I ordered couple bouquets from the Rose Box as gifts and I can’t describe how impressed and amazed my friends were!!! It’s now my go to for any special occasion or gift to a good friend or work need. It came on time and always looked perfect! Warm recommendation!

Horrible - DO NOT BUY HERE My son bought me a MD present this year 2025 and picked it up right before our brunch and the minute I saw it I knew I wanted to change it. The flowers looked dull and old and I called Sam at the store within an hour of when he picked the flowers up He was rude and wouldn't let me exchange them - it ruined my MD

Horrible experience, was supposed to receive mother’s day rose package but it never showed. Spent close to $200 and the best they can provide to compensate is $50 store credit. Currently dealing with customer service and need to pull my ring camera video to prove the package was not delivered…

Rose Box NYC came through when the flowers I were looking for as Valentine’s Day gifts couldn’t be found anywhere else! I truly wish I had pictures of every item I ordered. The items I purchased were gifts for myself and family 🤗 Words cannot even begin to express how they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for everyone. The arrangements were packaged beautifully and we have no complaints nearly 3 months later. Also, the company vows to fix any issues that may arise (possibly for the 1st year, but don’t quote me). I’ve had none, though 🧡 Blessings to this company and you have earned yourself a new forever customer!!!!

I purchased flowers off of the Rose box NYC and I will never order from them again. They came in absolutely horrible. They look like they were dead. The pedals were fallen off. They had no smell at all. They were absolutely awful when I contacted them. They refuse to do anything and told me that’s the way they’re supposed to look and they’re not supposed to have a smell. My advice to anybody is not to order from this company.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Rose Box NYC Soho has left me no choice. On February 13, I ordered a custom large pink heart box with pure white roses for delivery, totaling $340.12. However, when my wife received the delivery, she got a custom mini modern mirror box, which is only $119—a completely different and much cheaper item. I immediately called on February 14 to report the mistake, and the only response I received was, "We will call you back." Since then, I have called multiple times, explained the issue, and yet, here we are on February 17, and all they keep telling me is the same thing—"We will call you back." It’s extremely disappointing that a business selling high-end, luxury floral arrangements would handle a situation like this so poorly. Mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how a company resolves them, and unfortunately, Rose Box NYC Soho has failed in that regard. At this point, I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank, as they have made no effort to correct their mistake. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this business. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

My rose came with some rose pedals dropped. And 1 while rose broken off the stem. I tried chatting with them same fay we received them and got no response. I called them, and they said email pictures of the damaged product. I did and still no response back. Smh. These roses cost to much money to have to deal with this...

Have been ordering from RoseBox for years, they never disappoint. Flowers are always fresh and still look brand new after 1 year. I ordered flowers as a birthday gift this year, and there was a delay with UPS for the delivery time. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate me to make sure I received my order in time. Thank you!

I thought long and hard about whether I should write this review. Ultimately, this needs to be said. I have bought 7 roseboxes in the past. I bought some as gifts and others to decorate my home with. The last rose box I received had smushed roses and were not level. In addition, the custom lettering was sloppy. There were glue in strands all over. It looked like a rushed job. When I reached out to Rosebox, the team said there was nothing they could do. They refused to even fix a few sunken roses. For an item that is about 1K, these issues should have been handled much better. This was my last time shopping with them and I have no regrets just pure disappointment. Beware!

I have never ever left a negative review on anything. However, I have no choice but to do so as well as warn others. I bought a $300 bouquet from here ($300 ON SALE) and when I received it, I was shocked. I bought it for a friends birthday and would be embarrassed to give it to her. The roses are tiny and not opened even though they are advertised as XL, they look smooshed, there are glue strands all on top, the colors were not accurately depicted, and just all around looks cheap. I have bought gorgeous bouquets from Venus Et Fleur and have never had an issue. I should have stuck with what I know. I then emailed them asking to exchange since I’m unhappy and after I sent a photo they requested more. So I sent more and they never responded. Days later I reached out again, and they said they stand behind their roses but they see nothing wrong with them and will not be helping me. I was shocked at the response. It was very very rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Roses are cheap quality and customer service is atrocious. I’m not out $300 as these roses aren’t even good enough quality to keep for myself and display in a bathroom. They are going in the trash!

What an amazing team at rose box ! I had an issue with delivery damn ups (Damaged) but they situated it and I brought them in and they made me a fresh arrangement on the spot! Thanks Gal! The customer service wow amazing! This is my second arrangement and they have a client for life! They are gorgeous and look truly unbelievable in person ! Also very affordable for the quality you get! Everyone must purchase you won’t be disappointed!

