I waited for more than 30 minutes just to change my money to bigger bills. In Bank of America it takes 10 minutes or less to do that.

I recently moved to the country on an L1B visa and needed to open a bank account. Many people recommended Chase Bank, and after conducting my own research, I was impressed with what I found. Although this branch is not very close to my apartment, it had excellent reviews. I’m thrilled with the service I received at this location. Matthew Stack assisted me with opening my bank account and obtaining my first debit and credit cards. He was highly professional and dedicated to his work. I highly recommend giving him a raise and a promotion!

You must make an appointment for any in person Chase bank needs with Jason Bencivenga and John Mendez. They helped sort a difficult and scary identity theft experience for me; and were gracious, patient, kind and considerate throughout the whole process. Jason followed up multiple times over email and phone to check in and advocated for my case for a month. I felt totally supported and taken care of through every step of this nightmare situation because of working with both Jason and John. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to them both!

Shout out to Marina Raggobeer, she is super patient, helpful, kind and thoughtful. I went here for opening an account as an international student, she kindly walked me through all the procedures, explained pretty much everything to me, even showed me how to open the door with apple pay for getting to the ATM. She made me feel comfortable all the time and it was really an amazing and pleasant experience. Thank you so much for this! Tho there was some system failure happened, Chase really needs to update your program and the hardware, your employee like Marina deserves better!

Of the local branches in FiDi — go here, even if it’s a bit further. This team provides good service and is quick, you’ll save an hour or more compared to waiting for uninterested and/or disorganized staff at the ones on Wall or Broadway.

Excellent Workforce. They appeal to the working man AND woman. Their Vice President of Accounting overseas accounts is the best in the world. Professional and knowledgeable.
