I will never forget the Kindness this Hotel has shown me. I was extremely exhausted. I just worked a 16-hour shift in the subway. I was struggling with the online process with reserving a hotel room. The nice lady sat me down, told me to drink some coffee and gave me the space to relax and finish the reservation. Once I was finished, she gave me a SUITE UPGRADE for FREE with an amazing view and free snacks...... Price was more than fair. for what I got. I came in at midnight exhausted and they gave me a room along with a suite upgrade for 1/4 the price. I will never forget their kindness. Will definitely be returning if I find myself in the same position.

Solid hotel with excellent location near World Trade Center! Rooms are clean and functional, though a bit compact. Service was outstanding – staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Location is unbeatable for downtown Manhattan with easy access to transportation and attractions. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Hotel is well-maintained and secure. Breakfast options were decent. Only downsides were smaller room size and limited amenities compared to price point. Perfect for business travelers or short visits. Would stay again for the location and service quality!

Rooms are dusty and dirty, dated, and the worst is the partition or the way they put the TV and bed/ air con switch, weird, the air con switch was so low that the pillow was covering the air con switch. poor sun light coz theresa pillar in the centre of the room and window is terribly small. Yellow liquid on toilet ceiling, no clue what it is. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

Front desk Zeph and Spencer are awesome. When I called earlier, Zeph helped confirm that the suite had a separate door between the bed and sofa bed. He also helped correct a billing error patiently. Spencer helped getting us some memorabilia that we cheried. Also great view to the liberty park, 911 memorial and World Trade Center!

Room was large and clean and very quiet. My husband said it might be the most comfortable hotel bed he's ever slept in! Conveniently close to several subway stops and walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial and Federal Hall National Monument.

I was scammed and charged $9 for cashews the day AFTER i checked out. I checked out Friday evening because of the snow that was happening in my home town. Surveillance video will show that I handed my keys to the reception and told her my cab was outside, she agreed to check me out. I have the uber receipts to prove this too.

Being able to have had the pleasure of sharing this space was absolutely amazing! The location is a different pace as it’s near Wall Street so it’s more business like in my opinion. The hotel! Clean, bright, airy, spacious. The staff here is what makes the hotel. Very family friendly and friendly staff overall. I noticed they have lots of return guess, flight and cabin crew, families, business trips. The front desk staff and all of their staff are amazing to keep this location running smoothly and properly. It’s a very fun place and great staff. The kitchen and the view from the 20th are breath taking. Spots like these you never would know how beautiful they are unless you have and gave it a chance to see just how beautiful.

I knocked down a star only because of how the bathroom is, the shower is not a real one, it feels like when you are in a hospital, when you decide to shower the floor will be extremely wet because there is no tube just the floor, which is unfortunate & the sink is right there. Our bed was extremely comfortable, I would recommend for that for sure. Also they have a rooftop bar. I would recommend.
Jan 11, 2026 -
My Room was very small. But you could enjoy free Coffee,Tea and Water in the Lobby. The Location is perfect! And the Staff is really nice..

A 4-star hotel, really? Sorry, but 4-star hotels don't have obvious wear on the furniture and bathroom fittings. Having said that, this hotel is in a great location (right beside the World Trade Center and near to the Fulton St subway hub) and most importantly, the bed was comfy. Having the thermostat mounted beside the bed so you can adjust it without getting out of bed is a smart design choice too. The standout feature is the rooftop restaurant, which has an amazing view of the WTC Memorial and One World Trade from the balcony. This is accessible even in the colder months thanks to a canopy + heater setup. Would I stay here again? If the price was right, sure, you can do a lot worse. The bed was comfy, so if you just want a room to sleep in a central part of NYC and plan to spend the day on tourist activities, you could do a lot worse than here.

the rooms are great, the location is incredible (right next to the world trade center station + fulton station), and the staff is very friendly. the water bottle stations are also a very nice touch. my only slight complaint is that the walls can be a bit thin, but ear plugs do the trick!
Jan 06, 2026 -
I stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel in Wall Street. Although the room was clean and well maintained, it was extremely small. The room had a tiny window with almost no natural light and no view at all, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Even though the room was supposed to accommodate three people, it only had two single beds. To solve this, the hotel provided a rollaway bed, but it was very uncomfortable and took up almost all the remaining space, leaving no room to move around. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the amenities were quite good.

We had the BEST stay for our first time visit in NYC and would come back to that hotel every time! The location was amazing, near to public transportation and also so many highlights by feet!! The staff was absolutely fantastic and made our stay truly special and memorable! ?? the rooms very nice and clean!! We absolutely loved it and can only thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness and recommend that place for a NYC visit! We will definitely come back ???

