I went in this store to purchase a pair of $800 boots. The store is beautiful, and the employees were great looking. Unfortunately their look did not match their work ethic. They stood lounging on various items in a huddle and chatting. They ignored all the customers in the store. This is why brick and mortars are dissapearing...

Came in today and although I absolutely hate shopping, Sean made it so easy! He was lovely and had expert recommendations, without it feeling forced.

It’s an awesome store! I am leaving a review because of the top-notch service I received here today. I was looking for fall and winter clothes and Adriana loaded up my fitting room with a bunch of items to try on. When checking out, there was a discrepancy between the price tag and the price of the actual item, and the team here honored the lower price. Really high quality clothing and great customer service to match. I will be back!

I'm a frequent shopper here and wanted to offer a shoutout to Quazim. "Q" consistently provides exceptional service. He has a fantastic eye for detail, excellent taste in fashion, and is always incredibly kind and helpful. He recently went above and beyond to assist me in procuring a specific pair of trousers for my wedding. This level of personalized care and effort is what truly sets him apart - if you're looking for expert assistance, be sure to ask for Q!

Definitely not worth looking at. I ordered a Timex Collaboration from them directly. Order was cancelled twice as out of stock. You would think that in this day and age that inventory would be reflected correctly. First order via the phone was cancelled. The second order 3 days later after getting the original order cancellation, said they had 20 in stock and the original order had a wrong SKU. This is the Todd Snyder Store! Not a third party!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Todd Snyder Nomad Store. What should have been a simple shopping visit turned into a frustrating interaction with who appeared to be the store manager (older gentleman). When i asked for assistance, I was rushed and brushed off, seemingly because there was an event happening later that day. As a customer, I should not feel like an inconvenience simply for asking for help. The dismissive attitude, aggressive tone and lack of attention by the store manager made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this was truly unacceptable.

Had an amazing time here. The staff is curious and beyond friendly and they have a great eye for style.

Malik was soooo awesome! We came in with a little clothing emergency and he not only saved us but made our days. Totally coming back!

Great men's clothes. More importantly, staff are super friendly and helpful. Had to make a return and they couldn't have been more accommodating.

My business partner and I wandered into the Nomad store on a Friday and were greeted by Alex who turned the afternoon into a fun experience. She started with drinks, then got to work. She did a great job recommending different styles, finding sizes and making excellent recommendations once she figured out what my partner liked, nailing the sizing as well. All the sales staff were warm, welcoming and attentive and it was an entirely pleasant shopping experience, which sets the store apart. Note, my partner did not go in expecting or intending to buy anything but got steered to some great pieces. Prices are a little high but quality seems to be there and nothing is too trendy. Please do women’s clothing !

Great shop, great brand. High quality garments made from premium fabrics, with a nice selection ranging from casual to formal. Some basics and some more unique pieces. All of the staff at this location are great but our salesman Q really went above and beyond to help out. Highly recommended stop for menswear in nyc.

dope spot. like the DJ vibes. basically feels like a nicer version of Jcrew or a cross bread of ralph lauren and jcrew. the colognes were bussin. all the staff seemed to be super happy as well as the customers. that’s about all i can say though i don’t think i’d shop here for clothes. i’m too poor.

Have always loved Todd Snyder as a brand. Went it to find a suit and ended up buying a tux. The staff was all very attentive, very helpful. Worked with Seth, I believe. He was super patient and the right blend of opinion and feedback. Got suit shipped to NJ to avoid sales tax - hopefully there's no delivery issues! The shop is beautiful - the Liquor store location is, as well - feels like where Guy Ritchie would shoot his movies if he was in NY.

Extremely helpful and attentive staff who provided excellent recommendations. Their insights and suggestions were so good that I ended up purchasing several items that I hadn't initially planned to buy. I enjoyed the visit. Thank you! UPDATE Jan 8, 2024: I adjusted my review to two stars due to the problem with delivery. Dec 26, 2023: I visited the store. Placed two orders after trying the products. The condition says products will be delivered in 7 working days. Dec 28, 2023: I placed two more orders. Jan 8, 2024: After 7 working days, I checked online and nothing has changed with order status. No proactive communication from Todd Snyder. Jan 8, 2024: I reached out to their agent via Chat message and the agent informed me that they are behind 2 weeks. The agent can’t tell me when the products can be shipped. I cancelled two orders. You have attractive products, helpful employees, great stores at good locations, but your last mile delivery team failed you. How sad.

If I could give zero stars I would. This review isn’t necessarily for the store itself rather for its e-commerce. I ordered a number of items with their Black Friday discount and a few days later got an email that due to volume of orders my order would be delayed. That’s completely fine, I understand that happens and was fine with the delay. However, a few days after that I got an email that my order had been “amended” and they had removed 3 out of the 5 items I ordered. I called customer service to see why they were removed and was told that they were out of stock, so I checked the website while on the call and the same exact items were still available in my size. When I brought this up, the customer service agent said that only one of the three items that was cancelled on my order was actually in stock and that they needed to update their online inventory. So 1.) they cancelled an item for me they actually had in stock and 2.) They are knowingly selling items online that they don’t have in stock. Just shop elsewhere, they likely didn’t want to fulfill the order at the discounted price and decided to just cancel it. A giant waste of my time now needing to return the 2 out of the 5 things they sent. They don’t deserve anyone’s money.

