroom line stretched across the entire club all the way to the bar. Waiting 40 minutes just to use the restroom on New Year’s Eve is beyond unreasonable, and once you finally made it, you were already stressed having to go again. Because of how chaotic and uncomfortable everything was, we left shortly after midnight. This was not how anyone should be ringing in the New Year. The overall experience was unbearable, and it’s been a very long time since I’ve been in such a poorly organized club. For a New Year’s Eve celebration costing $2,500, The Fleur Room delivered nothing but overcrowding, discomfort, and disappointment. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re planning to celebrate an important night like New Year’s. Don’t make the same mistake we did and ruin an important celebration night. Life is too short to waste your time in such poorly run places. p.s. Oh, I forgot to mention — the champagne was served in plastic champagne glasses.
Jan 10, 2026 -
Absolutely disappointing experience at The Fleur Room. The photos posted on their Instagram and Google listings are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. The venue is extremely small and totally unsuitable for larger groups. We chose this venue to celebrate New Year’s Eve with our group and reserved a table in advance, paying several thousand dollars. From the very beginning, things were already wrong. Although we technically had a table, we were given no choice of location at all, and the area we were placed in was extremely poor. The venue was dangerously overcrowded. People were constantly standing at our table, placing drinks on our sofa, leaning on us, pushing us, turning their backs into us — there was zero personal space. Sitting comfortably was impossible, and it felt chaotic and disrespectful. The reality of this place is nothing like what is shown online. Photos and marketing do not match the actual experience at all. The space is cramped, poorly managed, and clearly oversold. We stayed only until midnight and left immediately after — that alone says everything. What was supposed to be a special New Year’s celebration turned into a stressful and unpleasant situation. This place is absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this venue as far as possible. Overpriced, overcrowded, and extremely low-level. One of the worst experiences we’ve had.

We booked New Year’s Eve at The Fleur Room and paid $2,000 for a table for four. Upon arrival, we were not given a seated table at all—only a standing cocktail table with no chairs. After repeatedly raising the issue, staff eventually brought two chairs, which still did not accommodate our full party. A couple standing next to us experienced the same issue, suggesting this was not an isolated situation. When we questioned this, we were told that other guests had paid more for proper tables with views. Later that evening, we learned that those guests had actually paid less and booked the same day for a group of six. This raised serious concerns about overbooking and inconsistent treatment of guests. The manager we spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive, choosing to argue rather than resolve the situation. Even our included two-bottle package became a point of contention—staff questioned our booking multiple times and had to recheck the reservation repeatedly, despite it being clearly included. For a venue charging premium prices, the basic expectation of a dedicated, seated table was not met. The experience was disorganized, frustrating, and ultimately ruined our New Year’s Eve. There are many venues in the city that offer a far better NYE experience for the price. We would not recommend The Fleur Room and will not be returning.

I went with the promoter Emma, but she cancelled out group dinner beforehand at L’Amico because her personal photo shoot was running late, and we had to have “dinner” at The Fleur Room, which was sliders and bland fries (worse than McDonald’s fries). Utterly unprofessional, I wasn’t looking to go to a club at 10PM on a WEDNESDAY night, who in their mind goes to a club at 10pm on any night? I’m aware promoters make money off of us girls, but this was beyond unprofessional, not at all good first impression for a female promoter. I go with a lot of male promoters, and they have their night together.

I went to The Fleur Room in New York City, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The space sits high above the city with stunning skyline views that make the whole place feel magical. The music was energetic, the vibe was lively without being overwhelming, and the staff kept everything smooth and welcoming. The cocktails were polished and flavorful, adding to the upscale but fun atmosphere. It’s the kind of nightclub that makes a night out feel special, and I’d definitely return for another great eveni

Stopped in around midnight and their 1am last call is strict! Great cocktails via Tao program and a stunning view!

I visited the place yesterday 10/24 with my friends, we were on a guest list and the people at the door treated us super badly and also ignored us and made us wait on purpose. It's the first time it happens to me, but also the last because I'm never going back. I hope that the staff that receives people improves if they want the place to be visited by people, because in addition to not returning I will comment that it is the worst experience I had.

Great atmosphere and view, bartenders super chill and quick, waiters a bit cold.

The Fleur Room in NYC is a chic rooftop lounge with stunning panoramic views of the skyline, including the Empire State Building. Its floral-inspired décor is elegant yet playful, creating a glamorous atmosphere. The cocktails are creative, the vibe is lively, and the music keeps the energy high. Perfect for a night out, though it can get pricey and crowded—worth it for the unforgettable setting.