This was our first time visiting New York City, and while the city itself felt a bit overwhelming, we knew we wanted to be close to the 9/11 Memorial and the Statue of Liberty. The hotel’s location was ideal for that. We parked in the ICON garage closest to the hotel, which was very convenient, though expensive at about $100 per night. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff member we interacted with was friendly. The lobby was often quite busy, and there were occasional waits for the elevators. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It did not feel very clean, and the bathroom—particularly the shower—felt dated and unappealing. That said, the view from our room overlooking the 9/11 Memorial pools was truly incredible and a major highlight of our stay. Checkout was smooth and hassle-free.

Excellent staff !! And very well placed hotel in the middle of the concrete jungle next to the twin towers memorial place . Just amazing vibes .
Dec 23, 2025 -
Do not come here if you want good sleep. Stayed 4 nights for a work trip. Walls are paper thin you can even hear your neighbor's AC. AC is very old and insanely loud. Could hear them even with ear plugs. Way better options nearby at this price point

I arrived early in the morning and the staff were kind enough to let me check in right away. Even though the room I received didn’t have a great view, I didn’t mind at all. They also offered to change the room later if I wanted, which I really appreciated, but I ended up staying in the same one. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came every day and did a great job. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The location is convenient, the hotel is comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a big plus—I could buy food and heat it up easily. It’s a great place to stay for several days. Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews about the staff and service. But in my experience, everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and friendly. My stay turned out to be much better than expected. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience. The front desk staff was fantastic super friendly, welcoming, and really helpful from the moment I arrived. I got there earlier than expected, and even though my room wasn’t ready immediately, I was able to relax in the large, comfortable lobby with plenty of seating and a great selection of coffees, teas, and water. Before long, they checked me in and even upgraded my room, which was an awesome surprise. I was hoping for a nicer view, but the smooth early check in and the upgrade definitely made up for it. One thing I really loved was that my room came with its own kitchenette a sink, fridge, microwave, and even a small 2 burner stove. It made the stay feel extra convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The refillable water stations on every floor were a great touch and super useful throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better — right next to the World Trade Center, the Oculus, and multiple subway lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Amazing staff, great amenities, and a perfect location. I’d definitely stay here again.

I don’t need special assistance. They gave me special assistance room. Water every where when i take shower. The security guy was mean. I am the guest. Not your enemy. The fridge in the room didn’t work. I asked to fix. End up the changed to a freezer all my food became frozen. Frozen salad and frozen juice.

Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower. Nice brand of products for hair/lotion. Coffee, tea, water bottles to reuse provided. Sparkling and still water on tap which was fun. They lost a star though, when I was told by staff that they don't actually recycle even though they give the visual appearance that they do. Otherwise a great stay in a fantastic area of Manhattan.

My friend booked this room for our girls’ getaway before I was to head home to Houston, and honestly, it was far from relaxing. Our stay was from 10/24–10/27. Here were the main issues during our stay: • Microwave & Thermostat: The microwave in the room was super loud, humming all night, and the thermostat kept turning off on its own. It even had an alarm that went off multiple times, waking me up repeatedly. • Phone Issues: The phone didn’t work at all on Sunday, so I couldn’t reach anyone for room service. • Upgrade Problem: The ‘upgrade’ they offered turned out to be smaller than our original room, so we had to move back. • Room Condition: The curtains didn’t block out light, the toilet paper roll was partially used when we arrived, and the ends of the furniture—like the desk and armoire—looked like they had been chewed on by a dog. • Noise from Neighbors: The room next to ours had a crying child early in the morning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Other guests had already brought this to Management’s attention. When I mentioned these issues to staff at the front desk, Emily was very nice and helpful. However, the upgrade was handled by another employee was subpar. Upon check-out, when I shared my feedback due to being asked, a staff member (the lady who handled the “upgrade” interjected and said she was aware of the issues and stated I had complained before. I clarified that I wasn’t complaining—I was simply making them aware. To make matters worse, I was assured a member of Management would contact me. When I followed up with the Manager on duty a week later, I was told nothing about my experience was documented. This was both disappointing and alarming, as most hotels maintain a record of guest concerns. I finally ended up resting only after I got home. Overall, this stay was a total letdown and far from the relaxing girls’ trip I was hoping for. I will say I liked the fact that guests had access to water bottles and toiletries as needed. The location was great and the staff were friendly. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and I enjoyed my dinner and breakfast.

