Top notch experience. NY watch lab had to deal with an international transaction and a very tight timeline. From first contact to watch in hand was less than 72 hours. I was nervous going into this, being the first time I had bought a watch online but 10/10 would recommend and do it again.

They paid for the overnight insured shipping to their store on my Rolex, and then sent the Rolex I wanted insured and overnight right back to me. Extremely easy to work with. NYWL is fantastic! I was in NYC for a trip and Zalman was gracious enough to make time for me to come by and see the Daytona I had been looking at on his website. I returned home but pulled the trigger the next day. The wire transfer was effortless and my watch arrived as expected and on time essentially the next day. It is perfect as was the whole experience. Zalman is very friendly and professional seller. I had a watch I wanted to trade for a Starbucks Sub and he was able to accommodate giving me top price for my trade in as well as a great deal on the sun, considering the high demand. He took care of all shipping of the trade in and the new watch and I had my Sub within 3 days. The Sub was brand new, as advertised.