I have no words to explain how thankful I am for these guys, especially the store manager, Sergio. He went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the suit jacket I wore for my wedding. I will be forever thankful to these guys for their customer service, the best one I have ever experiences as a customer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I placed a web order for a pair of dunks, got confirmed. Asked for shipping update and they cancelled the order cause they "oversold". That only happens if you don't have some basic inventory settings. If your gonna do more releases like these be prepared and have some bot protection on top of that. Wouldn't doubt that's another issue here. CX tried to give me 15% off... Do better, I can get that from a welcome email on your site. Improve your site and web/Cx team. Only takes two seconds to lose a new customer. First and last time.

Customer service is absolutely no help. They need to get their policies updated to the 21st century. Technology is way too advanced for a high-end brand like this to be so behind....especially in terms of customer support and experience. When you are paying top dollar for a product, the customer experience should reflect that. UPDATE: My order was not cancelled as they stated in their response. Again, the customer service needs work.

This is a beautiful location with really kind staff. Bo helped me out big time and went above and beyond to get me the right pair of jeans. This was the third Todd Snyder location I had been in for the day trying to track down these jeans and I couldn’t have met a better team at the NoMad location. Thanks Bo.. I know it was just a pair of jeans, but I was in a serious time crunch before a trip and your help and kindness meant the world to me. Thanks!

Went today and dealt with a young man named Malik (I may have misspelled as I didn’t get a card) and I have to tell you, shopping experiences like that have gotten fewer and further between. Attentive, remarkably knowledgeable. Not to mention some lovely suggestions I wouldn’t have gone for myself. Fantastic selections. This is all on top of a well curated, and designed store that encourages lingering and browsing. It feels as if brooks brothers had a more rakish young brother. The best shopping experience I’ve had in years. Thank you for today. Makes me regret using their website for so long.

I had the most amazing experience in this store. Not only did they have beautiful products but they also had impeccable service. Jacob helped us and was super attentive. I recommend any one looking for a full luxury experience to check out this store.

Two weeks before my Wedding, some logistical problems led to me needing a last minute tuxedo to wear. Todd Snyder helped me out immensely. I ordered an ensemble online but went to the Madison Park store to try on and realized I needed a size down. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to return the bigger jacket and get the proper size there along with shirt and bow tie. The store only had one shirt in my size left and it was a floor model, so got it dry cleaned for me and hooked up 2 rounds of alterations in a week’s time! My wife and I were so happy with the final product. I will be coming back for sure, highly recommend! Thank you Todd Snyder Madison Park!!!!

Some years ago I read in Esquire magazine about T.S. as he has several stores in Japan and none one in NY. About how famous he is JPN. Perhaps thanks to the cuts and attention to detail. Last week I visited his store in NY 2x and I can't complain about anything. The salesman tried to help and advise me, he was very pleasant and did not force anything to me. I bought sweatpants, two sweatshirts, shorts and sneakers. The store has a very pleasant environment where it is possible to buy, for example, sunglasses, cosmetics AESOP, etc. So I can recomend to stop there. So far I can not say more about the quality of products, but I will write my experience here later.

meh. the book shelf is the only interesting thing about this place. just wait for a mistitch and get your champion colab hoodie at Marshall's instead for like 90% less

Love Todd Snyder products. Have bought a few things online and wanted to check out the store in person. The Madison Park store itself is very well designed and feels just right for the Todd Snyder brand. However, the staff were very unfriendly and made me feel downright uncomfortable. There was no hello, how can I help you, or let me know if you need any help. I think there were about four employees on the floor and all of them were just cracking jokes with each other and looking at themselves in the mirror. I felt unwelcomed and decided to leave after a few minutes. I wanted to try on a few things but it seemed like the staff couldn't care less whether I was a potential buyer or not. I'll still purchase things online, but unless there is better training for the staff in store, I won't be returning to the actual store.

Used to really love this store. Bought several suits, and countless other pieces of my daily wardrobe. Then I purchased a pair of shorts that discolored after one wash. I left a ★☆☆☆☆ review on the site, which was promptly deleted because "they don't publish reviews below ★★★★☆" and instead write you privately. Thats not how reviews work. If you're considering spending money at Todd Snyder, just know their reviews on their site are inaccurate/dishonest. They're only showing the favorable ones

We visited Todd Snyder's store while visiting NYC last week. I was very impressed not just by the clothes, but by the excellent staff. They were not pushy at all, but instead were super helpful. They were happy to show me watches just because! The clothes are all top notch, I bought a new pair of chinos (I have three other types of TS paints and they all fit great and have worn extremely well). I am so impressed by the collaborations, especially in the shoe department. The TS overcoats and sweaters were so very tempting! This will definitely be a first-stop every trip we make to the city!
