When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Carlos who was immediately helpful with giving us a bag for discretion, asking us any questions about if it was our first time. once we got settled in what we were going to get Olivia came and helped us out answering questions and showed us different products. As we were at the register and a great amount of deals were applied. A mom tried to come in with her stroller and her looking like 9 year old daughter she was told by Carlos and Olivia that the children couldn't come in she said she act like she didn't understand so Carlos said it again in Spanish she came in and got an immediate attitude with them because her kids couldn't come in I think that the way Carlos and Olivia handled the situation with very very effective and professional would definitely come back and recommend 10 out of 10
This place is pretty cool and has a great variety of items. I visited at night and there were three employees working — a full-figured, chocolate-toned woman, another brown-skinned woman, and a staff member whose gender expression I wasn’t sure about. When I went to the register to purchase libido supplements, one employee assisting me kindly gave me the option of choosing between the male or female version, which I appreciated as a transgender customer. However, the full-figured, chocolate-toned woman suddenly jumped in and said, “Oh, I think you should take the male,” which caught me off guard. While it may not have been her intention, the comment felt intrusive and could easily come across as dismissive of someone’s gender identity. Employees should allow customers to make their own choices, especially when it involves personal or sensitive products. I hope the store reinforces respectful and inclusive customer service moving forward.
Junior was the sweetest! It was my first time and he helped guide me through everything and even give me his advice to help make a decision! Definitely will be back!

Just came to the spot for the first time, I was greeted with a smile it smelled sexy on the walk in too. I was helped by all of the workers in the store showing me different things a may want and helped me save money. The workers names who helped me were India Yaya Junior and Arondae they were all great so ya show up and show love‼️??✊???
i’ve felt sooo well taken care of at Romantic Depot. the employees are knowledgeable of the products and Olivia was the best!!! fav place to shop, i can’t recommend it enough.

I had an amazing experience here. Junior was the best and helped out with my every need. They Had great recommendations and even showed me some toys with different settings and what was a better deal to get. They also helped me get the safest lube options. They were very knowledgeable in every department. Strongly recommend asking for them on your visit here.

This is my new favorite store to shop! Raymond was so helpful & patient when it came to looking for the best stroker. There were so many options but I LOVE the one I ended up buying along with the lube that Ray had also suggested I get. 10/10 shopping experience!

For my first experience .. i couldn’t be more satisfied! 10/10! I came in knowing what I wanted already and Junior was ready to help!
