High key really hate!! doctor Bradley he’s a horrible surgeon horrible bedside manner and there are so many irregularities with my face and bone structure he says trust the process but I recommend not trusting him at all with your one and only face …. I am already talking to other surgeons about a revision this man does not care about his patients he only cares about insurance money you only have one face and don’t let him ruin it he should be referred to as a butcher not a surgeon I also told him I liked my jaw just as is it was and I don’t want any work done on it and he definitely worked on my jaw without my consent BEWARE of him and his team they will play in your face and try to act professional but he is no professional and he knows nothing about aesthetics he is beyond sloppy and the medical board should look into him….
My experience with Dr. James Bradley was very disappointing. He performed the covering portion of a 3 mm × 7 mm calcium deposit removal surgery after another doctor had completed the removal. During the procedure, Dr. Bradley attempted to rotate and reposition tissue from my upper right gum but was unsuccessful, then took tissue from my left inner cheek to complete the coverage. Following this unusual procedure, I experienced complications that required me to remain in the hospital for an additional three days. During that time, Dr. Bradley did not visit or check on me. I expected better follow-up care and accountability from a surgeon.
I have been trying to trust the process but I can’t get through the fact that he really played in my face. He changed the shape of my face from round to square, he performed genoplasty on me without even mentioning it to me nor was it in my surgical plan . I was refused injections by him although he did make scars without my consent and they didn’t check on me at all after two months. The pain both physically and mentally was not gender affirming at all and the stress of having to live with it until the time comes for revisions is driving me crazy. I can’t imagine how he feels about transgender women because it is ironic that he has the same suggestions for most women who all have different needs. This man is a monster and his medical practice has to be studied and evaluated by the medical board for his poor work ethic as well as medical negligence as in performing procedures without any prior notice or consent from the patient. If you are in thought of life changing experience then I would suggest that you don’t have high expectations for a better outcome because it is not a guarantee. I’m currently working with an attorney now to see that I receive my justice as well bring awareness to the board of this practice to ensure that this type of abuse is dealt with appropriately! He was supposed to help me not try to destroy my image and mental state . James Bradley is a doctor who does this work and makes it so that you will need corrections as well as having hideous scars from the sloppy stitching and care of some.
Dr Bradley does phenomenal work. He is the greatest and best in this field. I advise everyone get a consult if you’re undergoing a FFS will take care of you.
I got rejected as a customer. I called this office twice with the listed phone number. First, the automated system would not let me speak to any front or surgical staff to ask if I could be helped with my airway + other jaw problems. I wound up with Billing. Billing said they'd transfer me. I was then transferred to someone who claimed to be a cost estimator instead who told me to call a surgeon instead, when in fact I had already done so but was being trolled in these transfers.
I then, a second time, called this doctor's office, and this time I was stonewalled with silence. I don't know how the doctors can make money if they stonewall prospective patients like this but I suppose they are rich enough to not care.
My journey looking for a surgeon took me years to me it was more important to look as natural as possible. I wasn’t looking for a cartoon character look; all I wanted was a softer version of myself. And boy he deliver!!!
I’m still healing only 2 months post-op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m so glad that I chose him and his team. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate them. They have all been so welcoming and kind. They’ve made me feel special right from day one. Because of Dr. Bradley and his team, I am more secure and my confidence has gotten a major boosting like never before. When I was about to enter the operating room I was so nervous, (lol) but they assured me I was safe, and in good hands. My expectations were 100% full filled. With eyes closed I recommend him.
I was referred to this doctor because he allegedly was transgender friendly but when I met with him he was extremely dry, no smile no personality and made me feel as if I was a chore which is disappointing. I have submitted support letters atleast 5 separate times to different email address given by their Long Island office but haven’t heard back from his office. When you try to reach him your only contact is their Long Island office who will hang up on you for simply trying to inquire. BE WARE.
Dr. James Paul Bradley, is truly the best in his field! His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients go far beyond our expectations. From the very first consultation, he made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he also takes the time to truly understand what is the main problem and what needs t be taken care of at first. Corresponding wasn't as immediate as I'd imagined though I'm aware that insurance and scheduling are lengthy matters.
It's been 9 months since surgery and my face continues to settle in to what I hoped for. Very satisfied. Felt/feel that his work and the help of his team pretty much exceeded my expectations. Meticulous craftsmanship and honestly glad that I had my ffs surgery by him.

I just did a revision n I know it was on purpose that my nose is messed up n they botched my eyelid area ..... I'm do devastated .... Please look for another doctor cause they don't care .... The doctor send the nurses to do everything n doesn't check on ur well being .... I'm so traumatized with doctor Bradley
Had to cancel my procedure was misgendered throughout the whole process no call backs wasted a whole year of appointments and even changed my insurance for the procedure very disappointed. The CT SCAN was horrible staff called mister and used my dead name loudly the psychiatrist at northwell is horrible. Read yelp reviews and had no choice but to cancel.
Dr Bradley and his staff are wonderful. Dr Bradley is extremely thoughtful and caring. I would recommend him for a surgical procedure based on my experience.

And he did jaw contouring and when it healed
It was uneven…..
I tried to call for a revision and no one seems to call back.

I had surgery done by James Bradley, everything needs to be revised, he is a sloppy surgeon nothing looks good. His incisions are sloppy and his eye for aesthetics is poor. One yr later and forehead is lumpy. He reduced the height of my chin so much it made my lower face more masculine. I never got clocked before surgery now I do. He made my lower face look like a bull frog. His office staff is horrible. I would avoid him at all costs there are better options.

I had my FFS procedure done my experience was extremely amazing and I’m very thankful Dr Bradley was my Surgeon, he has excellent bedside manners and extremely professional, he's extremely knowledgeable, honest and straightforward I couldn’t be any more grateful for my results so far and it’s only my third week, I had zero pain and very slight discomfort,
Not to mention his staff is amazing , friendly and everyone has been super supportive and attentive along my journey

When Dr. Bradley was with us at Temple University Hospital, I not only had the pleasure of taking care of his patients on 9west Surgical Unit as a Patient Care Tech for 21yrs at Temple, I fell in love with his work on our patients, so I went on to schedule for my tummy tuck & a year later my breast implants both with Dr. Bradley & let me just tell you, I will recommend Dr. Bradley to “everyone”, I was sad when he left us, but I know God had a bigger plan for this amazing Surgeon to bigger & better out in NYC!
His hands are truly blessed & not only is his work amazing, but his bed side mannerism is everything?

I got my Facial Feminization Surgery done by Dr.Bradley. The staff at the office is very patient and understanding like they actually like being there. The environment is very calm and relaxing and clean as well. DrBradley is an amazingly skilled surgeon that I trusted my face in his hands and would do it again if I needed to. Lucky things are looking good, so I don't need to go back underi the knife. And his whole team is Super Amazing. The work they do is Outstanding.
So I personally recommend this office to anyone looking for this type of procedure.
Perfect place to go if you want to spend months crying as you deal with an office that wont return calls or answer the phone and lies about everything from when you can get surgery too how they deal with your insurance. I'm shocked they have any clients at all with how I was treated and how my concerns were dismissed as insignificant.
I was actually nervous because it was my first surgery. I felt slightly better when I met Dr. Bradley but great when I saw my face in the mirror after my facelift for the first time. I LOVE MY FACELIFT!!!
