Food was decent and service was ok. We asked for the cash to be applied to the bill because we went as a group and the rest be split on the card and the server was giving us a hard time because of her tip even though we said we would tip on the card. One person has mushroom allergy expressed that and still had mushroom in the soup. We didnt get the cocktails menu and had to request it. Maybe its better to come with less people.

Ordered in and got sushi rolls, lamb chops app, , garlic shrimp entree and lettuce wrap app. General tsao chicken Sushi rolls were so fresh, lamb chops were cooked well, shrimp and generalntsao chicken was generous portions and delish. I didnt care for the lettuce wrap - not flavorful enough and not enough meat. Then we went to restaurant to eat. Great service by Maggie , very clean place, I noticed all items printed with the restaurant name: napkins , forks, spoons , plates., (they cared how the store was represented.) Food did not disappoint today either. Sush rolls , chicken fried rice, beef with garlic sauce, Everything very fresh. Also saw a lot of to go orders being picked up . Place is busy. Would Def go back.

This a great neighborhood place with great sushi and a nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed it on a Sunday evening before the start of a busy week. The menu is solid and the service is just right. Highly recommend for an enjoyable sushi dinner.

This is the best sushi we’ve ever tried, and it’s coming from people who travel to Hawaii frequently, where you can find really delicious food (including sushi). We ordered a few specialty sushi rolls. The service is also wonderful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Highly recommend!

As other people noted, the food is tasty but this place seems to have issues with food safety / kitchen hygiene. There was a metal staple inside of my sushi roll.

Service was accessional! I placed a DoorDash order but had to talk through it with them on the phone because I’m gluten free. I called more than one time and every time they were friendly and helpful. The sushi is amazing and it was a great Thanksgiving meal for this family of 5 :)

i never rate anything but this was phenomenal, fish is great and fresh, portions are big and staff is very nice. they filled my water multiple times without me asking. food came quick and it was amazing one of the best and cheapest sushis i ever ate. highly recommend!!!

This restaurant exceeds expectations! This restaurant maintains reasonable costs despite its position. The food had normal, predictable tastes. The workers consistently showed warmth and personality. Blue Mountain (Sushi, Bar&Lounge) offers the right balance of size and comfort.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash and had a great experience. First of all, the sushi (& overall meal) was super fresh and delicious. Second, their packaging was very thoughtful - printed out labels on everyone’s food (it was a group order), sauces were organized in respective ziplock bags, and hot things went in one bag while cold things went in another. Third - it was super fast!! The order was in my hand 18 minutes after I ordered around peak lunch time. Though I have not dined in and cannot speak for the experience inside, I highly recommend supporting this business!!

The ability best sushi ever. I order takeout once a week from here and it’s ruined all other sushi spots for me. Crispy rice app and mango roll are so good. Staff are super friendly, orders are on time and neatly packaged. Today they were playing Taylor Swift’s new album when I went in. What more could you ask for?

Let's get into the review. I first received a salad, followed by the main entrée. For the main entrée I ordered their Angus beef, medium rare, and calamari. The food was fantastic and the steak was cooked to perfection. They have really good lunch specials, in which I ordered the lunch box special. I paid a little more than $20 but that's because I got the fried rice which has an upcharge. The meal is normally $18, which is 100 percent worth it. They have cheaper lunch specials options as well. The only problems I ran into is the staff aren't overly friendly, their mood is sort of always neutral but, they are fast. If you want a good steak with other food that will fill you up, I recommend trying the food here.

Way better quality than expected. Everything packaged nicely. Food came within 17-20 mins. Prices are reasonable and the lady on the phone was very nice. Would deff recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arguably the greatest sushi restaurant in Manhattan. I’m a loyalty member and go at least 4x / month. You can’t go wrong with the namesake Blue Mountain Sushi roll and Rock Shrimp. BMS 4 life!

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the salmon poke bowl today and it turns out with a fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The salmon tasted incredibly fresh, and the toppings were generous and well thought out — from the creamy avocado to the crunchy seaweed salad. I appreciated the variety of sauces. The portion was satisfying with a clear presentation. I super recommend it as a lunch!

The food was great, and it wasn't expensive even if it was a higher grade than expected. on my list to visit again and recommend to friends. as the last table before close, can't say how busy it gets. cozy, and good for casual business or groups of 4.

Great sushi experience. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While it took a moment for our server to check in, once she did, the service was top-notch—attentive and friendly. We also loved that they offer the big bottles of Sapporo. The overall atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed our time here.

Delicious food with great service! The pork goyza and scallion pancakes were great starters and both tasted wonderful. The garlic sauce beef was delicious with lots of meat and the veggies cooked so they were crunchy yet still soft. The #5 roll was really good as well. Definitely one of my favorite shrimp tempura rolls I’ve had! The service was great. The lady helping us was very kind and was quick to help. We came on a Friday at 5pm and were practically the only ones sitting in the dining room. A lot of take out orders though. But I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would recommend sitting.

Blue Mountain is such a hidden gem! Been here multiple times so far—best sushi we’ve had living here in NYC! The salmon belly, yellowtail belly, and squid sashimi are a must, and the prices and presentation are incredible. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We look forward to continue coming often!

This place was empty when I came in, so I had some doubts. The host was very helpful. The service was SO attentive and kind. The presentation of the food was eye-pleasing. Food was tasty! The servers were on point. I really enjoyed the sparking strawberry yakult. Definitely will be coming back!! Especially since they were incredibly helpful with accessibility.

Wwow~i am surprised that I found this place. The mango Hawaii roll was sososo good, mango sauce is extremely different from what I had outside, calamari is also made differently, very crispy and tasty sauce. My friend had Two rolls lunch special, the rolls was made beautifully. Now comes to the big boss, The HIBACHIII… sooooo good, if one of you read or see this review, must try their hibachi dish. Me and my friend are coming from nyu hospital at 1st ave, will definitely be back for dinner next time.

This Murray Hill Gem is Not to be Missed! Each dish is a delectable morsel of deliciousness. From Japanese, to Chinese to Fusion, I have tried so many dishes here and each one is better than the next. CD, the owner, has an excellent viewpoint of which are the latest dishes to try. It outshines EVERY recent Asian cuisine experience I have had in Manhattan--no joke. And the prices are reasonable. If you are looking for authentic, fresh, and tasty Asian, this is the IT PLACE. I'd travel much further to get here, but luckily only a few blocks from home! Which means I keep going back at least twice a week!

The crispy orange chicken slammed! The miso soup was great! This was my first time trying Asian cuisine and definitely won’t be my last time. I highly recommend trying this spot!
