I finally got the headphones I wanted. The good news is that they were available in the store, it was on the way to work, and the consultant served them very quickly.

Must visit for every Apple Fan, the flagship 24/7 store. You have many seat possibilities. Unfortunately, it is covered right now by construction :/

This store is truly a marvel, Staff are helpful and friendly, went back twice and brought both times

My experience at the Apple Store was excellent. The store is very organized, and all the employees are kind, professional, and truly willing to help you with everything you need.
I especially want to highlight Daniel, who really stood out. He speaks four languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian), answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. His kindness and knowledge made a big difference, and I felt genuinely taken care of as a customer.
I left the store very happy and satisfied with the service. Great team, great environment, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended! Thanks again DanielJan 28, 2026 -
Disclaimer: I didn’t make a purchase or interact with any Apple employees, as I stopped in purely for the vibes. The building itself is beautiful, with a really impressive layout that showcases the products well. If you’re even a little bit of a tech enthusiast, this is a fun stop to make while visiting NYC. Just keep in mind that it does get very crowded, and yes, there is a bathroom available.

Beautiful designed store. Lots of room and open 24hrs. Nothing you can’t get at your local Apple Store but still very cool aesthetically

Apple Fifth Avenue is an incredible experience.
The iconic glass cube itself is stunning, and the underground store feels spacious and modern. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The location is perfect, right next to Central Park, making it one of the best Apple Stores in the world.Jan 06, 2026 -
The Apple Store on 5th Avenue is truly an iconic experience. The moment you enter through the glass cube, the place feels premium, modern, and very well organized despite being busy. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful they take time to understand your issue and explain everything clearly without rushing.
I visited for product assistance and browsing, and the service was smooth from start to finish. The layout is clean, devices are well displayed, and it’s easy to try out products freely. Even with a lot of customers, the team manages things efficiently and professionally.
Overall, it’s not just a store but an experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New York City or looking for top-notch Apple service.Jan 01, 2026 -
Excellent service and great customer support. The team was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I don’t remember the name of the staff member who assisted me, but if you see this—please take my huge appreciation. You made the experience outstanding. Highly recommend this store!

The greatest Apple Store that I have ever been to.
I was lucky to get there when Apple's new phones were a hype and I had to be in an hour-long line before I got to the counter -)
Well, I had to leave New York City that day so I had to be in that line.
The store is huge and it looks very spacious, very bright, very light.
Lots of people who test new gadgets or just come by to take a look at the latest models.
But what made this Apple Store special were the people working there. They are so great as they like the job they do.
They know literally everything about the products!
And tell you that in such a way that you just cannot but buy them! -))
Great store, definitely the greatest Apple Store and probably one of the greatest stores in the world!Dec 25, 2025 -
This Apple Store is truly one of the most iconic flagship locations. We visited it during our New York trip to buy the iPhone 17 Pro, and the experience was really pleasant. Even though the store was busy, everything felt well managed and organized.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist us. They explained things clearly and made the whole buying process easy and stress free. Overall, it was a great experience and a place worth visiting when you’re in New York.Dec 24, 2025 -
Superb venue.
Fast service. Staff is friendly.
I bought 2 Apple Watch 11.Dec 20, 2025 -
This was a very nice store. There are many options for phones,iPad’s, computers and everything else apple. The associate’s were very helpful if you needed them for any reason.
Dec 17, 2025 -
I’ve been to Apple Stores… but THIS one? This is the Beyoncé of them.
The glass cube alone had me feeling like I was entering a tech cathedral.
The whole area is buzzing, energy high, tourists everywhere, and somehow the staff STILL kept their cool. I could always run in before work or not spend my whole day off waiting to be helped. Efficient, patient, and moving through chaos like they trained for the NYC Marathon.
Inside was spotless, fully stocked, and you can literally feel the money in the air ( let’s be real).
If you’ve never been, it’s not a store — it’s an experience.
Even if you don’t buy anything, the vibe alone is worth the trip.
5th Ave Apple just hits different.Dec 16, 2025 -
The staff was so friendly and smooth for the buying process ~ glad to buy iphone here

