This was an exceptional stay. Exceptional. Omar and Mohammed at the front door/valet were so friendly and kind, and quite efficient in taking care of our family of 4 needs. The locations of the hotel is prime, making Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway, Central Park and Upper East side easily accessible. Room service was wonderful with many different choices and expedient service. Our room was large, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Only minor and expected street noise could be heard on the 15th floor. Hector and the rest of the staff made our NYC trip easy, friendly, and comfortable. Thank you so much, you have made a dedicated Omni patron out of me!

Location is great. It's in the middle of the city, near Rockefeller center. We love staying at Omni hotels, but was very discouraged when the concierge said I couldn't go up to my suite of was dropping off something. He confused me for a delivery person... I didn't expect to be racially profiled in NYC, but I guess it still happens. Funny thing is I live in SC and have never been profiled there.

Great location near St Patrick’s cathedrals and Saks. Not a far walk from Rockefeller Center! Felt safe and clean! Building was beautiful inside! Nice 17th floor terrace and gym! Wish we would have been given a list of where to find on site amenities. For example, had to call to ask what floor terrace and gym were on. Had to call to find locations of ice machine. Minor issue though. If you sign up for a free Omni Berkshire membership you can get free drinks delivered to your room. We loved our stay.

had a great stay at Omni New York. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Midtown Manhattan and easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The price is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the prime location. Overall, I would recommend Omni New York to anyone planning a trip to NYC — a solid choice for both comfort and value.

One of the best hotels in Manhattan every time I come to town this is my go-to hotel the balcony views are amazing the staff of super friendly highly recommend this location

We stayed there at the end of November and had a mishap with a room category. We were supposed to receive the manager, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our state was pleasant. They upgraded our room and made sure that we had everything we needed the room even had a Christmas tree in it so amazing thank you to Nate Sandra Hector, and synefia for the amazing help this was our secound time coming and not our last!

Let's just get this out there: There is no such thing as a reasonably priced Manhattan hotel room. Having said that, the Omni Berkshire Place hotel at least provides a superb lodging experience. You cannot get much better than 52nd and Madison location wise. And the best part of OBP is the size of its rooms-- very large by NYC standards which enables cribs, cots if you have kids or just plain feeling relaxed in your room if you're a couple or solo. The staff is great, and the bar and dining options are fine (again, NYC level expensive). Highly recommended overall.

This Hotel goes above and beyond for their guest. From the minute they greet & welcome you at the door every time you exit or enter the building their greetings are so welcoming. They made my birthday extra special with an incredible ice cream cake and champagne it was the best stay will definitely go again

Had an amazing stay! Every team member was thoughtful and kind. Our room was super nice, comfortable, and larger than we expected, being in midtown manhattan. Location is perfect - 2-5min walk to some of the greatest sites and restaurants in the city. Huge fan of the Berk, and will be returning soon!

Aside from one of the doormen, the staff wasn't overly welcoming or friendly. I stay at Omni Hotels to the point I have reached the Icon level for loyalty, and I would not be loyal to this hotel if I returned to New York. Restaurant service was slow. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, which was fine, but the front desk employee said they would call when it was ready. Never did. Aside from the location being in the middle of all the attractions, the hotel was very underwhelming.

Nice hotel, not worth the price tag. No microwave and no fridge. I booked a skyline view room and the hotel is surrounded by much taller buildings so there isn't a view of anything but other buildings. The restaurant is ok, not the greatest services or food. The convenience is nice, location to walk a lot of the sight seeing places

Our NYC home away from home. The hospitality is always great, there’s plenty to do, places to go within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean a d comfortable. It’s our go-to in NYC.

As Icon members & frequent travelers, we have stayed at many Omni Hotels and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately this one was not one of them. The room & beds were small and the room was not very clean. Besides the bell & housekeeping staff, we found the staff to not be very helpful. This stay was disappointing.

I'm not sure exactly what qualifies as a 4-star hotel, but needing to ask for a towel, finding a pair of panties in the hutch, and having no refrigerator in the room can't be it. Otherwise the staff were lovely and the place was clean and convenient. Just seemed a little....out of sorts.

The folks working here are terrific, kind, professional. My issue is that I turned in a free night, which I am supposed to receive a nice room for. It was accompanied with a reservation for additional nights. My room had headboards that had divots and scratches. The refrigerator was full of old food, and they evidently received a nicer amenity than I did. The water never got super ?. It was okay. The ? needs to be exchanged. Since the hotel closed for a while, I expected it to be nicer. Tip: The avocado toast is very good.

