I am writing this because I am absolutely shocked and deeply disappointed by the service I received today at your location. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with Chase Bank, and I never imagined I would say that about a company that claims to put customers first.
From the moment I walked in, what should have been a simple, routine visit turned into an exhausting and upsetting experience. My initial request was straightforward: process credit card transactions on two separate accounts and print a copy of my Form 1098. These are basic banking tasks that any standard competent associate should be able to handle.
Instead, I was met with carelessness, confusion, and a complete lack of attention from Associate Banker Ms. Nicole T. I had to repeat my instructions three times before the transactions were finally understood. That alone was frustrating, but what followed was even worse. When I asked for my Form 1098, I was handed mortgage statements, completely the wrong document.
After pointing out the mistake, I was told that Ms. Nicole did not know how to print the correct form. I politely suggested asking a colleague or the branch manager for assistance. Rather than doing so, I was met with dismissiveness and an attitude that felt downright disrespectful. My ID was tossed back to me in a manner that was rude and unprofessional, and I was told to wait for a personal banker instead.
What made this even more unacceptable was the fact that the Associate Banker line was completely empty, while the personal banker line had three customers waiting. This gave me the strong impression that responsibilities were being avoided by the Associate Bankers at this location, and that the solution was simply to pass me off to someone else rather than take ownership of the issue.
I left the branch feeling completely let down, frustrated, and upset. This experience was not only inconvenient, but it was insulting. Chase promotes values of Service, Heart, and Excellence. None of those were present today.
This single incident has erased the positive impression I once had of Chase. It is unbelievable to me that this is the kind of service provided by the largest bank in the U.S., a company that claims to put customer experience at the center of everything.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because no customer should ever feel this way after visiting your branch.
Wanted to change 90 dollars to 1 dollar bills and asked multiple banks but they all said you need an account but I'm on vacation so I don't have one but this one I didn't need a account and some really nice people helped me with it if your trying to exchange money this is the bank to go to if you do not have an account
My daughter wanted to change het $100 bill into 100x $1 bills, this is the only bank that would allow her to do this...for free!!

Reached out by phone first for help with my husbands locked debit card after his passing, was told to make an appointment or walk into branch, came out to the branch today only to be told I needed to contact the same number where I was told to come for a branch for help…. 🤦♂️
For those of you planing on using Chase bank as a placement for you money, I recommend don’t. I have been with chase for quite a while and they are the worst. I’ve been seeking helps due to my account being hacked, and when I called ( 5 ) time, ( the first two time I was hung up on while being on hold for a while and transferred all they could say is we can’t help you and that I have to wait till they close my account and wait about two weeks to get my money. I go to the bank and they no help. for those of you that need a reliable bank, chase is not the one. Chase and TD bank are both the worst bank to have. I will say this tho, the banker Terrell is an amazing person and when I went there he was alway ready to help. Other than that, don’t use Chase if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

Waste of my time. I came to this location to update my card info. 2 Days later, I received a new card with no change. I then contacted Chase Customer Service/ Call Center to find out why nothing was change- turns out Chase- Delancey never submitted my info nor updated my account.
Complete a waste of my time. Would walk an extra mile so I can get things done the right way... Without having to think about where my private info went instead...
Bad customer service i went to withdraw 5k and I was denied for not reason i would never go back in my life to this place again they lucky still doing business with them bad management
Scam my money. This is the first time that I went to this bank, I usually go to canal. I was exchanging a bunch of little bills for bigger bills. I knew exactly how much I had because I always count my money before I bring it to the bank. The teller asked me to help him unfold the money so he can put it in the bill counter machine. Then in the end when he counted my bills I was short $35 from what I had. Never going to this chase branch ever again.
Every time you go to that bank , you have peoples there begging for money. Is scary to go to the ATM machines in that bank due to the undesirables scouting around to see if they could hustle money from you. Its dangerous to go into that bank, there are always peoples in the ATM area not doing anything but just hanging out and trying to hustle money from the customers. There is no security in that area or in the bank. Don't don't recommend you going into that bank at night or even early in the morning. Very scary!
Line moved pretty fast but tbh pretty shocking that there even WAS a line and sign in sheet. Needs more staff and another debit card printing machine!!
I'm considering switching banks because they never pick up the phone!! You end up having to go in person to speak to someone and wait even up to an hour for any small, minor issue. What a waste of people's time and energy! I don't remember this Chase branch ever being like this I the past.
What a terrible place this has become. People are nice enough, but they recently consolidated branches with their Avenue A location and now if you need to see a teller for something (and despite their delusion that most things can be done at their new ATM's, much cannot), you're looking at a minimum of 15 minutes in line. Need to either open another nearby location to shoulder the volume, or increase window/teller capacity. Nightmare experience currently n
I would give them less if i cant what in the hell is going on with this F chase the have 3 tellers for a line of 50 people what in hell I think u guys have enough money to pay more tellers they invest money in atm machine that no ones needs who ever came with that idea is a idiot lord who hired you another idiot pleases do something anout it or just like me you will loose more clients
What a nightmare this place is since they closed the Avenue A branch and installed ATM's that can't do 50% of what you need a teller for. Always a minimum 15 minute wait for a teller at all times.
They scam for coin deposit, I give them $35.67 they told me that I have 35$, I said no way I gave you 35.67$, then they said do you want to count them I said yea, then they get someone else to help me and told me it was 35.50$ LMAO. What a scam never going back there again. Horrible
Usually use this location for ATM but more often than not there are people just hanging out in the foyer.
Don't appreciate going to withdraw money with an audience. Today there was a homeless person sleeping there. Luckily I saw him when he lifted his leg to scratch "before" I entered. Not only for safety reasons and peace of mind, more effort should be made to keep this area clear of loungers.
