chase used to be excellent. but now they cancel accounts and reduce credit for no reason. also cold call you to invest in nonsense investment. such a shame a good company changed to lowlife antics do better

I had an appointment this morning at 9am to open a business checking account. I was greeted promptly at 9am and met with Mohammed Mannan who was great! He explained all of my options based on what I was looking for to make sure that he offered the right products/services. The entire process was easy and super simple (At least on my end lol) and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Everyone that I interacted with while there today was in a good mood and it definitely helped start my day on a positive note. Keep up the great work guys!

Most incompetent business branch I have interacted with. Nothing solved in person, point you to call customer service to wait for hours and them to say the local branch should be able to solve your issues and they can't help over the phone. Chase has zero customer service and is a terrible option for any small business or personal banking needs.

Don’t take walk ins and you can’t schedule an appointment after 2PM. Never had a worse experience at a Chase branch.

Couldn't get a money order despite having everything I needed in cash!! Had my debit card electronically in my phone, they said it wasn't enough & denied me.??

Unhelpful, apathetic staff. I actually walked away with the impression that they were happy that I left there in a bad mood.

Not sure why you need an appointment when there are three bankers standing around twiddling their thumbs... Not really much point in banking with chase if the branch services are so bad, might as well go online.

I have been Chase customer for years, starting when Chase was located at Peter Cooper. Absolutely excellent Customer Service.

Had a great experience here, the teller who helped was very kind. I went to turn in money that was damaged and no stores would take because it was ripped. The teller didn’t give me a hard time he just exchange the money for me. This location had no line and was very clean with a lot of seats, I wish the locations closer to my house was this nice in the inside.

I am an elder member of the Chase/Peter Cooper community,. and am on my way to being a total invalid. Once, I played intercollegiate sports. Had a problem and despite my lumbering state, manager Mr Cojo(phonetic) took time out to kindly and professionally handle the matter. It was service that was reminiscent of a bygone era.. An excellent employee, and a fine man..

They love us so much that we get to go back repeatedly for just one simple thing. :C

This bank is great if YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO ALL DAY. In that case, it fabulous.

Customer service is lacking. They're perfectly happy taking an exorbitant fee of $3 to use their ATMs, but their tellers won't give me change in the denominations I want because of "policy." Not sure exactly what kind of policy it is for a bank not to provide change, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
