I've been banking with Chase for almost a year now, and they make everything incredibly easy. Moving money and investing is a breeze, and their customer service is always responsive. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Olga, who helped me set up my account. She's always been incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I've had questions.
if you have any issues with your checking account, I won't recommend this branch for service. It has been three months since they started investigation on my issue and still hasn't been fixed. Horrible customer support.
Pathetic service by staff as well as the branch manager. They denied service for not having debit card. It doesn’t matter if you show them state id, credit card and personal check book all together. Seriously they should be fired. As I was in rush couldn’t stay there to escalate the situation
Had the most pleasant experience with a teller today! She complimented my jacket, was so warm and friendly. Helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions professionally. An absolute gem, totally brightened my afternoon!
The customer service at this branch was horrible. But I found it disgusting that Satif plastered my check on the glass for me to check the info on it, for a very long time despite me asking him to put it down please so my information isn’t out in the open. He got pretty discriminating towards me, said disrespectful things, and all because he felt like giving me a hard time. Never have I been so disrespected at any chase like this in my life. Chase needs to do some people-skills training and background checks…
Customer service was horrible they all sound like a broken record that has been programmed to spit the same unhelpful message without helping at all. I tried to withdraw money three times from two Chase ATMs at 530sth 5avenue. The first two times the ATM couldn't process the transaction, changed to another ATM and even though the transaction was processed and my money deducted from my overseas bank account, the ATM printed a receipt saying "We aren't able to give you cash right now. Please call us at xxxxxx". So because I don't have a bank account with Chase (will never ever do or recommend anyone doing!) and my bank is overseas, they wouldn't and couldn't do absolutely anything, no calls to my bank because is an international call and they aren't allow to. What their ATMs can do is process a withdraw without giving you the cash and causing you a lot of trouble and making you waste your time having to contact your bank to contact Chase to get the money that never came out of their ATM. What they did try very well is to hand ball the issue to others like suggesting to go back to my hotel and see if they would let me call my bank.
DISHONEST BANK--Chase botched my deposit payment for my house- almost causing me to lose the home. I notified the bank 2 weeks in advance of a large wire that I would need to be sending internationally.
The morning of, my account would not allow me, so I had to wait until the bank opened. I spoke to my banking contact who increased my limit and was told I was approved to send the wire.
I executed the wire and even sent a screenshot of the proof to the banker that it was completed.
48 hours later, there was no trace of the wire and the money had not left my account. The difference between the 2 days in currency was a cost to me of $10,000 and the bank is denying the wire was executed, even though I have proof.
Stay far away from this bank
Branch Manager was not interested in helping me. Went there to simply talk to a banker because I withdrew from my Savings by mistake instead of my checking account and wanted to reverse it to avoid the $5 charge after making 5 withdrawals this month. The Branch Manager (woman) simply waved me off and told me they couldn’t do anything for me. Just dismissive and a bit rude. After I left I called Chase and the customer service rep was great and took care of my request in a matter of moments. No problem at all. You catch more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Just saying...
This is by far the WORST service I have ever received at any bank in my life. I walked in this bank after work just to make a quick withdrawal, as I entered the bank the there was no one at the door greeting customers which I know is a normal practice for every other chase I have been in . I know my card had stopped working but there was no free banker to ask for assistance. I when to the bank teller name Stephanie, I ask if I can make a withdrawal using my I.D she say "yes". I'm like ok great because I'm running late to get my kids I can't wait for a banker to have a new card made. She take my licence she ask what's my billing address I have gave it to her she ask how would I like the cash I told her, so in my head I'm like great i could walk instead of running to get my kids. I have a little time. Then out of nowhere she stop counting the cash put it away, takes my licence and walks away with no explanation or anything. I waited like 10 -15 min then I ask can I have my licence I have to go or can someone tell me if there is an issue I could go to capital one or mcu to get cash. I then ask for the bank manager and this lady Joyse Aloslo came out very RUDE and NASTY and spoke to me as if I was a CRIMINAL and threatened me with the authority as if I was robbing the bank. All I wanted to know was what the issue was and she didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me what was going on, I then waited another 10 min to get a call from chase fraud department saying they're verifying that its me. Now I know I'm a big I work construction so I was a little dirty but that is no way to treat a customer I have been banking with chase for about 10 years but they're other banks and I don't see my self doing anymore business with chase
Friendly service, generally quick to see you if you sign in on the clipboard near the chairs. Fell victim to debit card fraud once and they not only helped me cancel the card, but also gave me a brand new card on the spot!
Chase is the worst business bank I have ever dealt with. They constantly make mistakes and when you try to get help no one answers the phones so u have to call 800# . Which you get someone who barely speaks English .
I deposited cash to our business account and no one bother to tell me they had computer issues . So the next day I see we had a negative balance because they never put the money in. After 15 phone calls I get oh we had computer issues so it won't post for two days!!! Really cash two days🖕We will be closing out accounts !!!
Maybe it was just my experience, but customer service here was terrible. The hostess asked me what I was looking for, I told her, and she sent me to a representative that specialized in completely different things, and couldn't help me. A second employee I was sent to told me that I what I wanted to do wasn't possible, and in the end I had to call their customer service on the phone, who solved my issue within minutes.
