Recently bought a beautiful IWC with EiT and the experience was great. Friendly staff and they took all the time to show me the watch in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

Not a professional team at all. As soon as they see interest from a customer, they change the price. They even forgot to update the price on Chrono24, which shows how disorganized they are. Very disappointing experience.

Acid test - would I use them again? YES I identified a watch I wanted and spoke about it with both Roman and Nick. They were generous with their time and honest with their answers. I ordered the watch and paid via wire transfer. It went without a hitch and was in their account within an hour. The watch was delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Honestly, I could not ask for a better transaction. Now, what do I get next!!!

I ordered a Cartier from Element in Time NYC. I had emailed a few questions to them before purchasing. They were very prompt to respond. They had told me a 10–14-day lead time as the watch I wanted wasn't in stock. I ordered and they reached out in 2 days to tell me the watch was in and ready to ship. I was away for a week and they told me to just let them know when I was home. A week later, I informed them I was back and I had the watch the next day. Great communication from start to finish. They even setup the Cartier account for me before the watch arrived. All I had to do was click a link in an email to finish the account setup. Will do business again! Thank you!

Fantastic Service. Came in to look for a watch, unfortunately not available at the store. However they made an additional service to support my travelers providing me a case for my watch. Excellent!! This is how you create customer relationships.

Element in Time was fantastic! I purchased the watch and picked it up from their store in person. Nick was great to work with and provided the latest timegraph reading and water resistance test. And even agreed to ship the box to me so that I didn’t have to lug it around NYC. Later on, I had a question about the warranty card and Gary was impressively responsive, transparent, and pointed me to verify with the local JLC boutique, which I did with no issue. He also promised that EiT backs their products and that I could sell or trade the watch back at anytime in the future. EiT has earned a customer for life and I will be back!

I purchased a Cartier de Santos two-tone with an Anthracite dial. It’s a stunning watch. Roman at EiT was wonderful to work with. From my initial inquiry on line to my in store purchase everything was excellent. I traded in one of my watches and they gave me a very fair price. Well, here I go again. I just received my 5th watch from Element In Time NYC. A Breitling Navitimer, brand new. I traded in a Rolex Sumariner. Like every other time the ecperience was exceptionally positive. Nick and the team have clear and consistent communication. They gave me a range on the trade in value conditional on inspection. In spite of some significant dings I got the top end. I can’t recommend Element in Time NYC more highly, now 5 watch purchase/trades into it. They set the standard! I bought an Audemars Piguet royal oak offshore carbon from Roman.I asked if it was in great condition and Roman said it was in mint condition and sent me photos that did not show the damage.the carbon fiber was completely damaged in the corner.and all he said was that he sent me pics.i have copies of his email saying the watch is in mint condition with no damage.they did not offer any return except at a huge loss.the only thing they offered was to send the watch back on consignment and they would try to get me most of my money back.this is horrible service and I will never buy from them again.I buy approx. 5-7 luxury watches per year.
