Paola was AMAZING. She helped me surprise my friend for her birthday and made sure drinks were flowing and we were well taken care of! Thank you Paola. Food, drinks ans atmosphere were top tier. Great Saturday brunch

Bottomless brunch was amazing! Marco kept us stocked with endless champagne for build your own mimosa. Menu also includes mocktails. The crème brûlée French toast was to die for, as well as the prosciutto pizza. Would definitely recommend for a girls trip brunch!! 🥂

We keep coming back to The Glass Ceiling Rooftop, and that truly says everything! We’ve done both brunch and dinner here, and each experience has been amazing in its own way. We’ve come back multiple times — for birthday celebrations, special moments, date nights with my hubby, and even outings with friends. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday here, and they were so attentive and accommodating. They made her feel special, and that meant so much to us as a family. Brunch has such a fun, lively vibe with delicious food and beautifully crafted drinks. Dinner feels romantic and elevated — the rooftop views at night are just stunning. The ambiance is unmatched, and the service is consistently warm and professional. It’s the perfect place for celebrations, date nights, or just making memories with the people you love. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Let me tell you… This place is fantastic , sensational, and such a lovely place in Manhattan. Living out of NYC, this was a very magical place to share so many laughs, conversations and make new friends. Truly one of the best New York experiences you will have outside of the tourism. A big, big shout out to our server Andrew who was so lovely. Super fun, caring and truly the best. Other than Escobar and Marcos checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of. As the one and only, Nicole Kidman, has said: “We come to this place for magic. We come to laugh, to cry, to care. Because we need that, all of us”. Truly the motto for The Crystal Ceiling. ❤️

Bartender Marcos was the best! Creme Brulee french toast and mimosas were perfect. Highly recommend!

I had the best time here. Marcos was the best server and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fun bottomless mimosa brunch to come here and have a great experience. Great views, great food, great drinks.

Update 7/14/26 Visit .. I should have removed a star to make it 3 but I will leave it 4 because this place is still worth it. Second time here and my issue was the same. Service is lacking! Not enough staff. The bottomless mimosas are not bottomless enough if I need to keep searching for someone to replenish them. My order was also wrong twice in one day. We ordered the burger and avocado toast with scrambled eggs. I opted for bacon and avocado on my burger. Ofcourse the burger came with no avocado and the eggs were not scrambled. Ok no big deal. . . Glasses empty looking everywhere trying to find someone . The manager had to come over and get us refills. Another time glasses empty, server brought over champagne but didn't bring the orange juice for the mimosa until like 10 mins later. We were still hungry so we ordered another burger to share. Also with bacon and avocado.. and once again . No avocado in sight. what's on the bill when it comes ? Avocado x 2. It was only a couple dollars so I did not even bother to complain about it. The food is good and I wanna love it here which is why I came back .. but the service just makes me wanna throw a tantrum. First Review - Would have been at solid 5 stars if the service wasn't crappy. Let's just say the food is delicious. Hands down some of the best burgers I've ever had. The place is also beautiful, the decore is timeless. Host was great, we were seated within seconds. It wasn't very packed for Sunday brunch. There were many empty tables. After being seated is when it all went downhill. We waited for at least 20 mins before anyone even came over to offer water. Server finally came and took our orders, we did the bottomless mimosas. Food came out quickly. The mimosas came shortly after the food. First time I've ever had the food come before the the drinks, but ok. Presentation is beautiful, you get your glass of bubbly accompanied by your little serving of juice. So you get to control how much juice is actually in your mimosas. Love it!. The glass was empty in a few minutes and stayed empty. Whats the point of bottomless if they aren't flowing until I say stop? 10-15 mins after the glasses stood empty the server finally returned and asked if we needed another round? Excuse me? We did the bottomless option and had one glass. Ofcourse that took a while to arrive. We had to keep calling him every time the glass was a little low for another round so we didn't have to wait too long between drinks. Table also kept piling up with glasses and plates, they take a while to clear the table. Besides the time you have to wait for service, and having to keep signaling for the server; the server and other staff were very nice. Will definitely return.

We had a great Galentine's brunch here! Our server, Marcos, was amazing as well! The food was good and the prices were great considering the location. It does get noisy which is why I knocked a star for atmosphere, but honestly it may be because it was V day so there were a bunch of couples and groups here. My group had the bottomless drinks and they enjoyed it a lot! We had the purse drink (pink one) and the drink wasn't too bad. I'm not big on alcohol so I was impressed that it the alcohol didn't taste that bad. I recommend putting the pineapple juice in it. It makes it even better!

Marcos was our server for the morning and he was so amazing! He took good care of us and was extremely attentive. Marcos knows how to make his guests feel important and well taken care of. He made sure we had everything we needed and made this brunch an overall amazing experience!! I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing more people!!

Paola was our waitress and so sweet! She was very attentive along with the busser!! We are visiting from Maine but if we lived in the area, this would be a frequent spot for us :)

Andrew was such a delight. His professionalism and demeanor were outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the drink menu and let us see the rooftop in the snow!!! I would highly recommended requesting Andrew when you come here. He is the man!!!

I recommend a more robust food menu for the diverse people of NYC. Extend your drink list from happy hour to all ocassions. Don't limit your best just for certain hours, everyday is happy hour. Marcus is a superlative waiter...HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS GREAT SERVICE.

This was a really nice rooftop. Came here on a Saturday for Brunch and this place didn't disappoint. They have a bottomless brunch menu offering D.I.Y MIMOSAS with your choice of flavors and Sangrias (red and white). They also had some very creative pancakes, French toast amongst other brunch items. This place was packed with several large groups. Andrew was our server, and he did a great job. He was very attentive. This place is a vibe with great city views.

Very attractive place. I was with friends for brunch, I can say that I haven't eaten such delicious burgers in a long time! In general, all the food was delicious. Good presentation of cocktails. The only thing is probably not enough waiters because you had to wait quite a long time to place an order or get an refill on Mimosa Bottomless… and yes, they could do a little more work with the desserts, they were either too frozen or something was wrong with them

It was beautiful. The lobster roll was delicious. Waiter was attentive. Beautiful atmosphere and not cold inside (which was one of our worries). We did bottomless mimosas and got to mix our own drinks which we loved. Will be back!

We had a fantastic experience Saturday night with our server Marcos who went above and beyond to help us celebrate a joint birthday and bachelorette! We really enjoyed our apps and entrees but especially the cocktails and espresso martini shots.🥳 Would recommend to any group of friends ready to start the night off on a great foot💃🏼

Glass Ceiling Rooftop is a spacious, rooftop restaurant that offers delicious food, amazing cocktails, and a relaxed but vibrant ambience. The restaurant features a large, open-concept glass enclosed space, that offers great views of the surrounding Midtown area. They also have a small terrace area for outdoor dining. They offer an extensive brunch menu that features unique and delicious dishes, and offer a bottomless drinks option for $35. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. The atmosphere was energetic with lively music being played the entire time, but was kept at a volume to allow the free and easy flow of conversation. Definitely a new addition to my favorite brunch and rooftop spots.

Marcos is very much an asset and great addition to the team at Glass Ceiling. He is most welcoming, attentive and engaging. I enjoyed him. Professional and knowledgeable, he treated us as if he was hosting our table… I will be back, my first experience. I got the smoked salmon and it was delicious. Light but the right amount of salty for me. Marcos was our server and an absolute delight. So friendly and charismatic. 10/10 would come again.

Had a great experience at The Glass Ceiling Rooftop! The poke bowl was absolutely delicious — super fresh and flavorful. The views were stunning and really added to the atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food with a view!
