There is someone from this branch making false phone calls with this exact phone number trying to phish and scam people. Three times in one month with a non sense call about "someone opening an account with my name and number 2 hours ago". Meanwhile I have contacts at Chase even though I AM NOT a Chase client, who can't verify any of that in the system at all. Beware!
I walked into this branch in the morning and had a wonderful experience where someone by the name Ambika help me set up my wallet on my phone 📱 where now I used it everyday thanks to her friendly service and time to show me wonderful customer service
As a client of Chase, I have had the opportunity of being assisted throughout the the Tri state area. I was greeted by a wonderful tiny lady that would remind anyone of someone’s loving grandmother. She treated me like family and even suggested some local areas that fit my tastes as I was also hungry. I was also greeted by the transaction like by a little Asian lady, also looking like someone’s grandmother that was offer me almond cookies after dinner. She made my transaction feel faster than ordering fast food. Truly enjoy the vibes within the branch and there is this exceptional woman I believe to be part of the management team. She is also short and with blonde hair with a fiery character but cool and calm demeanor. Truly suggest this branch to anyone who wishes to be treated with respect and integrity. Thank you Chase!
This was my first time in this branch and it was super clean to begin. As I walked in the branch the branch the manager , Ambika, greeted me and asked me about my weekend. Not only did the banker Alex assist me with my account, he also extended me additional banking services to help me.
My experience was fantastic. I had a problem with my account, but when I walked in, I felt welcome right away. They were immediately helping me with my issue.
Literally called in advance to confirm I can come in to do a money order for Japanese yen. Someone confirmed on the phone that they had someone available and to come in. I come in and then told by the bank teller no one available to do it. Then he suggests I got to another location knowing that it’s 4:59 and the bank closes at 5. Terrible customer service here
Honestly I only go to the Teller that I like. I know lots of people can't wait for a nice Teller. But if you can wait please do, your experience will be much better. Yes all the tellers are there to do their job but is doesn't mean your experience will be a happy one. The Teller I love is always on the right. Yes I do step aside and allow others to go ahead of me because I do have the time to spare. Make your life easier go to the ATM and do it your self. The unpleasant Teller need to be transferred or understand with the people she would not have a job. CHASE does employee people that sevice their own kind due to different languages by location. I have learned it is best for me if I can wait for a Teller that looks like me my interaction and experience tends to be a little more enjoyable. No it is not a guarantee but it is a chance I shall take. Maybe Management doesn't mind unpleasant Tellers, we'll I do. Happy Banking yall!
I give this bank zero stars. this review is specifically for a small Asian lady who usually works the teller window. I come to this back almost every very other day because of my job I have to make change. All of my coworkers have complained to me about going to this back because of the Asian lady and how she is very prejudice against people of color. I am African American and I've noticed that very time I walk in there this teller always denies me or anyone else that's black service. Today I walked in and she told me her window was closed and for me to go away in a very harsh and rude way. so I dec to go back on line but then a Hispanic man walked right up to her window and was able to make change and service him on the spot. I try not to look at everything from a race stand point but I personally recommen, if you are going to this bank DO NOT GO TO THE SMALL ASIAN LADY IN THE TELLER BOOTH. She is rude and denies service to anyone with a darker complexion.
I went there without an appointment and they attend to me right away. The staff was professional courtesy and knowledgeable. I was able to apply for loan. Thank you all for your quick response in attending to my needs. NG
I Love this chase location it's never crowded with long lines here they take care of you right away here a chase representative will come tomypu right away and ask if you need assistance with anything plus the subway I usually take is right across the street there are lots of places to shop and places to eat all around here freedom tower & the 912 memorial park is just down the block everything I want or need is all close by to this chase location which makes it super convenient for me
I generally find banking here fine, the tellers who have been here for a while are pleasant and professional. They know me by face and we exchange smiles and a friendly remark. But every so often, as in my last visit, a new employee comes in and just doesn't get it. Offensively 'friendly' and in your face, she was trying to pressure me into answering her intrusive questions about whatever religion or nationality she just assumed I belonged to. She pasted on a wide insincere smile that did not in any way make her aggressive 'friendliness' seem either professional or courteous. I left the bank feeling uncomfortable and wondering why any company would consider this brand of behavior 'customer service'.
Amazing service and real problem solving mindset!
Went there for notary and even though was a few min past the notary hours, manager Joseph went out of his way to get me help for all my documents. All the staff was also very helpful and nice!!
Visited this branch today and had a great pleasure talking to NEGASHA C. EDWARDS! Not only he was super helpful and professional, but on top of that I learned what an BEAUTIFULLY spirited person he is. The world would be so much better and brighter if there were more people like him. Kudos to you Negasha, and best of luck in whatever you do!!!
Loved it? I mean, it's a bank. But 5 star service for sure. Everyone is friendly, lots of ATMs. Nice layout, feels modern and looks freshly remodeled. I genuinely feel like the employees care and like the customers. They are more neighborly than some of my actual neighbors. They could get away with playing the theme song from Cheers when you walk in. It's a credit to their branch management team and firm's ethos, because every employee is consistent in this manner.
Horrible customer service experience. I was greeted rudely by Lisa the bank teller, she gave me a disgruntled look and starts yelling at me that I should use an ATM machine, when she could've said it nicely with a smile.
The atms inside this Chase are pretty fancy and best of all it spits out smaller bills like $5 and $1 bills. You can get in and out of there quickly! The only thing I didnt like about it was there was one time the machine simply woudn't let go of my debit card even though the screen said "Please remember to remove your card". How can I remove it if your still holding on to it?
I visited the branch at 4:30pm on a Monday after leaving the bank and getting back to my desk I realized that I didn't have my bank card. I called the branch only for an automated service to tell me they were closed. The branch doesn't close until 6pm. I proceeded to call the 800 customer service number, the could not reach the branch either. Thinking about bankIng else where chase is getting to big for the important things like its customers.
Never heard about without having an account you can't change the amount of money like a single bills from a hundred. Only this kinda of selfies Chase Bank here in this location. I'm glad that i have canceled this bank before because of their stupid customer service . Never and ever again i come to this bank.
Chase Bank is horrible. They have all these silly rules and give customers a hard time about everything. If they didn't have so many branches, I would move my account somewhere else.
Private Banker Paul Arbitman and Manager Yane Arias are top quality service providers. I live in Virginia and they take care of me like I still lived in Manhattan. Bank by mail, assistance, name it. I would never go back to any other bank.
