To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent McDonald’s order placed through DoorDash. We spent over $60 on this order, and somehow something as basic as sauces was completely forgotten. This might sound small, but when you order McNuggets, fries, and other items that are meant to be eaten with sauces, the sauces are not optional — they are part of the meal. We specifically selected and paid for multiple sauces, yet not a single one was included in the bag. It is extremely irritating to spend that much money only to receive an incomplete order. What makes this worse is that DoorDash orders are supposed to be checked carefully before being handed off. There is no excuse for missing every sauce when it is clearly listed on the receipt. This mistake ruined the experience for everyone involved and left us stuck with food that was not prepared the way it was intended to be eaten. At over $60, this was not a small order, and we expected basic accuracy. Instead, we were left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling like our money was wasted. These kinds of errors make customers lose trust and think twice before ordering again. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed, because forgetting something so simple yet essential is unacceptable — especially at this price point. This MC Donald is beautiful for sitting and enjoy the food

A clean facility that offered hot coffee and cocoa selection with an upstairs seating area. Thanks to the service personnel who keep the dinning area cleaned and presentable full-time.

McDonald’s is a reliable place when you want something quick, familiar, and affordable. The menu is consistent everywhere, the service is usually fast, and it’s convenient for busy days or late-night cravings. While it’s not gourmet food, it does exactly what it promises and is easy to enjoy.

People sleeping everywhere, starting arguments with customers. At least a third of the people aren't even customers, they come in with food from surrounding restaurants. All this equates to fine for grab and go, but should pass if your planning to sit down and enjoy your meal. Edit: change to a one star because manger said he was gonna address the situation and did nothing.

Rudest staff ever. This lady had the biggest attitude to my friends and I as soon as we walked in, honestly I don’t understand how they hire these people and expect people to come back to this location or any other location. I’m extremely appalled. Service lowkey sucked too.

It was alright. I would’ve expected something better from the United States of America since this is the birthplace of McDonald’s. This tasted worse than every single McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. I would not recommend McDonald’s here in the USA. I do not see why people love those fried hash browns which want to make me throw up. The McMuffin didn’t go well with the Canadian bacon. Hot chocolate was alright. The restrooms are relatively clean and require a code you can get from the sweet cleaning lady, the only thing I found positive about this McDonald’s franchise. It was relatively clean, but I expected something better from the US.

Food is what you expect. The dining room... less so. Homeless people sleeping in the seats. Kids causing scenes. No one working here does anything about it.

Not a bad meal. Everyone was polite, quick and the breakfast tasted nice.

My colleague and I got assaulted by some random crazy woman claiming we touched her while sitting on the second floor on 10/23 at approximately 4:30pm. Told employee guarding the stairs who didn't seem to care. Believe there should be more security upstairs.

An incredible and moving show! The Michael Jackson musical is powerful and pays deep respect to the man behind the legend, beyond just the King of Pop. The singing and dancing performances are absolutely outstanding. A must-see!

The staff were inattentive and the food was not tasty. Even though we ordered 2–3 items from the kids’ menu, the toys were always the same and they did not provide any variety.

My burger arrived raw, the replacement was inedible, and the manager ignored the problem.

Fresh food and very quick service. Got my order in less than 2 minutes. Best part is the incredibly clean, quiet, and expansive dining area with comfy booths on the second floor. Janitor did an excellent job of cleaning the whole time!

The food was so good and i finshed all the fish the best fish i ever ate and they gave me free ice cream

Solid eats at a low price ice . Probably the best French fries in any fast food outlet. Their burgers and sandwiches also the wraps hit too. Big fan of their soft serve and McFlurrys too ! McCafé coffee is actually quite nice as well .

Great fast food chain! Nearly all, if not completely all, their stores are quick, cheap, and have yummy food. This one in particular had lots of seating, which we used after we ordered at the Dave’s Hot Chicken nearby and couldn’t find a table to sit at. The staff were kind enough to let us sit there to eat our food and wait out the rain. McDonald’s really is a great fast food chain and it isn’t nearly as bad as the media makes it seem.

It was nice and quiet. No refills available for drinks. They speak English and Spanish. Mostly for mobile orders through GrubHub and Uber eats but not through the McDonald's app itself. It was very clean and there was a janitor cleaning non stop but she wasn't on anybodys way. Seating was mostly upstairs and we went on a day that wasn't too busy.

A modern and very clean McDonalds restaurant close to Columbus Circle and Central Park. The McDonalds restaurant features two floors with food ordering and services on the lower floor (ground level) and a large seating area and toilets on the second floor. Overall orders were processed quickly and facilities were well maintained. No complaints for McDonalds.

Best burgers??? Of course, I understand that it won’t be like it looks in the picture, but damn it. There’s not even ketchup? The repair is beautiful

Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my order and was late for school. McMuffin dry disgusting taste and smell. Horrible experience. They threw it in the bag only after I asked about the hakase for the 4th time!

How do you maintain cleanliness with so many visitors? Incredible! Keep it up! ???

Decent. My large fries were definitely short a few fries compared to other McDonald's (see pic), but it's a cool view of midtown and clean.

Very polite and friendly staff. But the most important thing here is that orders are being prepared very quickly. This poppy also makes excellent coffee.

Broken front window, doors on both sides of building doesn’t work. Mobile order apps are not taken first, employees hanging around on the phone ignoring you as you knock on the window. Just want to make sure my machiatto doesn’t get messed up and have to ask them to re do. Machiatto machine usually broken. Very poor customer service and not quick order even if do it on the app. Waited around for 15 min for them to end up saying the machine is down. Disappointing, it’s 5:30 am and can’t get a fresh coffee, unreliable!

Absolute best McDonald's in the city! This one has patient, nice cashiers and freshly made food. Their ice cream sundae's are great-- they also tell you about the specials they have such as buy one get a second quarter pounder for a dollar! They are so great, and if you dress up your burger, it's as if you are eating a gourmet burger for a fraction of the cost!