Extremely disappointing stay. Neither the compromised room environment nor the unprofessional customer service met even basic hospitality standards, making the entire experience unacceptable. Checked in late at night, the moment we entered the room, we were hit by a strong, foul odor. After a long drive, we did not have the energy to address the issue immediately. Next morning, at 9:00 AM, I reported the severe room odor to the front desk. The representative, Carlos, was utterly dismissive, treating the issue as a minor inconvenience the guest should simply tolerate. He refused a room change (claiming the hotel was full) and promised to send housekeeping to investigate the source of the smell. No staff showed up till my return to front desk at 4:00 PM. Carlos again had the same attitude offered a final unhelpful dismissal, stating the smell was "coming from outside" and "we can’t really do anything." He provided no apology, no empathy, and no solution. The lack of follow-through and the staff's indifferent attitude was very surprising. Made me wonder if it was a long-term issue (confirmed by other guest in reviews) that management has not effectively addressed. If the smell is from outside, the room is not properly sealed. The window was clearly not properly weather-proofed, allowing cold air and the outdoor odor to enter freely. Location was a plus and also Coffee/water station in the lobby is a great idea.

Location was excellent. Rooftop bar and restaurant excellent, the breakfast was very good and not too expensive. Views from the rooftop bar were great. Staff very friendly. There is free coffee and drinks on the ground floor. Coffee machine in room is good. We had a small twin room on the 8th floor and i have to say it was a bit small.

I had the best stay here!! Love that the rooms come fridge, microwave, and sink! Perfect for my leftovers from Friedman’s! Spencer at the front desk was lovely.. oh and did I mention the spacious rooms and comfy bed? Would definitely stay here again!

Very accessible, has water bottles with refill station. Water tastes good not like tap. Close to everything WTC and MTA. 12 minute walk to statue of Liberty ferry. No breakfast included with hotel, but many deli and other bakeries are nearby. I didn't take my dog but they have for treats in the lobby, very pet friendly.

My stay here on 9/12/25 was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff member, Devell, was shockingly rude the moment we arrived. When my boyfriend didn’t hear his initial greeting, he repeated it in an aggressive, confrontational tone, saying “I said hello in case you didn’t hear me.” The tone and delivery were so hostile it left us both stunned — not at all what you’d expect when checking into a hotel. It set the worst possible tone for the rest of the stay. To make matters worse, the room didn’t match what we paid for. We booked a king bed but got two smaller mattresses pushed together, leaving a visible gap that made sleeping uncomfortable and awkward. I emailed the manager, Carlos Lopez, about both the staff’s behavior and the room issue, requesting a partial refund — and never received any response. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. If you’re looking for a professional, respectful hospitality experience, this is not the place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management seriously addresses how their staff treats guests.

My fiancé and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend for our seven-year anniversary (August 29th – September 1st, 2025), and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We checked in late on Friday night (August 29th), and the front desk associate, Deryl (apologies if I’m misspelling his name — I believe it was spelled with an “E”), was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure we got settled comfortably after a long day of travel. When we checked out on Monday morning (September 1st), the woman working the front desk was just as kind and attentive, ensuring we had a smooth departure. Both deserve recognition for making the stay special. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The views were breathtaking, with balcony space that made the room feel extra special. It was spotless, private, and felt like a true retreat in the middle of the city. I loved the thoughtful touches: an espresso machine in the room and in the lobby, rehydration stations with refillable bottles, and even a guest closet on each floor for toiletries. One detail that really stood out: the elevators. In most New York high-rises, you expect to wait forever, but here they were plentiful and fast, saving so much time. The 20th-floor restaurant was beautiful and offered incredible views, and the location itself, safe, convenient, and right by the World Trade Center, couldn’t be better. This was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had in New York. Highly recommend for couples, anniversaries, or anyone who wants a comfortable stay with exceptional service and unbeatable views.

The staff is out of this world. Amazingly professional, and they did everything to make our stay memorable (yes, you young man who did the romantic flower arrangement). When it comes to the rooms, they are rather on the small side, depending on which room you get. What really is a bummer are the super soft beds, which felt almost like lying in a hammock. That's not how you get the best rest. If the hotel invested in good quality matrasses, I'd definitely give it an easy 5 star rating.

Clean, spacious and courteous. The view is amazing. I say pay a bit extra for the room with a queen bed and sofa in the separate room, for example x06 rooms and your view will be AMAZING looking at One Trade Center all day and night. Also this is one of the rare hotels where you can actually open the windows! Parking is nearby and $40 a day. I would definitely stay here again.

Very near the 9/11 Memorial and several subway stations. Room size was okay - for New York. Free purified water (with bottles) on all floors, and complimentary coffee and tea near the lobby. One negative feedback - the walls are quite thin. Could hear what the room next door was “watching on TV” and they were also loud at times. Other than that, it was a really good stay there.
