Great team here. They are every knowledgeable and friendly.

The wheel of our Uppababy Minu stroller broke. We stopped in here to find duct tape to help fix the stroller until we returned to California. The staff here happily and graciously fixed our stroller using zip ties and gave us a pack of zip ties for free. Incredible customer service! So thankful!

These guys are awesome

Their closing time is listed as 5:30pm. I walked in at 5:15 and asked for a can of paint, the staff member grunted, "we don't sell paint after 5:00pm." There was one other customer in the store and at least 3 staff members. Bad customer service all around.

This place is absolutely horrible! Rude service. I didn’t even know it until I visited another Ace hardware in Brooklyn, but Tribeca paint charged me over $15 more for the exact same gallon of paint versus a Brooklyn Ace. When I mentioned this to the Brooklyn Ace I went to (who had amazing service by the way), he said they can set their own prices. Last time I ever go here and I don’t recommend it at all!

Returned a nursery pot and verbally confirmed with the employee he processed the refund. Two weeks later still haven’t received a refund. I called the store was was told there was no record of a return…

Friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable.

They truly have just about everything. Highly recommend asking for help because A) all the staff is incredibly helpful and B) there is so much in a small spot… you’ll need it.

Really hope this last remaining hardware store in the neighborhood stays open!

Needed more paint for a contractor on a pinch. From the time I called the store and spoke to Karen and Jerome, who found the paint, charged me via a credit card auth, and put the paint in an Uber all in 20min! I my contractor had the paint 15 min later! Highly recommend!!!

I would recommend that you avoid this place if at all possible. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but this was the worst customer experience of my life. I came in with some pieces of hardware, and asked whether the staff could help me find an adapter between them. The person helping me told me that he had 20 years of experience in the hardware business, and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He was generally incredibly rude. I then had to go back to my apartment, do some online research, found the piece that I needed, and found that it was in stock at this store. I then went back, and was able to purchase the piece. I can handle staff not being knowledgeable, I can handle staff being rude, and I can handle prices that are ripoffs. However, the combination of the three is intolerable. The only instance in which I’d recommend shopping at this store is if you know EXACTLY what you are looking for, are okay being treated terribly, and are okay with overpaying.

Ace hardware. The only existing hardware store in TriBeCa post Covid. Friendly service. Good chance they have what you need.

I called ahead to make sure the store was open and had my items. A knowledgeable guy took care of my every question even when I could only describe something in an abstract way. He gave information about each item and best application practices. The service reminded me of the old school hardware stores I recalled my father frequenting when I was a child. I looked down to see if the floors were the same as the old wooden dusty floors I remembered. I do that often, lol.

In Google map it says open at Sunday. But it's not open . wasted my time driving parking please update your Google map.

The items I ordered for next day pick-up that were supposedly in stock, were actually not in stock. Very frustrating.

Terrible customer experience. I expect to be able to browse paints at a paint store not just be told they best they can do is type 'sky' into the computer. The attendants were on the phone on non work business. You need to treat the few customers who still value brick & mortar stores better.

Greeting customers is part of good customer service. The criticism I have With the employees at this store is that I and many other folks I have seen will walk in and say good morning or good afternoon they will literally look blank at you without answering like if you've spoken a foreign language they don't comprehend. Only one gentleman from I believe from West Indies will answer a greeting. This might not sound like a big deal but to some customers it is essentially important how you make them feel while spending their hard earned cash.prices on shelves most of the time don't match the register prices being rung.

Worst experience ever they don't have return policy on tools and the guys extremely rude . They throw me of the store just because i return heating gun that wasn't working well it was blowing smoke after 2 min keeping on . Anyways bad experience for me i would not recommend to someone else those behavior is unexplainable

They were super helpful. I went in for a key copy and it seemed like a good time to get some light bulbs. The one in my room and the two in my kitchen went out awhile ago. From pictures alone, the gentleman who helped me was able to fix me up with what I needed. I only wish I had gotten his name like I usually do when I have a good experience somewhere.

Love this place every time I go here the staff is great and always help me I had to get some plumbing stuff and I cant remember his name but he was 100% on point with what I needed!!!

Has a lot of things, except manners. Not sure why some of the staff has a hostile attitude towards customers and questions. I ask, because I do not know, not to irritate you.

Very good store employees were very nice

Been here three times to pick up miscellaneous items. Admittedly they have all been pretty straightforward items such as a can of paint or a screwdriver, so I did not require much assistance or expert knowledge, but I've always had a good experience. One time I was in a real rush so I called and asked them to prep all of my items up at the register for me so I could double park, run in and pay for everything, and then quickly leave. It all worked out well.
