Visited here to get luggage. Then browsed around. It was just okay in terms of selection I felt there weren't many large or xl rolling bag options, no rolling duffle sizes either.
The clothes selection wasn't good either. Not many plus options or shoes in size 11. Went looking for casual tops for a teen boy in small and not many to choose from. Got a Nike tee and the dang theft thing tore a hole in the shirt!!! Saw it when I looked at the neck. Terrible! Had I not caught an uber I would have returned it!
It’s fine. I mostly came to look at shoes and the selection was disappointing. Surprised it’s reviewed so highly since I feel like I’ve been to better locations.
It’s a vast store with vast offerings with good buys but you have to dig and compare with TJ Maxx. It’s tough finding things but if you track down a worker they usually are quite helpful.
Phenomenal staff! Very kind, helpful, continuously offering assistance even when not asked. Very welcoming environment in the heart of Times Square. In walking distance to Broadway, shopping and Resturants. Very pleasant experience.
As a rule I don't go in. They're usually so disorganized that it strains my brain.
I didn't go in that day, either. And yes, I know TJ Maxx & Home Goods are within the same corporation, but no matter whenever and wherever I go into the latter two stores, they are neat and organized.
I visited Marshalls in New York and had a good overall shopping experience. The store offered a wide range of clothing, shoes, home items, and beauty products at very reasonable prices. There were plenty of brand-name items with good discounts, and it was fun to browse and hunt for deals.
The store was fairly well organized for an off-price retailer, although some sections were a bit busy and required a little patience to look through. Staff were polite and helpful when I needed assistance, and checkout moved at a decent pace even with a line.
Overall, Marshalls in New York is a great place if you enjoy bargain shopping and don’t mind spending a bit of time searching for the best finds. I’d be happy to shop there again.
Thank you for thinking of your customers, after shopping with my elderly mom - very happy there was an available and functioning restroom. Not like Burlington that lies and say their restrooms are not working “just today”
this location has the SLOWEST CHECKOUT LINE OF ALL TIME !!!!! 😭 I love Marshall’s but I really can’t take it anymore when it comes to this location. Their store management has got to get it together because the cashiers literally move with zero urgency at all and I have to wait AT LEAST 30 mins to pay. Please hire the Trader Joe’s staff to run a workshop. I can’t take it anymore !!!!!!!!!!
A very solid Marshalls store located right on 6th Avenue in Chelsea. It's clean, well-organized, and usually has a great selection of clothes, home goods, and shoes. You can often find some real gems here. The lines at the checkout can get a bit long, but it's worth the wait for the good prices. A reliable spot for great finds.

They have various items besides fashions, like home, bedding, beauty products, shoes, toys and more.
The discounts are good and they always have clearance section. You just need to see things carefully to get the items you want.
The staff are very helpful as well and check out is fast, no issues at all.
The shop is also accessible and friendly for those with wheelchairs. I saw many people bring their pets too.
As usual when I walked in I noticed the long lines, but hey Marshalls deserves the long lines. The amazing prices on quality items nowadays that can't be beat. My favorite section is the candles,I tried a new fragrance "Apple honey butter" amazing smell. I realized that after you got your selections the long lines don't even matter.

I am a big fan of Marshall's stores. This location was very nice, Very clean, organized and quiet. When you just enter you want to buy everything! A lot of nice clothes!

Walk in and explore the vast variety inventory on display! Definitely check out their clearance section for great affordable finds! 💲 Staff is super welcoming and cashiers are extremely nice! Man, these are the fairest prices and the best shops in the world. I love these Marhalls, TJ Maxx and Burlington stores, because you can roam around, find anything you want or need and spend your hard-earned cash feeling OK. Jackets, tracksuits, shirts or shorts, shoes, bags or underwear...you name it- Marshalls has it, and for a more than fair price.
Awesome store Marshall's, all need you can find. Store is clean than expected with huge crowd and many customers, all thanks to the store staff for keeping the store clean and systematic.
Great store. I got everything I wanted and found even. Massive store, and super clean! I highly recommend this store. The customer service reps are so nice! The bathrooms are clean too!!
You have to go down the escalator. The store is huge. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time shopping and waiting on line. No employees on sales floor to help. What you see, is what you get. Big selection of shoes for men, women and kids. Racks, and rack of clothes. Huge selection of beauty items. Holiday decorations for both Hanukkah and Christmas. They may have a lot of stuff, but sometimes they don't have the size and style you need.
Wonderful experience, so many quality goods arranged by sectiona categories and departments, it's so much easier to find items like this. For example if you need kitchen towels you go to the kitchen department! Smart!
Love to go here, they have items that I end up needing. Great price and lots of newborn baby care items. They expanded the shoes section. I got some dog items.
Great location with a lot of space. Very good selection of footwearwear, clothes, make-up, perfumes, mens beauty products, beauty products in general. Also furniture, pillows, candles, gourmet food products, towels, toys. They have gifts for any ocassion. The also have a section for cleaning products and pets. One of my favorite stores to get all what I need in just on stop.
Huge and clean store located in the small mall 0,8 miles from Madison Square Garden... it has many things you can choose from and I was impressed that even the taxes in New York are a little high they have good prices and very good deals... we walked in every corridor of this store and things there are in good shape and the staff is extremely pleasant and polite... overall it was a good experience...
The store is clean. Sellers are very polite! the prices are very good! I always do a lot of shopping for the family and the home. I advise everyone!😉🙃🙂
