I am traveling and I discovered Costco Wholesale in Bronx Terminal. I purchased few things and the staff was pleasant. There where 2 staff members that truly stood out and supported My discussions. There are enough reviews about how terrible the employees at this location are but I still have to add my own experience - they are not only rude and mean for no reason, but they are also racist. Maybe don't come here as an Asian person; they WILL imply you don't know English if the self checkout scanner (notorious for being 100% perfect and not fickle, right?) has an issue.

I love this Costco. The staff has always treated me well and the food at the food court is so good plus it’s so inexpensive. Also, I was outside this Costco when I had my first kiss with the wonderful woman who’s now my wife.

The worst customer service. Unorganized. We are a regular customer with the heights membership ,It was one black employee who screamed at us for not standing online. Crazy to have that experience but that's not the only time we had bad attitude from the employees.They should train their employees how to treat costumers better. I wish I had photos of that rude person.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. It’s big, clean, and usually not crowded. The lines are usually short, so shopping is quick and easy. I especially love that they have coffee grinding machines in the fast-food area behind the registers. Since we often buy whole-bean coffee, this is very convenient for us.

He is not anymore cheap as before.
Some items are bad and pricey such as the Mejdoul Date, bad quality and pricey, some cheese and the olive oil have the same price outside. Rice, Sugar and nuts are good to buy

The store itself is great, but the employees especially the black ones and this is coming from a black person are very angry for no reason like upset for what there’s a specific black lady. She’s just mad angry and very disrespectful as well and I try to avoid her whenever I go to Costco and that says a lot.

Not my fav costco location. Is very. Loud and many rude employees. I usually go to queens. But, had a quick stop purchase.

Small compared to other Costcos but will still have the popular items.

I went here for an eye exam with the optometrist. Everyone was friendly and the exam didn’t take too long. Everything is covered for if you bring your insurance.

Parking is a little difficult to navigate if you’re a first timer. The garage automatically takes your license plate and will charge you when you’re on your way out. There’s no pay booth and you’ll have to scan a QR code to pay for your parking. The parking is quite expensive so be aware of that.

Amazing service! I went to Costco yesterday and like usual, it was very busy. I can’t complain about the number of people there because it’s wholesale. But I noticed that now they have employees pre-scanning the items now?! This means that they will scan all your items from your cart and when you reach the register, when they scan your costco card, all of your pre-scanned items show up and then you can pay. This is a much faster method, and cuts waiting time by a lot. Great sales and efficiency.

Went with a friend as a guest. Wonderful experience. The line moved quickly because of a young lady that used a scanner to total our purchases

I like this store always. If you go to get some items, always you get more than expected , cause all deals around. Plus they have a good tested pizza and hot dog ever. I never complained.

It is busy all the time but yet their staff has the time to greet, smile, and greet (even though the challenge of dealing with entitled customers) That is important to highlight and consider (at least for me)

This is a really nice Costco as far as staff and samples go. I've been to several on Long Island, which have mostly been fine except for the Westbury one, but the Harlem one is a favorite.

I’ve always found Costco to have great staff but was very disappointed by this location. Went in with mobile membership card and the person at the front told me I had to wait in line for a membership. I waited in that line only for several cashiers to randomly disappear. When I got to the clerk she told me that I didn’t need to wait. Moreover there is incredible chaos in the parking lot. Unpleasant shopping experience. Poor management.

Awful experience if you’ve been to any other Costco. They didn’t have many things other Costco’s have. It was overcrowded, and stressful. When I paid they ushered me through in a hurry and just threw my shopping in the cart, not allowing me to pack my stuff properly, which resulted in many of my fruits and vegetables being damaged.

Had a great shopping experience at Costco last week and was also able to have a long overdue eye exam the same day. The excellent optician, Tomasz, explained things to me and booked my appointment when I arrived. After shopping I went into the modern and pristine exam room. Dr. Jing and his assistant were stellar in all aspects. The various tests were carried out with the utmost in detail, communication, professionalism, and care. The equipment being used was the most modern and technologically advanced I've ever seen. Yet another example of the many quality services Costco provides its Members.

I really wish they would bring back the 15 items or less rule at self checkout. People come up with entire carts full of stuff that clearly will not fit on the scale and wastes everyone’s time.

Small store but given the location I get that. I love the executive shopping hours. Everyone is nice and helpful.

We love Costco: the assortment and the prices. In this case there was a mix up of 200$ on an ac. My husband hadn’t checked the receipt and the sign was gone the next day. Dicey situation but the team made it right.

Customer service from the rotisserie chicken counter is not nice with the customers. Very rude and unpleasant. I am here on Saturday 4-12 at 1230pm. He’s the only guy here ignoring everyone and when he speaks he is mean. Not good for Costco.

Love this costco. I always find many deals here and great items that other costo doesn't have. Well, I always there buying something.

Costco at oringin country has no customer like Canada! Its much bussier than here. How ever doesnt worth you drive 45 mins to get roughly $60-70 discount over a Cart!

This Costco is relatively small. While it can meet basic everyday needs, I wouldn’t recommend it if you're looking to shop around or find more unique items. Additionally, parking spaces are limited, and you’ll need to pay for parking, so make sure you're prepared for that extra cost before you go shopping.

I don’t buy enough stuff there for it to make financial sense but I can’t cut the cord either, there’s always just enough stuff that I’m excited about to make it worth a trip across town. Currently, I’m stuck on their cheesecake. I’d rather spend $19 on an entire cheesecake than $7 (or whatever) per slice. Once you’ve spent $6 on a giant bag of popcorn it’s hard to go with something smaller for more. I feel like the cheese is well priced, and they have a pretty big selection. You get the idea.

Low prices by quantity’s. Mercator, Wardrobe, Shoes, toys, electronics. Insta are avaliable. 4 floor parking lot. Large elevators avaliable, taxis. Seasons goods. Easy access throughout FDR

This Costco is comparable to suburban locations. It has all the things people love about Costco: great prices (the famous $4.99 rotisserie chicken, and the best value in bacon anywhere), the food samples, and bulk items you can only get there. The customer service desk personnel were friendly and efficient.
