Customer service was very slow. Only 2 tellers at a prime time. And they were busy having full blown conversations about everything but banking. Just left because I didn’t have time. Would give it 0

Not pleasant very rude and lazy teller. Been a business owner with chase for 10yrs now and every branch I go to my visit has been pleasant. This one was not. Last time ever coming here for assistance.

Highly recommend banker Mr. Patrick Hanson, I am very impressed by his dedication to good customer service. He found a problem in my account and fixed it for me in quickest time possible.

I recently visited Chase Bank and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Richard, one of their outstanding staff members. From the moment I walked in, Richard greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. His caring, professionalism and knowledge were evident as he efficiently assisted me with my banking needs. I highly recommend visiting Chase Bank and this branch as 14 st and 8av!

Tatiana was really helpful and was able to get me in and out within 15 minutes.

Quiet place on 8th Ave to do your banking business. The issue I have as well as others is that the machines here like other locations have a software and hardware issue. The hardware is antiquated and the software used to operate the machines although antiquated is more current than the machines. Cards tend to get stuck as the machine is resetting.

Extremely poor customer service. Made a deposit via teller and was accused of not giving the teller the money. Had to wait for teller to close out tell before she acknowledged the deposit. Very dissappointing.

Wow, Margaret was so helpful! I went in thinking I would be there for a long time. She showed me how to set up my Chase card on my phone to do quick pay options so quickly! She was so helpful and very friendly. I recommend this place for their customer service.

I never write reviews... actually this is my first one but I had to give a shoutout to Patrick. This dude was absolutely amazing with helping me get my account set up and getting everything in order. He was so patient, kind, answered every question and never got frustrated or made me feel rushed. He made me feel like a valued customer and even though initially I didn’t come prepared, he provided secondary options for me to get everything in order and didn’t just say “oh you don’t have it, can’t help you” I see a lot of the negative reviews are from years ago but this entire team there now is 5 STARS and do A+ work. Shoutout to you Patrick, after he helped me out I told him I’d write this. GIVE THAT MAN A PROMOTION!

This branch provides worst service. 1. I went with a 401k rollover check to deposit to my IRA account- they had me re-issue the check even though they could accept check as per chase guidelines. 2. I went to open merchant account - Chase rep told me they don’t have those services lol. Later I had TD bank to open merchant account for me. 3. It’s not a busy branch but they have 30 min Avg wait time to see any banker.

Count your money before you walk away from the counter. My coworker and myself were both shorted exactly $100 in the same visit as we cashed our paychecks.

Only two bankers and long waits. Not the first time this happens. This branch used to be way better six months ago

Although lobby opening hours are 8am they rarely open on time. Odd that the branch cant open consistently on time.

The ATM inside the main area (I didn't try one in the lobby) let me choose my denomination of bills. Exactly what I needed.

People behind me in the queue had been served before me. Waited half an hour to see a member of staff about opening an account and finally told it was too late and they were closing. Arranged an appointment for the next day and was ignored in the same way when came in. Worst experience I have ever had in a bank.

If I could I would give them no stars. The lack of professionalism at this particular establishment ASTONISHES me. The management here is a joke, and I have witnessed on several occasions the frat-like jocular bro-down of middle management that just reeks of Drakkar Noir-esque chicanery. If you boys need to let out steam, work retail. A financial institution is not that place for that. Not once have I walked in and treated like anything but a subordinate. I had a business account with this bank; operative word, had. I would come in with a question or concern regarding my account, and I sat listening to these bros joke and waste time until they felt I waited enough. Then they treated me like some kid with a question about opening an account. Every time. Eventually I got tired of this degrading attitude from these miscreants, including the manager, and I closed my account. At first I was told I could not and I had to come back, which I later found to be unnecessary. When I came back they only closed one of my accounts. The free one. When I realized my account was still open (and in the red mind you, because they continued to charge me monthly fees), i did so wearing my bike shorts. I had just biked 8 miles from nowhere brooklyn. Not only was I exhausted, I was not in the mood for the jeers and jokes from the losers you employ. Unacceptable. Inappropriate. This particular financial center needs to clean house in a serious way.

Small and busy chase location. They could use a few more automatic deposit machines and employees, because there is usually a wait, but I've always experienced helpful & friendly service here. The location is extremely convenient.

I arrived at 4:20pm and said I needed to open a new business account (I already have 2 other accounts with Chase). One of the employees made me sign a list and sit down and wait for 30 minutes. When my turn came, I was told that the business consultant needs to leave home at 5pm and he won't be able to see me today. I complained to the manager who didn't offer any help. This branch is to be avoided unless you're okay doing business with a bank that doesn't value your time....

I drive past 3 branches to come here always. Staff is friendly, effective and interested in you as client and person! Def worth recommending!

This is my local branch that I've been using since they opened. Staff is courteous, helpful & very professional. I highly recommend this branch---can't say anything negative about this branch. From the security guard & Chase employee that greets you at the entrance to the staff in the cubicles, this branch stands out from the rest. They have always solved all my concerns/issues relating to banking in a quick & timely manner. 5 stars.
