Amazing work! The cobbler concierge did an incredible job repairing the leather strap on my purse handle, it looks brand new. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will absolutely continue using them for future items. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs!

Cobbler Concierge is the best! My favorite pair of Tori Burch holiday shoes lost their soles. I’ve enjoyed two extra years since the repair. Boots, purses, whatever you send will be returned better than you could imagine!

Just wanted to share my experience with you regarding Cobbler Concierge. I had my handbag repaired by them and they did an amazing job. They redid the pipping and there was a little tear in the middle and they covered it with heart ? patches. I loved it so much. I attached before and after photos.

these guys are magicians! I sent Cobbler Concierge a vintage Fendi bag that must have been 40-50 years old. They took it completely apart, replaced the crumbling fabric with canvas from a different bag, and made my old bag look brand new!! LOVE what they can do and I frequently recommend them for any luxury bag/shoe repairs you might have.

I have used Cobbler Concierge several times, for shoes and bags. They truly are magical. They took a favorite handbag and made it new again. My lovely dog grabbed one of my favorite summer sandals and destroyed the shoe. I contacted cobbler concierge and they rebuilt the shoe. I couldn’t believe it. Cobbler concierge are the best! They are so great to work with and I found their cost to be quite reasonable. They have a very organized process for sending in items, performing the repairs and return shipping with communication to you about the status of your order at every step. I sent in a vintage Chanel bag to get the snap replaced and I was so happy with the job they did.

Cobbler Concierge revived my Red Wing chukkas with a new set of Vibram 4014 Christy soles. I’m stoked with the results and would trust them again with my shoe repairs even though I have to mail them in from out of state. I added pics of the shoes before repair.

Jim’s re-heeled and restored this favorite pair of boots. The Cobbler Concierge made it easy to do from afar. The heels are darker than in their original state, and I was surprised by an added shipping charge. I think they have since made pricing clearer. This is an expensive service—I will pay more to restore another pair of boots than I paid to buy them. If you really love a pair of shoes and want to keep them out of a landfill, this service can be worth the cost.

Cobbler Concierge did an incredible job repairing several items for me. I have sent two pairs of Christian Louboutin’s to have the heels shortened and protector put on the sole. I repaired a Louis Vuitton speedy bag- cleaning the leather and replacing the piping and straps. I have had that bag since 2008 and it looks brand new now. I also had a Gucci bag interior cleaned and repairing the straps. They are my go to for any repairs on bags or shoes. So fast, informative, well priced and the work is clean and seamless. Cobbler Concierge did an amazing job replacing snaps for me on several wallets. The most impressive was where they repaired a Louis Vuitton organizer where the handle had broken off. Why would you not get more miles from those perfectly broken-in shoes?? I found Cobbler Concierge from the customer service folks at a brand I buy from a lot, and I’m so glad I did. I had absolutely wrecked a pair of heels on a business trip but I had just broken them in. They did a beautiful job fixing the sole (and gave me a bit more traction) and replaced the heel tips and glued the leather back. I just sent another well-loved pair and can’t wait to get them back. And don’t think you need to buy super high-end shoes to use this service. They really do an amazing job with any shoes you want to keep for the long-haul. Highly recommend for both repairs and general upkeep and maintenance!

I brought my Chanel bag to Jim’s on 10/14. My bag was in sad shape. The interior lining had been sewn in with really bad black heavy thread & was an eyesore, the exterior was scuffed. Jim’s did a beautiful job taking the interior out, reinforcing it & sewing it back in correctly. The exterior was refurbished & It looks perfect! I had them put feet on the bottom to prevent further damage. They did an incredible job & I am more than pleased! I live out of state & they shipped it to me in a big heavy box, the bag was tissue wrapped! I received it as promised on 11/6/24! A great experience!