Very Clicky & Weird. Let white girls in without a promoter for free but made every woman of color come in w one. Was told “who do you know?” Like 10 times. Mind you I’m a model….The scenery inside is nice but there’s liquor all over the floor and it’s sticky. Front bouncer is rude !!!!!!!

Went on a Friday night with my two friends and we had so much fun! The space was decently sized with a lot of people and the vibes were good. I would definitely come back and I think fridays are the best night to come!

Came here for mini martini hour. It’s a cute concept & I think the drinks & small bites are reasonably priced. Service was a little off though & it seemed like we were being rushed to go as soon as it hit 8 p.m. Cute ambiance with nice views of the city. Not sure if I’d visit again though.

The Fleur Room is such a fun and stylish spot for a night out! The food is surprisingly good for a rooftop lounge, we had tenders, mini burgers, and fries with espresso martinis, and everything was super tasty. Cocktails were well-made and the service was great. The space itself is beautiful, with cozy booths, sleek tables, and an incredible view of the city. The music was commercial and pop, super easy to enjoy, sing along to, and dance all night. Perfect place to vibe, party, and take in the NYC skyline!

Learning about The Fleur Room days before my trip was incredible. Learning that The Fleur Room was NEXT DOOR to my hotel was another thing. Sold. No regrets. I sat at the bar for a bit while the window seats were taken up with others. They left (before the most amazing sunset....) which worked out nicely, since I decided that one glass of wine was just not going to do it, considering that the window panorama view spot had opened up and ... Well, YES PLEASE.... I hopped on over and ordered another drink and enjoyed the most unexpected, beautiful sunset on Day 1. Just when they said it would rain everyday. Live every moment.

I went during happy hour. We made reservations. I definitely recommend to do reservations! Great view of the city! Very nice place to come after work and grab a bite and drinks.

The views make this lounge a 10. Additionally, the fact that there is barely any traffic outside of happy hour is nice too. My issue lays with the service. Staff that’s supposed to check you in assumes you’re a walk in and pretty much ignores you. Once seated I waited 20 min and didn’t get approached by a server. I ended up going to the bar, and the two ladies behind the bar saved the experience. They were quick and attentive, and decently friendly. Overall I came here for the view, but left because of the service. Can’t say I’ll be eager to come back, but I would try their happy hour.
Feb 27, 2025 -
It is definitely a hot spot for tourists or for people who don’t know where to go out in the city. The seating isn’t very comfortable and it’s quite limited. I went for the mini martini happy hour and the drinks were meh, but for the price I suppose it sufficed. I definitely wouldn’t go back, and the servers took forever to bring our drinks.

Okay this place is the quintessential NYC spot to feel above it all and get an elite all around experience. It was probably mostly the event I was at, but the staff was attendant but not overly. The food was some of the best I've ever had for an event. I mean.... Look at the seafood spread in my pics. They even had lobster claws that were amazing. Bar was not too crowded and wells served and maintained by smart tenders. And then the view as the sun sets is relatively unmatched. Go here for sure.

So, we ended up staying at Moxys and decided to give this place a shot. We thought we'd try it out for some cocktails after our dinner. Let me tell you, we absolutely loved it! The espresso martini they served was out of this world. And the bartenders? Super friendly and accommodating. The ambience of the place was just perfect, and the staff were top-notch. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to grab some drinks, and the food looks pretty tempting too. We'll definitely be back to treat ourselves to their delicious dishes!

Fun! Place to go with an amazing view. It was a little pretentious for what it was. The drinks were good. They weren't crazy expensive but they were nothing too special. I enjoyed the night and the view and the people were nice. But for how it looked and what it felt like I felt like it could have been a bit more

The decor was trendy at best the views however were decent. Service was slow with almost no customers in the lounge. Only reason we went was to look out the windows from the roof of our hotel. Not lively at all.

This rooftop has been on my bucket list for a while and it didn't disappoint. Love the sophisticated vibe and the flowers installation plus the details, from the furniture to the plates, it’s all matching the 🌸 vibe. Besides that, we have to talk about the stunning views to the Empire State Building. Gorgeous! They have a selection of cocktails and also some small bites. We had the cheese board and the sandwiches and it was delicious! Another perfect spot to enjoy beautiful views in the city (especially during winter time!).

Stopped by to see my favorite bartender Dilan and for the Euro Circle Cryptocurrency meet. It was a beautiful venue as always; clean and presented well with the decor. The views and ambience is stunning and worth the happy hour trip any day of the week.