If you are looking for the definition of five-star customer service at Apple, this location delivers it consistently. Even on an extremely busy afternoon, the store manager took the time to assist me with a level of professionalism and care that you rarely see inside a flagship retail store.
He helped me walk through all of my trade-in options clearly, made sure I understood what would give me the best value, and even packaged everything for me so it was ready to go. He also looked up and confirmed the correct drop-off location for my device. He used his own phone to pull up directions, landmarks, and nearby reference points so I would not get lost on the way. Before I left, he double-checked that I felt confident in the process and that every question was answered.
This store is enormous, high-traffic, and visually overwhelming if you are stopping in for a quick errand without an appointment. Because of the store manager’s patience, attention to detail, and genuine kindness, this experience felt easy and seamless. It completely changed how I view this location.
Because of the service I received on November 4th 2025 around 4:30 PM, this is the only Apple store I will be returning to in Manhattan (and it is open 24 hours!). Highly recommend.Nov 21, 2025 -
Please and a sign in the stools área, my kids aligned some of them thinking to help on the miss arrangement of the area and a worker there with wrong voice tone and being rude enough asked them to don’t do it because is not allowed, it was not a bad behavior and even me I didn’t see that as a breaking any social rule. This guy was only looking at us afterwards while my husband was buying there. Why alignment is wrong even if on the web we can find out some pictures of stools aligned…

The best example of the Worst Customer service in the world!!
Apple, get ur employees trained properly, i have never experienced this attitude from Apple staff anywhere around the world.. & this is your famous Apple 5th avenue store?!?
Behaviour of staff, i am picking up my new phone i get just get -“Here u go!” !??
i asked whats happening with my trade in, they sent me to another person who idk how he ended up being senior in this store….So rude & not using appropriate tone of voice or choice of words towards every customer who was waiting…
The only person who was helpful was the lady who took over to make my trade it process…at least she had patience with all of us who were doing data transfer….
And i can’t get in touch with ur online customer support. You still owe me 100$ for the mistake that your support staff did with my online purchase…
I did not get my refund completely…. What’s happening here?Nov 09, 2025 -
Compared to other Apple stores this place is neat! I love the design that went into it. Staff is helpful; I never bought anything there though. I always just go to look every time when I am in New York City!

If you buy your new iPhone here, you’re in the perfect spot to test out the camera right away. The store is located right next to Central Park — an amazing place for nature photography — and just steps away from some of the city’s most iconic buildings with stunning architecture that’s well worth capturing.

Magnificent store. Just like the product the store is also world class. Located in the most iconic place in NY city. The all glass architecture is an excellent work item. Array of products are also great. The sales team is awesome. And always willing to help.

An art piece masquerading as an Apple store. This flagship location is a testament to the extraordinary lengths Apple goes to create the ultimate premium feel from their products to their stores. Walking down the spiral staircase, you can see the expansive underground vault of tables and displays of the newest Apple product. Amidst all the electronics are nature, plenty of trees and greenery surround the store with a light refreshing ambiance. This greenery looks all well maintained and is calming to see. There is a large seating area to rest and free charging from magsafe pads. Plenty of staff to balance the huge flow of visitors and buyers here getting their new products set up or asking questions about their next purchase.

I came here for the iPhone 26. Not there yet lol. Oh well. Got the Apple watch instead. Big store, nice decors. It has everything Apple

Massive massive store. You would end up buying something or the other even if you are not an Apple fan.
The whole setup is really pleasing.
In the most upmarket areas of NY, this one on the 5th Avenue is unlike any other Apple store.
It just forces you to buy.
They also have training sessions and the enthusiasm with which the guys take the classes are mind blowing.Jul 31, 2025 -
We were walking near Central Park on a warm day and didn’t plan to stop… but how could we resist the stunning glass cube that marks the entrance to this Apple store? It looked so cool (literally and figuratively!) — like a little oasis in the middle of the city. We stepped inside, walked down the beautiful spiral staircase, and suddenly we were in a buzzing world of Apple.
Even though we already own plenty of Apple devices, we just wanted to enjoy the vibe — and it was worth it! The store is huge, bright, and full of energy. So many people were browsing, buying, exploring. Several team members approached us kindly, and I’m sure anyone seriously looking to purchase something would get help quickly. They’re fast and attentive.
It’s a great spot to cool down, explore the latest tech, and even take a little break — yes, they do have clean public restrooms, which is a plus in NYC!
Definitely recommend stopping by — even just for the experience.

The Apple Store on 5th Avenue is a masterpiece! Open 24/7, with a stunning glass cube entrance and sleek modern interior. Staff are super helpful, and the experience feels premium from start to finish. Great place to explore new tech, try products, and get expert support. A must-visit in NYC!Jul 04, 2025 -
Aside from the cool entrance (ruined by temporary cover for building maintenance) this is just a normal apple store with a few more plastic plants. Ok it is ok 24hrs but can't see the point in that. Time to put coffee shops in these stores.

Apple Fifth Avenue is truly a unique experience. The design of the glass cube entrance is stunning and immediately sets it apart. Once inside, the store is spacious, modern, and well-organized. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help with questions or issues.
One of the standout features is the 24/7 availability, making it convenient for any schedule. However, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, which sometimes affects how quickly you can get assistance.
Overall, it’s a must-visit for any Apple enthusiast or those just curious about an iconic location. The mix of architecture, technology, and service is impressive.Dec 10, 2024