Update: My product sadly fell apart. In addition, I was asked by Rosebox at the time to write a positive review in exchange for a free product. Now I see why. — My cousin recently moved into a new apartment with his boyfriend, so I wanted to send him a welcome-to-town bouquet. I went online and came across Rose Box NYC. The following day I visited their TriBeCa store. Upon entering, I was impressed by the overall look of the boutique. Second, their face-to-face customer service was wonderful. The girl that helped me was approachable, knowledgeable of the products, and considerate of my budget. She helped me select a beautiful arrangement that I knew my cousin and his boyfriend would love (I went with a velvet black rose bouquet). It took about 20 mins for the florist to assemble, and in the meantime I window-shopped for myself on their couch. I had an excellent experience at Rose Box NYC and although I love the convenience of online shopping, their in-person customer service was memorable. I will definitely be returning next season, and I will be referring my friends and colleagues to this place. I cannot recommend Rose Box NYC enough.

So pretty! I’ve seen these preserved roses for years from different companies but never ordered them because I didn’t like the box they use as a vase. Then these beauties scrolled by on instagram and I was immediately obsessed! The chic channel mirrored vase really ups the wow-factor and beauty of this arrangement. They have other vase options too, including the box style if that’s your jam. (Pro tip: they can remove the company signage on their other vase if you request it). Shop with confidence! I had a lot of correspondence via email before the purchase and my questions were promptly answered by a very friendly associate, Diane. Treat yourself! You deserve it🌸

Rose Box roses are legit. I’ve had mine for a year now and they still look so good. I got these last year for Valentine’s Day from my husband. The photos are the flowers after 365 days.

A1 customer service. I spoke to Alex who assisted me in ordering same day flowers to be delivered. Thankfully I made the cut of 12:30 so I was able to have it sent the same day. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. She even went above and beyond to confirm that it will be delivered by the time I requested. I definitely recommend this place !

Update: Rose Box NYC customer services is amazing!! Alex responded to my review. Spoke to her today she understood how disappointed and will be rectifying the problem. I will update my review once I have receive there scent boosters. Let's see how this goes ;) My husband and I learned about these flowers from The Wendy William Show. She explained the flowers are beautiful and smell like real flowers. They will make any room smell like roses. My husband ordered Rose Box as a Christmas gift for me. He as well as I are very disappointed. He was unable to surprise me because I received the delivery. If you plan on giving these as a gift make sure you receive the box because the box says what it is. The flowers are being held with bungee cords. So be ready to tear your box to take your flowers out. You won't receive full dozens. I received 20 red roses in a cylinder cardboard container wrapped in felt fabric. My biggest complaint is that they DO NOT smell like roses. The smell is very faint, for the price tag these flowers have they should be made better and have a stronger scent. Highly DISAPPOINTED!!

I love gifting my college friends with rose boxes. My friends are so important to me and rose boxes are the best gift to show them how much they mean to me. I’ve bought 5 rose boxes by now and they all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I love RoseBox NYC!

My sister-in-law is due soon to have a new baby and so I got her a jewelry rose box with blush pink roses and it looks so cute! I can’t wait to give it to her at her baby shower! I just know she will love it!!

I got the most perfect bridesmaid gifts from RoseBox NYC. I got each of my bridesmaids a 15 rose jewelry box and they were all obsessed with them! I did the peach pearl to match their dresses and the color of the roses were absolutely perfect! I even went as far as to get their names painted in gold on boxes. Most definitely recommend it if you're looking for the perfect bridesmaid gifts!

Beautiful roses that lasts year. This was a gift. They’re beautiful but I’m struggling with where to put them. It would be perfect if I had a vintage vanity table set but I don’t. If you have any suggestions on how to decorate with these beautiful flower please let me know.

Hi, I was ambivalent about ordering...but am very pleased. The roses shipped quickly, were well packaged and are in excellent shape. Yes, they have a slight smell to them (like crayons) and they don't look quite like fresh cut, but they are very good quality. I'd consider them equal to some of my permanent Ethan Allen arrangements I've paid $750+ for. I'll be sending some to my Mother.

So I received this box of roses for my birthday, and I was surprised to see how fake they look. They just put heads of roses on a stick and put them in some type of plastic base inside of the box. They don't smell anything close to real roses, and they started to FADE away after 3 months (when they claim that their 'fresh cut roses'will last a year). I have never put them under direct sun, never cleaned them with any cleaner. So I contacted their customer service, noticing that I followed all their maintenance instructions. They asked for a photo and said they will follow up shortly. Guess what, a MONTH after I had to reach out myself just to see their generic answer- we believe you had them under direct sun... poor customer service. Roses look like the one you can get from China on eBay in a bulk for .99 cents. I guess they charge us $600 just for a box roses come with... people, please stay away from this company!!
