They are very good at repairing the screen on my android phone. They are also very quick and reliable too. The charge is very reasonable, and if you have a phone ? that needs repairing, then I highly recommend them.

They deliberately don't put their prices on their website because they know no one would show up. $450 to replace an iPhone screen when it's $329 at any Apple store or BestBuy, plus who i assume is the owner glibly telling me they only use their own parts despite only providing a 6 month warranty. Avoid at all costs

This place repaired the front and back screen of my galaxy s20+. The owner, or whoever answers the phone (I think his name is Ari), was great, and went above and beyond to get my phone delivered to me at work. But the actual tech who fixed the phone wasn't all that friendly, and he forgot to put my phone case back on, so I had to go back to their store the next day anyway. Also three different people told me the phone would be ready in 3 hrs, so I promptly traveled from Jersey City within that window, and they hadn't even started the phone after the 3 hrs. All in all, the place is fine, but don't go there if you're in a rush, and don't expect the nicest experience.

This place is not bad. They did a wonderful job fixing my phone and the price was manageable. The only reason why they did not get a 5-star was because they did not connect me when they received the new screen for my cell phone. I made a full payment. I was told I would receive a phone call when the new screen arrived. The new screen arrived on Wednesday. If I did not call them on Friday it may have taken over a week to get my cell phone screen fixed. Outside of that, this is a good place to get your devices fixed. I have a Huawei phone and they were able to get the parts ($135).

Awful, Pathological Liars, Aggressive I had a confirmed appointment and walked into the swanky Wall Street Building where the suite is. I had filled all information prior regarding the details of my phone. Since the suite was closed and no one has checked in yet. I called the company and was greeted with a very rude agent, he lacked the basic decency to talk and the his voice reeked of threats. I waited for 20 more minutes, post that call and called the number again and this time a lady picked up completely clueless and said her repair agent are already present in the office and are swamped by lots of repair job which is a blatant lie. The lady was keen to find out what needs to be fixed, perhaps she could start with the agents who man the phone, they need an immediate fix. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be humiliated.

Efficient and professional, average prices. As foreign tourists, we have been much satisfied since our screen has been repaired in 24 hours (that model was out of stock actually). Really recommended! Just as tips: shop is located at 20th floor, you have to enter the building from a big golden door and ask at the reception desk to be announced :)

Overall a good experience. They fixed my apple watch for a good price and did a quality job. However they were a little past the 10 day time period they promised and the customer service was questionable. The man that worked with me while picking up the watch was on the phone the whole time and barely communicated with me, not sure if it was a work call or not. There was little direction while picking up the watch, but considering the good price and short time frame I was willing to see past that. I do recommend "I repair cracked screens" for a quick and reliable repair.

I have been using ‘I Repair Cracked Screens’ since last year and they are the best! I have had several iPad (many versions) screens fixed by them. They have a number you could even text and they reply FAST with a quote. Making an appointment is quick. Once they see you, they do an inspection, they explain what needs to be done, tell you how long and the amount to pay in person when the services are all done. I live in the neighborhood which is a big plus but the real reason I love working with them is their professional nature, great work and a 180 day warranty. I never had to take them up on the warranty because their work is that good but it’s good peace of mind. You get to test it as long as you want before you pay for it. I get same day service within 1 or 2 hours if my iPad is charged, and ready to be serviced by them. I have so far met 2 nice young technicians who either have direct contact with me or a women by the name of Angelah who takes down all my info and go from there. Everyone I have dealt with is professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend anyone use their services. I have had appointments in front of me that go really well and then I’m next. I have seen them repair iPhones too. They call and text when your device is ready.

Old phone looks like new after catastrophically damaged display! Superb work by helpful, talented professionals promptly delivered at the quoted price. I cracked the glass on my Nexus 6 by dropping it on pavement two weeks ago. At first, I thought I could get by with the cracked screen until I replaced the phone next year, but earlier this week the display started to develop rapidly growing dark spots, leaving it unusable. I made an appointment with this outfit, dropped off my phone, and picked it up about an hour later. The result was perfect: beautiful, bright screen, perfect functionality, and meticulous fit and finish. (I've watched the Youtube videos for this repair, and while I like DIY, I was more than happy to turn this one over to someone who does it every day.) The phone also feels faster, so they may have cleared some cache or done other performance boosting maintenance--or maybe it's just perception with a new screen. Really glad my old device has a new lease on life to get me into next year when I can make an unhurried decision about an upgrade.

Traveled from Staten island to fix my Samsung 8+ phone which was really really worth it. I Felt very welcomed... Went in today without an appointment to get my iPhone 7 cracked screen repaired. Ask the front desk at 14 Wall and they will call up to have them come get you. He was very nice, explained everything and worked fast. I was in and out with a perfect new screen in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Strange location in an office building that was difficult to find but otherwise fast and legit service. ETA: first screen started acting weird after several days. Went back in and they replaced the defective screen without issue. I haven't had any issues since then after several weeks. I have an old phone that I think I'll bring in for a battery replacement as well.

Great experience! Very quick and easy -- didn't look into pricing at other places but it was certainly cheaper than buying a new phone. My phone looked like new in 10 minutes and they gave me a tempered screen protected for a great price. Just a warning...bring cash.

Went there today and had my phone screen replaced. The service was quick! I was only in there for about 10-15 mins before my phone was as good as new. Very professional, ensured the phone was mine with a few security checks then started working. I watched the whole thing and was very impressed. They told me if I had any problems with the phone after to bring it back and they will take care of it (not if I cracked the screen again but if it started acting up) Using the phone now to post this and it's like a band new phone. Also was the cheapest price I found in the city! Thanks guys.

I had my daughter's iPhone 5c shattered screen repaired for $100 (tax and $5 fee for credit card included) in 15 minutes. Phone looks like new and she was very happy to have her phone fixed and I was happy not to buy another one!!!! I highly recommend.

Definitely the best place to get your tech fixed. Completely shattered my iPad mini and within an hour it looked brand new. Next I dropped my iPhone and the touch screen stopped working. Thought I'd have to shell out $200 to get a replacement. Got it fixed for under half the price and it left looking good as new again. 100% recommend this place!