The staff was amazing, as was the location. For the price, I expected more. The beds and pillows are great. The room spacious. However the bench at the end of the bed was wobbly, and the beautiful crown molding wasn’t mitered in one of the corners. The toiletries are all lavender scented. Lavender gives me a headache, so,I asked for something else. That seemed to present a problem. They said they would look for some of their old brand, and see what they could find. I did get 3 shampoos, no lotion, conditioner or soap. I had breakfast alone one morning and was ignored for 15 minutes. So while a nice hotel, the small details all added up.

Amazing staff and service. Very accommodating. We had some issues with our reservations timings due to the storm and Daniel was super accommodating! Andrew from the bar downstairs was also very nice. Would 100% come back here.

Visited from California. Lenny the door man was so friendly. I would do a TikTok dance if I knew how to move! Lol. ? the robe in the room is the SOFTEST material ever!! Maria at the front desk was so wonderful and provided great. Thanks everyone for being so welcoming to us.

My review is a warning to any business travelers to the Omni Berkshire. Make sure to get your receipt BEFORE you leave. It is nearly impossible to get a receipt after a visit. I have called 4 times so far, twice transferred to a "billing department" where neither person picks up the phone and twice to the main # only to be hung up on instead of being put on hold. The hotel is lovely, but they need to work on the service and BILLING department. This is a simple request, it should not be this difficult.

I didn't have a good experience at the hotel. First, the rooms don't have a fridge. I had to use the fridge for my daughter's medicine, and I couldn't. We asked for it, but never answered—the coffee machine you have to request, and they never refill or clean it. The size of the bathroom sink is minimal for a family of 4, so we could not leave our toothbrush there because it didn't fit. For this type of hotel, you think those topics would never be an issue. The location is phenomenal, but the service, the room, and the facility are not recommended.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were overwhelmingly accommodating, the bed was so comfy, the amenities were 10/10!!! I think I’ve found my new hotel to be loyal to in NYC!!!

Book this hotel!!! The staff was wonderful. Yumi (or Yuri?) at the front desk was amazing and so kind to my step daughter! The hotel staff was there for anything we needed... plus a great location to walk and see lots of city sights! Would definitely stay again

My family and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting New York City last week. The Hotel was conveniently located and a very close walk to Rockefeller center and the MOMA museum. The Hotel lobby was clean, and had a sophisticated yet comfortable style. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And of course the amazing bell hop who pulled our bags out of the taxi during the rain storm last week, and got us quickly and safely inside to Check-in. The room was clean and we had no issues with the A/C or the elevators, everything was working properly. They were also kind enough to bring up a small refrigerator upon our request. The Terrace on the 17th floor has a nice view, especially at night. We also ate at Berk's Bar 3 times. A special thank you to Thomas for making our experience there so much fun! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we come back to visit NYC!

Omni Berkshire is my go to place whenever I’m in NYC. It never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the staff are so kind and welcoming and you feel seen. The rooms are always super clean (there’s this fresh scent that hits you the second you walk in), and I always feel safe and comfortable during my stay. If you’re there, do yourself a favor and try the Truffle Parmesan Fries from Berk’s Bar which is connected to the hotel— they’re unreal. The truffle oil and parmesan combo is next level. This trip was for my birthday, and Danielle, the Director of Front Desk Operations, went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. I can't thank her enough. At the end of the day, what makes a hotel stand out is how you're treated and what is done to make your experience as pleasant as possible and here, you're treated like more than just a guest. Every need or question is met with a smile and genuine care. I’ll always come back here, and I can’t recommend it enough. Until next time, Omni Berkshire — you’re stuck with me!

A truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience at Omni Berkshire Place was welcoming and smooth. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to Lenny the Doorman, who greeted us with warmth every time we came and went—he made a big city feel more personal. And the concierge service was exceptional, always helpful with recommendations and directions that made our trip even better. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel strikes that perfect balance between classic luxury and modern comfort. We’d absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at Omni. It’s an oasis of calm and exceptional service in the heart of Midtown. Literally every person we came in contact with at the property, went above and beyond. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was super comfy. Our breakfast room service arrived in 20 minutes. Now that never happens and I travel a lot!

Positive: Great hotel for the value. Negative: Everything at the Berkshire Omni went above my expectations for a NYC hotel.
