Worst ever online banking experience. If you’re foreign national who worked during season in USA and want to do a wire transfer once you’re back in Europe its simply not possible since they require SMS verification with your USA carrier which doesn’t work in Europe so you can’t confirm transaction. No international support chat or email option and the help phone line is wildly expensive. I hate how stupid and complex can business solutions of this bank can be and I have no idea how they can stay competitive on the USA market. This is the only bank I use and I hope other banks are better than this one.

Claudia left me a mysterious voicemail in the middle of my work day saying she needed to get ahold of me for something urgent and I have called back multiple times and no one picks up and I just get transferred to the main Wells Fargo phone system. So now I'm just extremely worried and can't get through to anyone. WTH? Leave a DIRECT NUMBER that goes to voicemail or send a DIRECT EMAIL. Don't just tell someone there's an urgent issue and give them no way to get in contact with you and make them waste their time at work trying to reach you over and over.

Zero stars. Worst banking experience. Unprepared for my appointment to set up a business account, unexpectedly canceled my previous appointment then tried to tell me it was because I authorized the cancellation. Don’t go here.

The staff are very friendly and they're quick if you have an appointment they work really good and they help you and they explain everything that you need to know I give it a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in and there is no teller available. Really bad service

Walked in 20 min before closing and a banker jumped on my case and did all the business account changes I needed. Amazing banker that really cared about my situation!

I went in today to open my new checking account, because online website didn’t let me do it. Staff is friendly. But ! It’s ridiculous they said I have to make appt to just open an easy account but it never say it in my email I tried online. Plus they said it takes 1 hr just to open a personal checking account, what kind of bank is it ? Run ! They better give me a good explanation

Worts bank I have appointment at 11 am and now it’s 11:30 and nobody take care of the guest the security guard only is making personal phone calls and the asesor prefers take a break for breakfast before taking care of the guess

Their website is buggy, cannot help over the phone, locked the account for no reason..., and asking to come to the bank and in google it says open but when I get there it is closed, very disgusting...

So they answer the phone to hang up on you. So this y'all answer quickly. ? I'm not providing my name here, there's a reason why it has an initial. Train your people at this location better. Finally get through the phone and the "man" that answered wouldn't let me get 2 words in before he was cutting me off. I'm going to another branch so I don't start no problem ls there. I do not tolerate disrespect or sass from people. HIRE BETTER.

Ms. Rosalind guilty and ms. Adrienne belle-walker both teller both professional and knowledgeable in question I had. Also mr. Christopher very professional and knowledgeable and greeted me as enter branch. Every time I come to branch all staff very nice.

Very unprofessional. The banker is having conversation with costumers about personal stuff and daily news without caring about other people waiting in line for hours

Really great experience on the phone with one of your tellers (a man, I didn't catch his name). He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated it!

I ordered a debit card twice and they both got lost in the mail. I updated my phone number and had no way of ordering a new card because it takes 5 days to update your number. I had no access to my money,doesn’t make sense. Horrible service.

Saw us immediately and gave special attention to the issue with our account, resolving it quickly. Branch manager and tellers were super helpful!

I was late 16 minutes appointment and I told the staff as soon as I walked in why - had an emergency that delayed me. I waited for a few minutes before anyone was available to talk to me. Was told that they don't see anyone who is more than 15 minutes late and I had to reschedule. Sat in their building for the next 30 plus minutes and watched their staff play on their cell phones or call clients and say I just want to update your account... They had no physical client in the building but still refused to see me. Of note, they knew I wanted to open multiple accounts and move considerable cash from other banks to theirs. I've heard such horrible things about this bank and all I can say is they showed me in person just how "great" they really are

Very rude service. Profiling black customers when withdrawing large amounts of money. Made me feel very uncomfortable withdrawing MY OWN money. No explanation as to what takes them so long, they just stare at your ID and type on the computer as if you’re gonna have a nervous breakdown and reveal yourself to be a scammer. Manager didn’t even offer an apology after I voiced my frustration with the service. Stay away from this branch!

Bad experience

~Shakira restored my faith in humanity~ I came in with a document to get notarized and there was a mistake on the document by fault of the management company. Instead of telling me to come back another day, Shakira did everything she could in her power to fix the problem and I left with my documents notarized! The employees at this branch seem to truly care about the customers and taking care of people.

This was a very good bank. I made an appointment for 10 but got there around 9:30 by mistake. I was still seen and wasn’t made to wait. The Banker, Shiqirije Salaj was very professional but also kind. She was helpful throughout the whole process of solving my issue. It was a good experience, as far as banking goes. She even said she would call me back if something was wrong and touch base. Overall, 10/10.
